I've had routine care done by this vet clinic and that's been okay but I can never get them to help me when I have an after hours emergency. They have left me hanging with a colicky horse and a horse who ran through a t-post and had a flap of skin hanging from his chest.I have always paid them for their services with cash on the barrel.Their so-called "triage system" is a joke. They might as well say they can only handle one case at a time, once a night. They're not like the older vets who may be delayed but will get to you. They like to keep their work load extra-light by telling you "I'm busy, call someone else". It is disappointing to find equine vets in this area that are caught up in the charge, charge, charge mentality that so many vets now have. They have a fuel sur charge, a mileage charge, a call charge, (now get this) a same day emergency charge!! Really? All that before they get out of the truck. If this practice were better mnaged they would not have to do all this. Just charge for your trip and for what you do. If so you would build a large and loyal base. But as it is, it is better just to load up and go to Littleton to get world class care for the same cost. The other thing you have to deal with is cold and uncaring people on the phone. Better management and leadership would make this a good place. And we need it in this area! Read Less
