We love the vet technicians and Dr. Griffin she really loves our dogs and gives them lots of attention during our appointments and treats if we ok it. Friendly staff and great vet. We also love how the main hospital is open 24 hours so in an emergency their records are available and we don’t have to panic or wait until normal hours to get vet help.

Our family had been going to another veterinarian place for quite some time and there was an emergency with our dog and they didn't offer us any signs of assistance in the time of need. We still had no idea what our dog was going through and it was scary, we ended up google searching for nearby pet hospitals and that's when we found this one. We were able to make it in from a cancellation a previous person made, when we got there the receptionist was nothing but nice and treated our dog with care. We were lead to one of the rooms and the Vet came in and you could tell that all the people working there are animal people, they treated us and our dog so well when we we were in a stare of panic. They were able to annilyze the problem right away, give us the correct medicine, give us a writing on what our dog had, and send us on our way. They were and are one of the best veterinarian offices I've ever been to.

Changed to this pet hospital/clinic from Eastlake Vet. Best change I've done and should have done it sooner. Had 3 dogs that were cared for here. When 2 of them had to be put down at different times, the staff made the process as comfortable as possible. I get the feeling that they care for my pet as much as I do.

I usually take my cats to the Riverdale location. Absolutely love the staff and doctors there. I only came to the Washington location because it was on a Sunday when my normal vet was closed. I'm sure this place is prompt if you have a real emergency with your pet. However if you schedule a regular appointment with them and it's a non emergency be prepared to wait at least two hours to see a doctor. When I first walked in the door right away they asked me for the $89 fee. Then they put me in the exam room which was freezing cold and smelled very dirty. I waited in there for 90 minutes and nobody came in. I finally went out and asked for my money back and left with my pet. I will not be returning to this location. It's very convenient to have a place like this that is open 24 hours however they should disclose when you make an appointment that is a non-emergency that you could possibly be waiting awhile.

My Loving four legged Family have been Clients at Community Pet Hospital for many years. I mean may years. I have never been disappointed with the care that "My Family" has received. The Vets at both locations are able to handle an emergency situations and have been there for us when that time comes. They are caring, compassionate and understand what you are going through. I was thrilled when Community Pet Hospital opened their new office at 128th and Holly. They now not only offer the same level of Vet care at the new location, they added a grooming salon. YEAH. There is one groomer that is the only that my Lab will let cut her nails. Both locations are moving forward with new technology, which I am also taking advantage of. If you are looking for full service, loving and caring place to take you "Family Members. I highly RECOMMEND Community Pet Hospital. Both Locations. I love these guys.

Go some where else!! If they know your pet is dying and in need of immediate attention, they will stick your pet in a cage over night to wait for someone else to deal with it the next day, but only once they have your money, of course. They will tell you your pet is going to be fine when you leave, and call you the next morning asking you to come say goodbye to your pet. Sorry, no refunds. They charged me over a thousand dollars to have someone kill my dog, who had a 90% chance of a full recovery the day before. Why? Because they'd rather lose your pet than lose your money. If I had gone ANYWHERE else this would not have happened.

My dog was attacked and we had to bring him to a late night hospital. This place was the closest to us. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable! They helped our dog right away- and they had to give him stitches which they did quickly! Everything healed and he's doing great! When I told people what our bill was they were impressed it wasn't more. I hope you never had to take your animal in for an emergency but if you do-- this place is great! Great people, clean facility and good price! (Even though I'll pay whatever to save my animals)

The community pet hospital is filled with people that genuinely care about the welfare of your animal. They are not after your wallet. The care my best friend received was beyond my expectations. I recently lost my best friend his name is Ranger and he was 15, he was recently diagnosed with cancer.. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to say my goodbyes. They never once rushed the situation. Ranger has been treated by this staff for a while now and I always felt like his best interest was in mind. I will never go anywhere else.

This is the second time I have been to this facility, and the way they issue you your billing is ridiculous. They give you an estimate with a low price and high price. Why? Exactly why would that be when we are right in the facility that is doing the services? We own a plumbing and heating company and if we gave estimates this way we would be out of business in about five minutes. They gave me the low figure of 298. And the high price of 346., 15 minutes later the bill was 395! When I question the pricing, they offered to reduce the bill but to take back all of the medications that they had just given me. It was a rough day, as they told me that my dog had a tumor, I was already upset but then to have them try to pull a fast one on a grieving person is outlandish. I've seen other reviews on the web that mentioned the same problem, this low estimate high estimate shenanigans. If you are going to use this pet hospital, make sure you are very clear by getting them to commit to the exact price that you were going to pay in advance or be prepared for a surprise. In addition, even though I came in the middle of the day during regular business hours they charged me the emergency visit fee of an additional $86.

Today was my first and last appointment. The tech the dr and the receptionist were all great but apparently they dont tell you the full policy before you get there. I went for my dogs nails and left paying over 100 dollars for 2 shots she didnt need. Bc their opinion is she should have them. And not even one nail done. We had an appointment for 11 am and finally by 1140 they were ready for her but then came and said itll be extra bc she is wining and rolling..... I walked outta there furious! Didnt even take their vaccines certificate i was so ready to leave. Also make sure u have plenty time bc once ur there u cant leave. Also make sure u know about any hidden fees they pop up on u. I highly recommend finding a different place more truthful more on time and more communicative..... Ida never given them even one star but the app insists

Three years ago, your vet, Dr. Breon, misdiagnosed Booker as having abdominal cancer, and we were moments away from euthanizing him based on Dr. Breon's diagnosis and prognosis. Thank God I trusted my instincts and said, "This isn't right. It doesn't make sense" and took him for a second opinion, where he was correctly diagnosed as having a viral infection--a simple tummy bug. He lived two more happy, healthy, loved years until it was his time to go at age 19. I cannot express how livid I was at the time, knowing that your vet nearly cost Booker his life...and nearly cost us two years of time with him. You cannot imagine my horror when I today received a Happy Birthday email to Booker in my inbox, reminding me of that horrible experience and of our eventual loss. You've proven that your treatment of pets AND families is just inhumane.

My dog loves coming here. They understand she's a very shy gal, so they always get her into an exam room right away. They're always there even when it's the middle of the night and I'm worried about my dog. They don't act like I'm a crazy dog mom - they're always glad to answer anything I have questions about. They're very pro-prevention - vaccines, exams, heartworm prevention, and dental care are their standard care. They really do set the bar high with customer service and being open at all hours when I'm worried and need to call.

Before I adopted my dog, he was hit by two cars because the (previous) owner was careless. The police brought my pup to CPH who then contacted the owner. The (previous) owner came in, cussed out the CPH staff for not treating the dog for free, and then told them to put his dog down. The doctor on duty saw that this dog had a great personality even though he was owned by a scumbag who neglected his dog (this dog was 25% UNDERWEIGHT). The hospital staff fixed up this pup ON THEIR OWN DIME to save this dog from a brutal owner. I was fortunate enough to adopt this pup and I have CPH to thank for him! I only trust CPH to care for my furry family member. Working in the medical field, I understand that not every animal can be saved, and that it costs a lot of money to care for animals in the emergency room. But the care the hospital staff gave my pup is unmatched. Thanks CPH!

I recently moved to this area and was in need of a new vet. I looked at the Yelp reviews and I am so pleased to say they are spot on. As I walked to the front with my cat in my arms the front desk lady opened the door for me. The vet tech was very nice and really took an interest in my cat. The vet came in and spent a lot more time than he had to with my cat, getting to know us both. He then gave me a tour of the facility and it was very nice. I feel very good knowing I have a great vet in my neighborhood and I look forward to a long term relationship with them.

We'd had prescriptions and phone messages "lost" and never a concession on their part. Lots of staff turnover. They used to provide quality service and family-style care, but that's long gone. Go somewhere else!

Super friendly and understanding! Very gentle with my little Chihuahua and explained everything very well. The Riverdale location is not that far out of the way for most people and they seemed to have a lot more availability than the main hospital. An exam, nail clipping, vaccine and heart worm meds ran me right around $170, which I thought was reasonable but really have no concept of what pet-things cost these days. Clean and cozy office with great staff.

We still had no idea what our dog was going through and it was scary, we ended up google searching for nearby pet hospitals and that's when we found this one. We were able to make it in from a cancellation a previous person made, when we got there the receptionist was nothing but nice and treated our dog with care. We were lead to one of the rooms and the Vet came in and you could tell that all the people working there are animal people, they treated us and our dog so well when we we were in a stare of panic. They were able to annilyze the problem right away, give us the correct medicine, give us a writing on what our dog had, and send us on our way. They were and are one of the best veterinarian offices I've ever been to.

When 2 of them had to be put down at different times, the staff made the process as comfortable as possible. I get the feeling that they care for my pet as much as I do.

I usually take my cats to the Riverdale location. Absolutely love the staff and doctors there. I only came to the Washington location because it was on a Sunday when my normal vet was closed. I'm sure this place is prompt if you have a real emergency with your pet. However if you schedule a regular appointment with them and it's a non emergency be prepared to wait at least two hours to see a doctor. When I first walked in the door right away they asked me for the $89 fee. Then they put me in the exam room which was freezing cold and smelled very dirty. I waited in there for 90 minutes and nobody came in. I finally went out and asked for my money back and left with my pet. I will not be returning to this location. It's very convenient to have a place like this that is open 24 hours however they should disclose when you make an appointment that is a non-emergency that you could possibly be waiting awhile.

My Loving four legged Family have been Clients at Community Pet Hospital for many years. I mean may years. I have never been disappointed with the care that "My Family" has received. The Vets at both locations are able to handle an emergency situations and have been there for us when that time comes. They are caring, compassionate and understand what you are going through. I was thrilled when Community Pet Hospital opened their new office at 128th and Holly. They now not only offer the same level of Vet care at the new location, they added a grooming salon. YEAH. There is one groomer that is the only that my Lab will let cut her nails. Both locations are moving forward with new technology, which I am also taking advantage of. If you are looking for full service, loving and caring place to take you "Family Members. I highly RECOMMEND Community Pet Hospital. Both Locations. I love these guys.

If they know your pet is dying and in need of immediate attention, they will stick your pet in a cage over night to wait for someone else to deal with it the next day, but only once they have your money, of course. They will tell you your pet is going to be fine when you leave, and call you the next morning asking you to come say goodbye to your pet. Sorry, no refunds. They charged me over a thousand dollars to have someone kill my dog, who had a 90% chance of a full recovery the day before. Why? Because they'd rather lose your pet than lose your money. If I had gone ANYWHERE else this would not have happened.

My dog was attacked and we had to bring him to a late night hospital. This place was the closest to us. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable! They helped our dog right away- and they had to give him stitches which they did quickly! Everything healed and he's doing great! When I told people what our bill was they were impressed it wasn't more. I hope you never had to take your animal in for an emergency but if you do-- this place is great! Great people, clean facility and good price! (Even though I'll pay whatever to save my animals)

The community pet hospital is filled with people that genuinely care about the welfare of your animal. They are not after your wallet. The care my best friend received was beyond my expectations. I recently lost my best friend his name is Ranger and he was 15, he was recently diagnosed with cancer.. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to say my goodbyes. They never once rushed the situation. Ranger has been treated by this staff for a while now and I always felt like his best interest was in mind. I will never go anywhere else.

This is the second time I have been to this facility, and the way they issue you your billing is ridiculous. They give you an estimate with a low price and high price. Why? Exactly why would that be when we are right in the facility that is doing the services? We own a plumbing and heating company and if we gave estimates this way we would be out of business in about five minutes. They gave me the low figure of 298. And the high price of 346., 15 minutes later the bill was 395! When I question the pricing, they offered to reduce the bill but to take back all of the medications that they had just given me. It was a rough day, as they told me that my dog had a tumor, I was already upset but then to have them try to pull a fast one on a grieving person is outlandish. I've seen other reviews on the web that mentioned the same problem, this low estimate high estimate shenanigans. If you are going to use this pet hospital, make sure you are very clear by getting them to commit to the exact price that you were going to pay in advance or be prepared for a surprise. In addition, even though I came in the middle of the day during regular business hours they charged me the emergency visit fee of an additional $86.

I went for my dogs nails and left paying over 100 dollars for 2 shots she didnt need. Bc their opinion is she should have them. And not even one nail done. We had an appointment for 11 am and finally by 1140 they were ready for her but then came and said itll be extra bc she is wining and rolling..... I walked outta there furious! Didnt even take their vaccines certificate i was so ready to leave. Also make sure u have plenty time bc once ur there u cant leave. Also make sure u know about any hidden fees they pop up on u. I highly recommend finding a different place more truthful more on time and more communicative..... Ida never given them even one star but the app insists

Thank God I trusted my instincts and said, "This isn't right. It doesn't make sense" and took him for a second opinion, where he was correctly diagnosed as having a viral infection--a simple tummy bug. He lived two more happy, healthy, loved years until it was his time to go at age 19. I cannot express how livid I was at the time, knowing that your vet nearly cost Booker his life...and nearly cost us two years of time with him. You cannot imagine my horror when I today received a Happy Birthday email to Booker in my inbox, reminding me of that horrible experience and of our eventual loss. You've proven that your treatment of pets AND families is just inhumane.

My dog loves coming here. They understand she's a very shy gal, so they always get her into an exam room right away. They're always there even when it's the middle of the night and I'm worried about my dog. They don't act like I'm a crazy dog mom - they're always glad to answer anything I have questions about. They're very pro-prevention - vaccines, exams, heartworm prevention, and dental care are their standard care. They really do set the bar high with customer service and being open at all hours when I'm worried and need to call.

Before I adopted my dog, he was hit by two cars because the (previous) owner was careless. The police brought my pup to CPH who then contacted the owner. The (previous) owner came in, cussed out the CPH staff for not treating the dog for free, and then told them to put his dog down. The doctor on duty saw that this dog had a great personality even though he was owned by a scumbag who neglected his dog (this dog was 25% UNDERWEIGHT). The hospital staff fixed up this pup ON THEIR OWN DIME to save this dog from a brutal owner. I was fortunate enough to adopt this pup and I have CPH to thank for him! I only trust CPH to care for my furry family member. Working in the medical field, I understand that not every animal can be saved, and that it costs a lot of money to care for animals in the emergency room. But the care the hospital staff gave my pup is unmatched. Thanks CPH!

I recently moved to this area and was in need of a new vet. I looked at the Yelp reviews and I am so pleased to say they are spot on. As I walked to the front with my cat in my arms the front desk lady opened the door for me. The vet tech was very nice and really took an interest in my cat. The vet came in and spent a lot more time than he had to with my cat, getting to know us both. He then gave me a tour of the facility and it was very nice. I feel very good knowing I have a great vet in my neighborhood and I look forward to a long term relationship with them.

Absolutely amazing vet. The staff is all amazing from the receptionists to the vet. I have visited all off their offices and they all are great. I have a very shy and sensitive dog and they are great with her. Also, the Washington street office is open 24/7 and are always available. Best vet around. Pricey, but totally worth it to know your babies are in the best hands.

We'd had prescriptions and phone messages "lost" and never a concession on their part. Lots of staff turnover. They used to provide quality service and family-style care, but that's long gone. Go somewhere else!

Super friendly and understanding! Very gentle with my little Chihuahua and explained everything very well. The Riverdale location is not that far out of the way for most people and they seemed to have a lot more availability than the main hospital. An exam, nail clipping, vaccine and heart worm meds ran me right around $170, which I thought was reasonable but really have no concept of what pet-things cost these days. Clean and cozy office with great staff.
