I cannot say enough good things about North Veterinary Clinic. They are extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I take my two cats and dog here and it is the only place they all feel at ease at outside of home. Dr. North is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She takes time to answer questions and offer sage advice. The pricing is fair and reasonable and the facility is always clean. It is a true gem in the town of Ashford and I could not recommend this place more! They are a MUST hire for anyone looking for somewhere to bring their pets!

I've been bringing our rescue dog here for the past 6 years or so. I've been happy with the care my dog has received.Sometimes if I have an appointment later in the day it seems like I'll have to wait a little while in the exam room before seeing the vet. I'm sure like any office they might fall behind at times. I had an early afternoon apt and saw the vet almost right away. She takes her time and is sure to answer any questions and never makes you feel rushed. I wish they had a day or two they were open later during the evening but that would be my only gripe.

My family has been taking our pets to Dr North & her staff for 20+ years. We and our animals are always treated with warmth, compassion, and thoughtfulness. They're willing to work within your financial constraints to assure your pet has the best possible healthcare. This clinic helps local rescue groups as well, and I have never once had anything resembling an unpleasant experience here. Highly, highly recommended!

I have used North Vet since moving to Pomfret, about 18 years ago now. They have always taken excellent care of my pets. Certainly can not ask for better care. Trixie is my 3rd dog since I have been coming to North Vet. I had to have my second dog put to sleep. Catherine took a lot of time with me and my daughter during that process. I never felt rushed. Very understanding and compassionate .I trust her and her staff with my pets.Kay

Dr North has been my pet's veternarian since she moved to town. That's going on 30 years. I can not imagine a kinder, caring and professional group. Dr. North and all her associates (every one) have given my family (includes my pets) the best care and shown the most concern I could imagine. She has gone as far as calling the house the day after a illness visit to make sure my pet is progressing well.

I will always take my pets here. The staff have treated our animals with the utmost respect an dignity. They exhibit great compassion and have made every effort to do what they can to keep my pets healthy. My last dog died this summer and the entire staff sent us a sympathy card that just touched my heart. I can't thank them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about North Veterinary Clinic. They are extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I take my two cats and dog here and it is the only place they all feel at ease at outside of home. Dr. North is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. My family has been taking our pets to Dr North & her staff for 20+ years. We and our animals are always treated with warmth, compassion, and thoughtfulness.
