I am a husband, father and dog lover. My pups are a huge center of our family and very well taken care of. After reviewing Highland Hills Pet Hospital I thought this was a good place. I couldn't have been any more wrong. My pup had a surgery there and her scars look like she's been butchered. The staff there has marked my girls as being viscous, but maybe is because the staff treats me and them as though we are beneath them. I've given them 3 tries and each time gotten a different person who treats us like dirt. My wife called to complain and ask for our pets records after this last bad experience. The vet was very rude and could have cared less. This is the most poor excuse of a veterinarian clinic I've ever experienced in my life. The employees here have the worst attitude and don't belong working with the public nor our beloved pets. If your looking for a good vet, keep looking. This place will leave a horrible taste in your mouth.

Been at highland for around a year now and recently my dog had to have ergency surgery but the Dr. Was out of town but that didn't stop Highland Hills from doing everything they could to help. Jannete called to check on me while I was at the pet ER and made phone calls to help me find a good vet that was reasonable on price and charged me less than half for his surgery that the ER was wanting to charge me on the low end. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond for me and my Finnigin!

Have taken our dog here for several years and had to have her put down yesterday. They were able to get us in on a very short notice so our dog did not have to suffer anymore and the employees were still as patient and kind as ever. The building is outdated but the kind staff makes up for it.

And you feel like a valued customer instead of a number. Recently visited Dr Schwindt after my long time vet moved. She is amazing!! I cannot say enough about her, also the staff, the clinic, the location and the care they provided to my chocolate lab exceeded my expectations! She was extremely thorough and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! I would recommend anyone to come to this Vet Clinic! They are Excellent!!

This place has to be the best place in greeley.
They really care about the animals, and know what they are doing with them as well. Took my dog in there because he ripped his lip open on our fence, and they took care of him that same day, my other dog got his nails trimmed there and he was calm and relaxed, (he doesn't like anyone touching his feet). I wouldn't go anywhere else. And with being on a budget they really work with you to make sure you have good care for your pet.

So thankful for this vet clinic! They worked us in promptly for an emergency even though their schedule was full (when they could have forced us to go to one of the pricey emergency pet hospitals). They also called to follow up on our dogs progress and they don't try to give you a guilt trip about extra services like other vet clinics I've experienced. I'm really satisfied with their prompt care and the way they treat their customers (both animals and owners) :)

Jannete called to check on me while I was at the pet ER and even made phone calls to help me find a good vet that charged me less than half for his surgery that the ER was wanting to charge me on the low end. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond for me and my Finnigin!

Have taken our dog here for several years and had to have her put down yesterday. They were able to get us in on a very short notice so our dog did not have to suffer anymore and the employees were still as patient and kind as ever. The building is outdated but the kind staff makes up for it.

And you feel like a valued customer instead of a number. I cannot say enough about her, also the staff, the clinic, the location and the care they provided to my chocolate lab exceeded my expectations! She was extremely thorough and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! I would recommend anyone to come to this Vet Clinic! They are Excellent!!

They really care about the animals, and know what they are doing with them as well. Took my dog in there because he ripped his lip open on our fence, and they took care of him that same day, my other dog got his nails trimmed there and he was calm and relaxed, (he doesn't like anyone touching his feet). I wouldn't go anywhere else. And with being on a budget they really work with you to make sure you have good care for your pet.

So thankful for this vet clinic! They worked us in promptly for an emergency even though their schedule was full (when they could have forced us to go to one of the pricey emergency pet hospitals). They also called to follow up on our dogs progress and they don't try to give you a guilt trip about extra services like other vet clinics I've experienced. I'm really satisfied with their prompt care and the way they treat their customers (both animals and owners) :)
