We have been going to KBAH with our birds for many years-we have an African Gray, cockateils, and in the past we had finches, too. I think we have, at some point or another, met all the vets, techs, and front desk staff that work there! We have always had a great experience with our "flock." We have also boarded our birds there, and we are always very pleased. They are familiar with each of the birds and us, to the point that when I call on the phone they'll say, "Is that Kikook (our gray) talking in the background?"We recently adopted a found dog. Our min pin has several medical issues, and Dr. Giles and her staff have been absolutely fantastic with her. They are helping me learn to cope with her medical problems and her understandable separation anxiety. All this has had a truly positive effect on our dog's comfort and behavior. Last time I was there, somebody brought in a turtle they found injured in their yard. KBAH took it in. They treat all kinds of animals, exotic pets, and do wildlife rehab. They are a great facility!
