First visit and it felt really off. My 1.5 year old German Shepherd is psychotic when it comes to new people and animals. She whines Bc she’s curious and wants to play (I assume). I figured the front office would have been used to those type of pets by now but they seemed annoyed. One of the receptionist took my dogs weight, my dog didn’t wanna cooperate- she got annoyed (kind of embarrassed me). She asked me some questions- I misinterpreted a question- she got annoyed. Seemed like she just wanted to go home. And when you hear side comments about your dog and then hear laughing, it kind of gives a sour taste to consider coming back. I just sucked it up Bc I needed a solution for my dogs condition instead of more issues. But they sure were nice when it came time for me to pay and leave. 🙄🙄
Not the whole staff acted this way so I’m not trying to say the whole office sucked. It was just the people that came into contact with me. I understand that people want to go finish off their work week and relax but you really don’t need my business if you’re going to act that way off the bat and that’s not an office that’s fit for me.

We been taking our 2 dogs and cat there for about 7 years I have never had a complained the ladys are super friendly and very helpful .the vets are great ,no complains .

I love this clinic. The staff is very friendly and very supportive if you lose a very close friend. And if you need specalist for your friend they do everything to find you the best.

My dog cut her leg badly on a set of metal stairs and needed stitches. Our regular vet couldn't see her for several days and I was too concerned to wait. Healthy Pets was able to get her in the same day and treated her very well. They were in contact with us the day after seeing her and even made sure I knew the exact hours I could reach them if I had any concerns. She healed beautifully and Healthy Pets provided excellent care. If either of my dogs ever need vet care and our regular vet can't see them, I would be more than happy to use Healthy Pets again. There are two reasons I am not switching to them as our primary vet, one is that we have a relationship with our vet that has been built over several years and they know our dogs well, the second is that Healthy Pets is a somewhat long drive from where we live. But if either of those things were to change, I would quickly select Healthy Pets as our permanent vet.

Healthy pets has been our vet for the past 14 years. They have a great staff. The doctors treat your pet like their own. They have provided excellent care for all our small animals.

Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! Doctors and staff are knowledgable and caring. Love the fact they have two cats that live there and are " part of the staff". They are there to greet you as you enter and live to be loved! Nice to have in case you need a little stress relief.

My dog and two cats have been patients here for about five years. My dog has severe anxiety with veterinary visits and the doctors and staff here are very accommodating. By the end of every single visit, my dog is happy and wagging her tail. Docs Junge and Mayfield are the best in the Valley!

We have been bringing our dogs to Healthy Pets for 4 years now and we can't say enough positives about both Dr. Mayfield and Dr. Junge, and all of the staff. Both of our dogs experience anxiety when going to the vet but everyone involved is always very understanding and helpful in working with us and our dogs to get through it with as little stress as possible. Our family highly recommends Healthy Pets!

First visit and it felt really off. My 1.5 year old German Shepherd is psychotic when it comes to new people and animals. She whines Bc she’s curious and wants to play (I assume). I figured the front office would have been used to those type of pets by now but they seemed annoyed. My dog cut her leg badly on a set of metal stairs and needed stitches. Our regular vet couldn't see her for several days and I was too concerned to wait. Healthy Pets was able to get her in the same day and treated her very well. They were in contact with us the day after seeing her and even made sure I knew the exact hours I could reach them if I had any concerns.
