When my cat had a surgery from another vet that ended poorly, I drove from Monument to have her care for him and she was fantastic! You will not find a better vet!

These are the most heartless unhelpful people I've ever met. They've been treating my animals for some time now and my cat got into a fight and I can't get my cat to come out so I can take him to the vet. my cat needed antibiotics immediately but the vet refused to give me any without seeing the cat that I couldn't get down to the vet because the cat was so spooked. They refused any help or advise all together and they decided to leave my cat to die as far as they knew instead of just doing the right thing and giving me some antibiotics or any advice so I could get that infection taken care of and then get him down to see the vet in the next day or two once he had calm down. The law does not prohibit a veterinarian from administering prescription drugs to an animal they had previously seen. They had previously seen my cat, but demanded that they get paid for a office visit before they would administer the life-saving medication. I would have gladly paid for an office visit in addition plus the cost of the medication to save my cat. My cat actually barely survived after I visited another vet I hadn't seen in years (but remembered me) spent 20+ minutes coaching me on what to do to get my cat down to see them and even volunteered to come to my house to treat the cat. My cat would not have survived without the help of this other vet. These people were absolutely HEARTLESS and CARELESS! By the way, your response shows that you're not at all concerned with helping your customers. Rather, you are only concerned with yourself-As you already proved. You're a bad vet and your office is filled with bad people. Also very unprofessional of you to use my animals name on the internet but you would know nothing about judgment or professionalism now would you. I wonder what the regulations for veterinarians are for giving out information about their clients pets? I'll be looking into that very carefully.
Update: I just looked up the regulations for confidentiality for veterinarians in the state of Colorado and you are in violation. I made a copy of your response and will be submitting it to the governing bodies over your industry in the state of Colorado.
All you had to do you was say "we're truly sorry you had a bad experience. Our policies are designed to protect the animals we treat and we're sorry if sometimes it doesn't always meet the immediate need of our human clients. Please contact us with any further concerns or to discuss this matter as we value our customers." However you chose to fight with a customer online.

I came to Cambridge after having a bad experience with another vet. After the examination they were able to give my cat the medication he needed after surgery. The vet was very good with him and kind to me as I was emotional after the bad experience. I'm definitely going to make this my go to for checkups and any other issues. The staff worked quickly and in cooperation, so that after the examination our medications and bill were ready to go. (The bill was incredibly low). It's like how going to the vet used to be and is supposed to be.

Dr. Natalie is truly an exceptional vet! We were originally clients of hers when she worked in Greeley. Upon finding out that she was moving to Longmont, there was no doubt that we would follow her. My bulldog has had to have multiple surgeries to remove mast cells and Dr. Natalie is always wonderful, caring and knowledgeable every single time. She is very kind, easy to talk to and obviously really loves the animals. She takes her time explaining things and going over options. I recommend her to every pet owner I meet as there will never be a better vet.

As the 'parent' of 3 rescue dogs and 3 rescue cats, I can tell you I've been to a vet (or 10) over the years, and Dr Nathalie and Dr Deb, and this clinic in general, are the best around. As an example, I took one of my dogs in about 2 months ago with a limp. Dr Nathalie took an x-ray and we talked about helping my dog Otis get some relief from some arthritis in his elbow from some previous surgeries. But then Nathalie asked about a couple of very small bumps she noticed. She proceeded to aspirate them and found that Otis had mast cells (cancerous) in at least 2 of the bumps. I got him scheduled for surgery right away and she removed them. When the pathology report came back, I was thrilled to learn that they were grade one and that he was going to be fine. To top it all off, she also did some blood work and found that he was suffering from hypothyroidism which was likely contributing to an unexplained weight gain and lethargy. We now have him on meds and he is like a new DOG. He is SO HAPPY and full of spunk again...and he has slimmed up significantly. To me is incredible that I took my dog in for a limp and because Dr Nathalie was so on top of it, he is now a cancer free, slim happy bundle of joy. Thank you Dr Nathalie!

We brought our Boston Terrier here recently, as she was seeming suddenly more fatigued than normal. Dr. Deb Singleton was very patient with answering all my questions, and did a great job explaining everything in a way that we could understand. They also have a traveling cardiology vet that comes into the office every so often, and after our appointment with her, both vets were then together able to pinpoint what exactly was going on to cause our dog's issues. Dr. Deb also has been so wonderful with calling me back right away to answer all the questions and concerns I have been having along the way. Thank you for everything! I will send over every animal I know! ;)

Dr. Singleton has been caring for my elderly cat for the last 18 months. The care that has been taken has been extraordinary. Everything is explained, we are given options, and given solutions. Unfortunately, the cat had to be put to sleep today after a sudden downturn in my baby's condition. They handled me and Daisy with the utmost care and grace, and she passed peacefully in my arms. Our younger cat is also a patient there, and I am so glad I have found a good, kind, thoughtful veterinarian. I highly recommend them for your pet, as well.

Today my cat was treated for a checkup and rabies shot by Dr. Brett Lynn. My cat and I had a really good experience with them. Dr. Lynn and her staff were extremely kind and warm and made my cat feel calm and safe. They were respectful of my decisions as a cat owner, extremely knowledgeable and kind, and the office was clean, attractive and welcoming. Also they gave me some really good advice on how to take care of my cat in a way I had never thought of or heard of before--very knowledgeable as I mentioned. And their prices are exceedingly reasonable, the best I've seen in town so far. My cat actually purred while receiving her shots.... I would definitely recommend this vet office. Your pet will be very well taken care of. I will be taking both my cats there from now on. I'm so happy that I found a good vet I can trust.

In a word: extraordinary. I could not ask for a better, more committed partner in the care of my beloved four-legged family members (and hopefully she treats finned patients as well!). Dr. Natalie is compassionate, warm and clearly devoted to her craft. In the care of my 20-year old cat, she has personally called, often multiple times per day, and listened patiently as I processed through information and options. She listens and collaborates. I feel like we're on the same team. Bottom line: I've lived in dozens of cities, visited even more vets; Dr. Natalie is one of a kind.... an absolute gem, a gift, and a credit to her profession.

Dr. Natalie and I talked several times about my options, she did an exceptional job educating us, working with us and providing us with several alternatives. She would call on weekends or whenever worked best for us. I continually felt she went above and beyond.
After nearly a year of rapid growth, we had no choice, but to operate on it. Dr. Natalie was a very capable surgeon and saved our puppy who we feared we might have to say goodbye to. Six months later or dog is doing great thanks to Dr. Natalie's exceptional knowledge and care. She really knows her animals and truly cares about them. Highly recommend!

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean examining rooms. Doctors great. Not sure how they compare in price to other practices in the area, but for the care my pups get here, their services are well worth it. I've only had a couple of emergency situations, and they managed to fit my pup in both times. Great follow-up with a phone call by Dr. Natalie or staff.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the "old style" veterinary hospital that focuses on quality care for your pets -- and treats their clients like family (unlike the "new style" high-pressure assembly line business model of VCA and Banfield hospitals). Example: My dog just had surgery (spay and hernia repair) and two days later I noticed she succeeded in (sneakily) removing one of the sutures. Of course it was after hours (7:00pm) but I took a chance and called Dr Natalie since Aspen emergency clinic is so extraordinarily expensive -- and the care is subpar to Cambridge. Did I mention she hands out her personal cell phone # after surgery in case of problems?? So sure enough, she called me right back and told me to come on in. As long as this wonderful hospital is open for business, we will be clients -- and I'll gladly tell anyone in need of a vet how awesome they are.

Excellent experience here today. Didn't have to wait when I got there and they went out of their way to call my previous vet where I used to live to get my cat's vaccination history. The doctor gave me good, practical advice and steered me away from expensive medications that would provide minimal benefits and have bad side effects in this case. I feel like this office has integrity. Oh, and the appointment was affordable.

I was in a panic.Not only did Natalie calm me down and reassured me that with a close eye he might not be in the danger I imagined he might be, but she had answered the phone after business hours and still took the time to walk me through what I needed to keep an eye out for danger signs.I haven't yet had the pleasure of taking my doggies there for their vet care, but I will definitely be going to Cambridge from now on.

These are the most heartless unhelpful people I've ever met. They've been treating my animals for some time now and my cat got into a fight and I can't get my cat to come out so I can take him to the vet. my cat needed antibiotics immediately but the vet refused to give me any without seeing the cat that I couldn't get down to the vet because the cat was so spooked. They refused any help or advise all together and they decided to leave my cat to die as far as they knew instead of just doing the right thing and giving me some antibiotics or any advice so I could get that infection taken care of and then get him down to see the vet in the next day or two once he had calm down. The law does not prohibit a veterinarian from administering prescription drugs to an animal they had previously seen. They had previously seen my cat, but demanded that they get paid for a office visit before they would administer the life-saving medication. I would have gladly paid for an office visit in addition plus the cost of the medication to save my cat. My cat actually barely survived after I visited another vet I hadn't seen in years (but remembered me) spent 20+ minutes coaching me on what to do to get my cat down to see them and even volunteered to come to my house to treat the cat. My cat would not have survived without the help of this other vet. These people were absolutely HEARTLESS and CARELESS! By the way, your response shows that you're not at all concerned with helping your customers. Rather, you are only concerned with yourself-As you already proved. You're a bad vet and your office is filled with bad people. Also very unprofessional of you to use my animals name on the internet but you would know nothing about judgment or professionalism now would you. I wonder what the regulations for veterinarians are for giving out information about their clients pets? I'll be looking into that very carefully.
Update: I just looked up the regulations for confidentiality for veterinarians in the state of Colorado and you are in violation. I made a copy of your response and will be submitting it to the governing bodies over your industry in the state of Colorado.
All you had to do you was say "we're truly sorry you had a bad experience. Our policies are designed to protect the animals we treat and we're sorry if sometimes it doesn't always meet the immediate need of our human clients. Please contact us with any further concerns or to discuss this matter as we value our customers." However you chose to fight with a customer online.

Dr. Natalie is truly an exceptional vet! We were originally clients of hers when she worked in Greeley. Upon finding out that she was moving to Longmont, there was no doubt that we would follow her. My bulldog has had to have multiple surgeries to remove mast cells and Dr. Natalie is always wonderful, caring and knowledgeable every single time. She is very kind, easy to talk to and obviously really loves the animals. She takes her time explaining things and going over options. I recommend her to every pet owner I meet as there will never be a better vet.

As the 'parent' of 3 rescue dogs and 3 rescue cats, I can tell you I've been to a vet (or 10) over the years, and Dr Nathalie and Dr Deb, and this clinic in general, are the best around. As an example, I took one of my dogs in about 2 months ago with a limp. Dr Nathalie took an x-ray and we talked about helping my dog Otis get some relief from some arthritis in his elbow from some previous surgeries. But then Nathalie asked about a couple of very small bumps she noticed. She proceeded to aspirate them and found that Otis had mast cells (cancerous) in at least 2 of the bumps. I got him scheduled for surgery right away and she removed them. When the pathology report came back, I was thrilled to learn that they were grade one and that he was going to be fine. To top it all off, she also did some blood work and found that he was suffering from hypothyroidism which was likely contributing to an unexplained weight gain and lethargy. We now have him on meds and he is like a new DOG. He is SO HAPPY and full of spunk again...and he has slimmed up significantly. To me is incredible that I took my dog in for a limp and because Dr Nathalie was so on top of it, he is now a cancer free, slim happy bundle of joy. Thank you Dr Nathalie!

We brought our Boston Terrier here recently, as she was seeming suddenly more fatigued than normal. Dr. Deb Singleton was very patient with answering all my questions, and did a great job explaining everything in a way that we could understand. They also have a traveling cardiology vet that comes into the office every so often, and after our appointment with her, both vets were then together able to pinpoint what exactly was going on to cause our dog's issues. Dr. Deb also has been so wonderful with calling me back right away to answer all the questions and concerns I have been having along the way. Thank you for everything! I will send over every animal I know! ;)

Dr. Singleton has been caring for my elderly cat for the last 18 months. The care that has been taken has been extraordinary. Everything is explained, we are given options, and given solutions. Unfortunately, the cat had to be put to sleep today after a sudden downturn in my baby's condition. They handled me and Daisy with the utmost care and grace, and she passed peacefully in my arms. Our younger cat is also a patient there, and I am so glad I have found a good, kind, thoughtful veterinarian. I highly recommend them for your pet, as well.

Today my cat was treated for a checkup and rabies shot by Dr. Brett Lynn. My cat and I had a really good experience with them. Dr. Lynn and her staff were extremely kind and warm and made my cat feel calm and safe. They were respectful of my decisions as a cat owner, extremely knowledgeable and kind, and the office was clean, attractive and welcoming. Also they gave me some really good advice on how to take care of my cat in a way I had never thought of or heard of before--very knowledgeable as I mentioned. And their prices are exceedingly reasonable, the best I've seen in town so far. My cat actually purred while receiving her shots.... I would definitely recommend this vet office. Your pet will be very well taken care of. I will be taking both my cats there from now on. I'm so happy that I found a good vet I can trust.

In a word: extraordinary. I could not ask for a better, more committed partner in the care of my beloved four-legged family members (and hopefully she treats finned patients as well!). Dr. Natalie is compassionate, warm and clearly devoted to her craft. In the care of my 20-year old cat, she has personally called, often multiple times per day, and listened patiently as I processed through information and options. She listens and collaborates. I feel like we're on the same team. Bottom line: I've lived in dozens of cities, visited even more vets; Dr. Natalie is one of a kind.... an absolute gem, a gift, and a credit to her profession.

She would call on weekends or whenever worked best for us. I continually felt she went above and beyond.
After nearly a year of rapid growth, we had no choice, but to operate on it. Dr. Natalie was a very capable surgeon and saved our puppy who we feared we might have to say goodbye to. Six months later or dog is doing great thanks to Dr. Natalie's exceptional knowledge and care. She really knows her animals and truly cares about them. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the "old style" veterinary hospital that focuses on quality care for your pets -- and treats their clients like family (unlike the "new style" high-pressure assembly line business model of VCA and Banfield hospitals). Example: My dog just had surgery (spay and hernia repair) and two days later I noticed she succeeded in (sneakily) removing one of the sutures. Of course it was after hours (7:00pm) but I took a chance and called Dr Natalie since Aspen emergency clinic is so extraordinarily expensive -- and the care is subpar to Cambridge. Did I mention she hands out her personal cell phone # after surgery in case of problems?? So sure enough, she called me right back and told me to come on in. As long as this wonderful hospital is open for business, we will be clients -- and I'll gladly tell anyone in need of a vet how awesome they are.

Excellent experience here today. Didn't have to wait when I got there and they went out of their way to call my previous vet where I used to live to get my cat's vaccination history. The doctor gave me good, practical advice and steered me away from expensive medications that would provide minimal benefits and have bad side effects in this case. I feel like this office has integrity. Oh, and the appointment was affordable.

I was in a panic.Not only did Natalie calm me down and reassured me that with a close eye he might not be in the danger I imagined he might be, but she had answered the phone after business hours and still took the time to walk me through what I needed to keep an eye out for danger signs.I haven't yet had the pleasure of taking my doggies there for their vet care, but I will definitely be going to Cambridge from now on.

Dr.s Brooke and Natalie are so knowledgeable and caring. Their follow up is really great too. Highly recommend them for cat care.
