The best vet that I have been to by far. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. They are very easy to get a hold of and are always available when you need them either by phone or in person. They are reasonably priced too! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

First off I would like to say that both vets at this facility are kind and seem to have a lot of knowledge. Now to the bad part. I always knew that they were overcharging but since I liked he vets I stayed. Well this became an issue when my cat had a seizure recently. I brought her in distraught and the vet said she should check a blood pressure to make sure she's not hypertensive. Of course I didn't think to ask how much it cost (nor did they tell me), bc I figured it's a blood pressure, How much could they charge? Well I almost had a stroke when I checked out and was charged 125 for a blood pressure. I called to see if that was a mistake and I was told that's what they charge. So I called around to 4 other vets in the area none of them charged more than 40 dollars for a blood pressure. So of course I called back to share my frustration and they had no explanation other than that's what we charge. So I switched vets and they had the nerve to call me and ask for 5 dollars to fax over the records. After they more than triple charged me for a blood pressure, they can use part of their exorbitant profit and pay the 5 dollars. They should be ashamed of themselves. Run far away from this vet office if you value your hard earned money!!!

Andrea and team are more like Family than a hospital for our kitties through the years. We have had a total of 7 kitties since I have been married and my husband had at least one other dog and kitty prior to that all taken care of by Andrea and Eva over the years. Their care has been something that is loving, caring , professional and always with the utmost care as to what is best for our kitties. I can't think of one bad thing to say or one bad experience. Even when we have to put our angels down they are right there with us the whole way and care about the experience and make it as easy for us as is humanly possible at such a horrible time in our lives. What can I say we love them and are so blessed to have them in our lives. 5 stars is not enough.

We have been taking our pets to Dr. dennis for years. I have never found a vet who cares as much. She takes fabulous care of our pets. Unfortunately she has also been with us at the end of the lives of two of our pets. The care and kindness she and the rest of the staff showed us at that time was exceptional. We will never take our four legged family members to anyone else.

We have been clients of BAH for years. Having had several veterinarians prior, we can honestly say that none came close to the care and bed-side manner of Dr Dennis and her staff. She has a tremendously warm and out-going personality, surpassed only by her professionalism and care for our pet. I recently referred a new neighbor to Dr Dennis who had re-located from Pennsylvania. After seeing Dr Dennis he commented that his dog had never received such a thorough examination and was so impressed with her personality and care to communicate effectively. We highly recommend Dr Dennis and her entire staff.

I recently had to put my 16 year old lab down. Bloomfield Animal Hospital couldn't have been more passionate and understanding through the whole process. This was the last one of three labs I had put down by Bloomfiels Animal Hospital. The first lab was put down at 12 years old the second at 16 yrs and the last one again 16 yrs old. I strongly believe I got this many years out of them because of the care I got from Andrea and her staff. All of them had issues with their hips and getting the right diagnosis and right medication I swear I got another 4-5 years out of them. I can't thank them enough. I know I will be getting another dog(s) again and I will definitely go back to Bloomfield Animal Hospital.

We moved to Connecticut when my dog was 5 years old. At previous vets, he would get so scared all the muscles in his body would tense up and he would be shaking like a leaf and hiding beneath me. When I took him to BAH, Dr. Dennis took her time with my anxious dog. She took him for a walk, and very slowly and patiently worked with him. Little by little he warmed up, and I was shocked when he would actually take treats from his vet and would lie down calmly on the ground. That was a first! I was so astounded by how well they worked with my dog, and I loved that they saw and vocalized how sweet my dog really is and how gentle he is with my kids, even though he gets nervous at the vet. At previous vets they treated him like a problem they had to force the exam on. At BAH, they always treated him with warmth and compassion and patience. They figured out what worked well for him and I could actually take him in for treatment without dreading it (and without him fearing for his life). We saw both Dr. Dennis and Dr. Ceranowicz and got the same wonderful care from both. I was so sad to move away from CT and find a new vet. Even then, they gave me tips on what to look for in a vet and told me to call back at any time even after moving to California. They're the best!

I have been here on multiple occasions some urgent and some routine with a dog and 2 cats. Each time I have visited I have had excellent service. They even gave me copies of all my pets records because I misplaced mine before they were to be boarded. They answer emergency questions as to what if a dog eats this or that, which is really good since my dog tries to eat everything. Overall, I think you will find the service great towards you and your pet.

First off I would like to say that both vets at this facility are kind and seem to have a lot of knowledge. Now to the bad part. I always knew that they were overcharging but since I liked he vets I stayed. Well this became an issue when my cat had a seizure recently. Andrea and team are more like Family than a hospital for our kitties through the years. We have had a total of 7 kitties since I have been married and my husband had at least one other dog and kitty prior to that all taken care of by Andrea and Eva over the years. Their care has been something that is loving, caring , professional and always with the utmost care as to what is best for our kitties. I can't think of one bad thing to say or one bad experience. We have been taking our pets to Dr. dennis for years. I have never found a vet who cares as much. She takes fabulous care of our pets. I recently had to put my 16 year old lab down. Bloomfield Animal Hospital couldn't have been more passionate and understanding through the whole process. We moved to Connecticut when my dog was 5 years old. At previous vets, he would get so scared all the muscles in his body would tense up and he would be shaking like a leaf and hiding beneath me. When I took him to BAH, Dr. Dennis took her time with my anxious dog. She took him for a walk, and very slowly and patiently worked with him. Little by little he warmed up, and I was shocked when he would actually take treats from his vet and would lie down calmly on the ground. That was a first!
