I love the veterinarians and their assistants but I just talked to someone at the front desk who've I've spoken with several times who acts as if I'm really putting her out by calling to make and appt. I love Parker Animal Hospital because of Dr. Hayes. She is simply amazing with all of my pets. Not only that, but she is genuinely kind and personable. I will forever drive a little further if it means my pets get the care of Dr. Hayes. She's remarkable. She treats every pet like they're her own - I don't know how she does it. She always offers options, NEVER nickel's and dimes us the way other vets have and is ALWAYS available to answer questions. It is very evident that her priority is the care of the animals yet she still weighs the owner's situation and is always kind and understanding. I took my elderly sick cat at this clinic last week. My poor cat was throwing up all night & all day. Next day same--& not eating. I thought he would dehydrate & get really worse if I waited another day. Dr. J.Bigbee saw me immediately & after the treatment, my cat finally ate that evening.  He gradually got better each day. Today he is playing & eating a lot. Dr Bigbee was so kind & gentle  with him. She knew what to do & my cat is finally very comfortable! If you need a vet-this place is so kind & so is the vet Tech. Wow!!!! Let's just say, Hannah Grace has met her forever Family Vet!!! Today was my first day in.. We just rescued our "Hannah Grace" , who Is only 1 yrs ,and is a 57lbs Yellow Lab.. I brought her in on an emergency episode & with out notice,!!! she had broken out with all theses bumps all over whole body.. "Dr Hayes immediately Came to her rescue!! She actually treated my "Hannah Grace "as if it was her own baby!! All I could do was tear up by the Hospitality and goodness I received so quickly by the whole staff .. Dr, Hayes totally calmed me down as well .. Because, I was so freaked out not knowing how to help our sweet new dog... I didn't know what to do for Hannah Grace.. , She is one of THE KINDEST veterinarians AND LADIES I"VE EVER MET IN MY LIFE!!! I totally also liked the fact that she DID NOT take advantage OF MY HORRIFIC SIDUATION , by charging me an outrageous amount of money .. Let's just say, my office visit for everything including trimming Hannah's nails , a shot for her Hives, and wrapping her happy tail .. Plus a full check up was less then I cld have ever expect!!! It was an awesome price!!!This encluded over the counter prescription .... All I can say is , "Dr Hayes" is not only the most caring Veterinarian I've ever met in my life , but , one of the finest and most fairest and sweetest Drs out there .. Her office staff is also super amazing ..all I can say, she wasn't trying to wipe my bank account out.. But, she was 1000% interested in healing and helping our Hannah Grace!! I have taken my dogs to these vets for about 25 or 30 years.  They are great.  They love the animals and give them very thorough exams.  We have also had great success with any surgeries needed for our dogs over the years.  I have had a lot of experience with other vets and have never found any better than Parker Animal Hospital.  Their prices are also more reasonable than other vets too and they will approve prescriptions refilled by online pharmacies like petmeds.com.  (Some vets won't approve online refills because they want the profit of selling the drugs themselves.  This is a problem for me because I live a long distance from this animal hospital.)  I drive almost 12 miles to take my dogs to this animal hospital because they are so much better than other vets! I really liked the vet.  Price was very reasonable.  The facility isn't the newest, they don't have the latest customer feel good crap.  What they do have is care for the animals and good communication with the pet owners.  That's what should really matter, not a cute picture of your pet on the huge bill - you other vets in Parker, you know who I'm talking about.  Cut that crap out, it doesn't benefit the animal and it just pads your pockets.  It's a little hidden between Pioneer Gravel and the Western Convenience gas station on Parker Road.  I've submitted a change of location to Yelp, but for now Yelp has the wrong location on the map. I have been taking my dogs to PAH for over 20 years and have always had the best care. Dr. Allen took care of our black lab when I was growing up and helped save his life after he was hit by a truck. He is still as enthusiastic about caring for animals today as he was 20 years ago! The past few years Dr. Hayes has helped me through some very tough times with my own black lab who has been through mass cell tumor surgeries and Achilles tendon injuries. Dr. Hayes has always put our well being first, even when it meant sending us off to a specialist. She is comitted to exellence, passionate about animals, and an amazing person--personally and professionally. I would highly recommend PAH to anyone looking for a primary vet who'll treat your pet like it's their own. My dog is healthy and as happy as a puppy again!
