I cannot say enough about Ash Creek Vets. The customer service by far exceeds five stars! The professionalism, knowledge of the staff, and the love, care, and attention they provide daily is greatly appreciated and definitely noticed. Dr. Dailey is phenomenal! I recently moved to the Black Rock area and Ash Creek was the recommended vet on one of the Black Rock Facebook pages. I brought my cats in for a routine visit and Dr. Dailey, found a heart murmur in both cats and recommended bloodwork as a follow up. I am so thankful she did, as she was able to catch that one of my cats has chronic kidney disease. I had to take my cat to VREC for a kidney flush and Dr. Dailey was great support throughout the entire process. She called me the night he got home, spent a lot of time going over his at home care, took the time to listen to my concerns and offered to help in any way she could. The staff is friendly, and I have never been "over-charged" or taken advantage of. Dr. Dailey always explains the cost before doing anything. You can just tell that the staff really loves what they do and are passionate about animal care. Cold is certainly a word to describe this location. I brought my pup that I adopted from Little Black Dog Rescue there for his final checkup and "Clean bill of health." She weighed him, talked to me for a hot second and told me he's a good dog, he's good, and then left and told Amy (the shelter person) that she'll mail his health certificate (which says he has nothing contagious). They clearly have ZERO regard for service or animals, even the people behind the counter could care less about an animal in the room. I went to another place because I sensed something was wrong, and less than 10 days after bringing him to Ash creek, he has Round, Hook, AND TAPE worms (which are contagious)! And I never took him to a dog park or out with other dogs yet (thank goodness). Definitely WILL NEVER go back to Ash Creek Read Less

I live in Norwalk and there are plenty of vets close to my house, but I go all the way to Black Rock to see Dr Dailey because my bassets (Priscilla and Presley) love her so much. When Priscilla had a health issue last year, Dr Dailey made sure to keep me updated on everything, calling me after hours to let me know results of tests and offer advice. I prefer to take a holistic/natural approach to caring for my dogs whenever I can (food, flea & tick treatment, etc..), and never feel like i am being judged, and Dr Dailey always lets me know if she really thinks they would benefit from a certain vaccine or treatment. The staff at Ash Creek is always lovely and accommodating, even when I have to reschedule last minute. Read Less

I had a horrible first and last experience at this Vet. The doctor spoke over my head and did not explain things in a customer-friendly manner. I did not trust him and felt like he was trying to take advantage of me and drive up the bill. The bill was outrageous - the check-up and tests for my pugs were double what I normally pay for a similar exam. As I was leaving, I asked for my dogs' file and I absolutely will never go back.
