I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Sullivan since I moved to Thomaston 13 years ago. I wouldnt go anywhere else with my furbabies! Dr. Sullivan & his entire team are all great!!

CUSTOMER BEWARE OF YOUR RIGHTS! The vet clinic insists that you purchase THEIR expensive medical supplies (they will flat out tell you that the competition has lesser quality products). [By law you don't have to get their product and they have to write a prescription for you by your request.] In asking them to do this action (so I could get mine at much cheaper price at 1-800-PETMEDS), I got a sever lecture why he wouldn't do it. (Some old war wounds with the company or something, I'm guessing.) After INSISTING that the establishment must do so. I got my results but was immediately dropped as a customer (handed my paperwork and suggested to take it to another vet).
When I took my dog for exam and I felt that it wasn’t performed. I felt there was a lot of of trying to get more money out of the customer. Sure the dog got shots in the blood test but those were separate charges on the bill. It makes me feel uncomfortable to have the feeling that I’m getting nickeled and dimed for everything that’s offered. (Just surprised they didn’t charge me for the dog biscuit from the jar.) Secretary and staff were pleasant and nice though (credit when it's due).

I visited Bantam Lake Animal Hospital with my ragdoll, Danny. I am new to this animal hospital and so mad it took me this long to find it. First - the vets - I cannot say enough about them. You can see the love they have for the animals. They are so so easy to talk to...I actually enjoy our visits. I have a year old retriever and a 17 year old kitty besides Danny. Sitting here trying to say the right words and alls I can say is one would be silly not to try them out. I am so very happy with all of the staff - and then there is Reggie....lol - she is the best!
