This is a great vet office! All of the staff are friendly and kind. Dr Ross has gone above and beyond to care for my sick pet and continues to assess for adjustments in meds/plan of care as symptoms develop. Furthermore, I feel this place does not nickel and dime you; they only recommend testing as needed. Dr. Mike and his team are great. Cecile and Nicole are always so sweet when they help me over the phone or in the office. I have an older dog who is 16 years old and have had some very troubling situations in which they have been to help us through. I am always amazed they know my name and who my dog is over the phone out of the many other pets they treat. They are always accommodating even when I have had to call after hours and spoke directly to Dr. Mike. Tonight, I called just before closing and was impressed not only that Dr. Mike answered the phone, but that he took the time to answer questions and advise me on some at home care. Being a full time student and unable to work many hours does not give me the ability to run to emergency clinics and pay for every procedure under the sun... It is nice to have a place to turn to and trust and know that they actually care about the wellbeing of my dog and are not in business to gouge me for every cent while providing mediocre service like most places. Best vet for miles how he maintains a minimal wait time with the amount of care he puts into each animal is beyond me. Have taken all three of our dogs here for the past 4 years and I have never had a bad experience. Was turned away by the Vet for emergency surgery because it was "late" in the day and he doesn't work Wednesdays. My dog was dying in his lobby and he couldn't even come out from the back to even acess the situation. I don't believe any good DVM would be so cold about a dire situation with an animal so pet owners beware, he may be good for preventative care but when a real emergency is taking place he'll turn a cold shoulder. Highly dissapointed a DVM would act this way.Read Less

He's got a big heart and is always ready to listen intently to your concerns and give productive, real feedback about the status of your pet's health. Our family has been bringing our pets to him for over ten years - even as we've moved further and further away from his location. The drive is well worth it! Further, the staff at Just for Paws is incredible! They are so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Not once have I ever felt rushed through any of their processes or procedures. I can not say enough about the amazing compassion and care the staff and doc took of both me and my cat. The professional staff helped me through my difficult decision.
