After anxiously waiting for the annual checkup for my corgi, I was thrilled we could go inside with him and I’m so glad we did. Let’s start with having to wait 45 mins after our appointment time ‘due to a couple of emergency visits’ for other pets. Technician offered the complimentary nail clipping and took our dog to another area before exam started. She brought him back 3 mins later stating: “He’ll need to calm down a few minutes before Doctor can see him - we clipped his back feet but he wasn’t having it.” Come to find out, Dr Lisa was the one who did the nail trim.
we can only assume he was cut which is why he was so upset because he goes to groomer and never has had an issue with nail trim. Dr Lisa came in and immediately went to grab a box of treats instead of greeting my dog. She never once said his name or pet him. She proceeded to sit down on the floor and continuously fed him treats. Barely touched him with the stethoscope and wouldn’t examine his ears without trying to put a muzzle on him. We were stunned and shocked by this bizarre behavior because our dog is extremely friendly and sweet to everyone. He had never shown aggression but obviously felt uncomfortable with this doctor. Dr had to attempt shots multiple times and spilled one of the meds on the floor. This story could go on but bottom line we will never go back.

A beautiful, newly remodeled facility, always immaculately clean and fresh. We have been bringing our fur babies to Burlington Veterinary Center for almost 20 years. We've always adopted rescues, who often arrive with health issues. But Dr Eshrick, Dr.Trevino and all of the staff are always kind, caring and most importantly, diligent in resolving our dogs health problems. We recently lost our 16 1/2 year old Bichon Frise, Tigger, whom we loved dearly. I can't express how grateful we are for the kindness everyone showed him (and us) in his last days.

Dr. Esherick and his team are truly amazing. The facility is beautiful and clean. I can't thank the staff enough for staying late (past 10pm) to help with my sick boxer. BVC was recommended by a family friend and I wish they had told me sooner. I spent so much time and money going from doctor to doctor trying to get answers before their recommendation. Dr. Esherick immediately knew what was going on. Within moments of arriving, my dog was greeted by friendly staff and put on an EKG machine. We finally got an answer as to what was wrong with my good ol boy. I truly believe Dr. Esherick did everything he possibly could to help my senior dog, but unfortunately it was too late. Cancer had formed in my dogs heart. Dr. Esherick was very patient with my husband and I as we watched the ultra sounds and learned what a monster cancer can be. I'm so grateful to have had such a compassionate team surround my dog during his final hours. Before my dog passed, every other facility we've visted, he'd get pretty tense and scared. At BVC, he wasn't! I think what made him comfortable was Dr. Esherick getting on the floor to pet and comfort him. In all my years, I've never seen a vet sit on the floor and give love to my dog. The staff truly care about animals and I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this place.

Burlington Veterinary Center is the only place I entrust caring for my pets! Dr. Esherick, Dr. Schupak and the entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Dr. Esherick and his staff went above and beyond when caring for my sick and dying kitty. I know we would not have received the same type of care anywhere else and I am so grateful for this!
I highly recommend BVC to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so! Thank you BVC for all that you've done and continue to do!

Dr. Schupak is an amazing veterinarian! She does an incredible job listening to my explanations of what's wrong with our dog and spends quality time getting to know my dog as well. I never feel rushed...
Dr. Schupak is an amazing veterinarian! She does an incredible job listening to my explanations of what's wrong with our dog and spends quality time getting to know my dog as well. I never feel rushed and always feel like our dog is getting excellent care. We had adopted a rescue with a lot of issues and Dr. Schupak was able to quickly assess what was going on and help our dog become a healthy and happy part of our home! Everyone at Burlington Vet are really nice people and go out of their way to make our dog feel like family - totally recommend this place!

Although I have never actually visited the hospital, I feel I can vouch for the Burlington Veterinary Centre.
My husband, Chris, is the hospital manager and because he has managed several hospitals I think he is a very good judge. He was so impressed with the level and quality of professional care and the compassion and skill of the entire staff he now drives round-trip every week from our home in Pennsylvania to spend the week as part of this special and noteworthy team.
Very few hospitals I know can claim this distinction.

This vet has only been taking care of Jessie during her last year or so (we switched from a vet in Plainville at Taylor's request). I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at Burlington Veterinary. Dr. Shupak and her staff went above and beyond any service I have ever had with any vet. I cannot thank them enough for making Jessie's passing such a touching and compassionate, gentle, loving event. Missing our wonderful dog's sole every day.

I have to say, having been in and out of the veterinary field for a number of years, and having been a pet owner most of my adult life, I am above and beyond impressed with the courtesy and professional staff at Burlington Veterinary Center.As someone who comes from the business, I tend to be a little more particular about the veterinary establishment I bring my pet to and I'm pleased to say Burlington Veterinary Center covers all the bases I require for top notch care for my cat!The girls in the front office are extremely friendly and the techs are excellent with pets. They made us feel right at home from the first visit. Comparing prices of veterinarians locally I would say this is on average price-wise, I do not find them overpriced compared with other local vets' offices. Drs. Esherick and Schupak bring experience, and a caring attitude to the practice and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Be assured if you bring your family fur baby to this veterinary hospital you will feel welcome, you will feel like they care about your pet as much as you do!I wish I could give them more than five stars!

Dr. E has been my vet for 30 years or so. In those 30 years I have had probably 10 cats or more (never had less than 2 at a time) and Dr. E has always treated them. He is compassionate and caring. He knows his stuff, and is honest in his diagnoses. He tells it like it is, which is important in making the hard decisions. I have enjoyed my relationship with him and his staff for all of that time. They are all animal lovers, and care very much that my cats are happy, healthy and loved. I'm sure that compassion is shared with all of his clients; nonetheless, it is my intent to continue to take my precious cats to Dr. E, as long as we all shall live.

The Doctors, Techs, Staff and Facilities are really top notch. I always feel comfortable bringing my animal in. Its a bit on the pricey side for veterinary care, but to me its worth it. Its kept clean and doesn't have that sterile veterinary hospital smell that most others have.I've had my puppies exams, spaying and emergency care here. For those that travel/move frequently or are worried about getting their pets information in an emergency, BVC subscribes to an on-line service where you can access all your pets visits, shots and future appointments 24-7.

Dr. Esherick and his team are truly amazing. The facility is beautiful and clean. I can't thank the staff enough for staying late (past 10pm) to help with my sick boxer. BVC was recommended by a family friend and I wish they had told me sooner. I spent so much time and money going from doctor to doctor trying to get answers before their recommendation. Dr. Esherick immediately knew what was going on. Within moments of arriving, my dog was greeted by friendly staff and put on an EKG machine. We finally got an answer as to what was wrong with my good ol boy. I truly believe Dr. Esherick did everything he possibly could to help my senior dog, but unfortunately it was too late. Cancer had formed in my dogs heart. Dr. Esherick was very patient with my husband and I as we watched the ultra sounds and learned what a monster cancer can be. I'm so grateful to have had such a compassionate team surround my dog during his final hours. Before my dog passed, every other facility we've visted, he'd get pretty tense and scared. At BVC, he wasn't! I think what made him comfortable was Dr. Esherick getting on the floor to pet and comfort him. In all my years, I've never seen a vet sit on the floor and give love to my dog. The staff truly care about animals and I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this place.

Burlington Veterinary Center is the only place I entrust caring for my pets! Dr. Esherick, Dr. Schupak and the entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Dr. Esherick and his staff went above and beyond when caring for my sick and dying kitty. I know we would not have received the same type of care anywhere else and I am so grateful for this!

Dr. Schupak is an amazing veterinarian! She does an incredible job listening to my explanations of what's wrong with our dog and spends quality time getting to know my dog as well. I never feel rushed and always feel like our dog is getting excellent care. We had adopted a rescue with a lot of issues and Dr. Schupak was able to quickly assess what was going on and help our dog become a healthy and happy part of our home! Everyone at Burlington Vet are really nice people and go out of their way to make our dog feel like family - totally recommend this place!

Although I have never actually visited the hospital, I feel I can vouch for the Burlington Veterinary Centre.
My husband, Chris, is the hospital manager and because he has managed several hospitals I think he is a very good judge. He was so impressed with the level and quality of professional care and the compassion and skill of the entire staff he now drives round-trip every week from our home in Pennsylvania to spend the week as part of this special and noteworthy team.
Very few hospitals I know can claim this distinction.

This vet has only been taking care of Jessie during her last year or so (we switched from a vet in Plainville at Taylor's request). I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at Burlington Veterinary. Dr. Shupak and her staff went above and beyond any service I have ever had with any vet. I cannot thank them enough for making Jessie's passing such a touching and compassionate, gentle, loving event. Missing our wonderful dog's sole every day.

I have to say, having been in and out of the veterinary field for a number of years, and having been a pet owner most of my adult life, I am above and beyond impressed with the courtesy and professional staff at Burlington Veterinary Center.As someone who comes from the business, I tend to be a little more particular about the veterinary establishment I bring my pet to and I'm pleased to say Burlington Veterinary Center covers all the bases I require for top notch care for my cat!The girls in the front office are extremely friendly and the techs are excellent with pets. They made us feel right at home from the first visit. Comparing prices of veterinarians locally I would say this is on average price-wise, I do not find them overpriced compared with other local vets' offices. Drs. Esherick and Schupak bring experience, and a caring attitude to the practice and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Be assured if you bring your family fur baby to this veterinary hospital you will feel welcome, you will feel like they care about your pet as much as you do!I wish I could give them more than five stars!

Dr. E has been my vet for 30 years or so. In those 30 years I have had probably 10 cats or more (never had less than 2 at a time) and Dr. E has always treated them. He is compassionate and caring. He knows his stuff, and is honest in his diagnoses. He tells it like it is, which is important in making the hard decisions. I have enjoyed my relationship with him and his staff for all of that time. They are all animal lovers, and care very much that my cats are happy, healthy and loved. I'm sure that compassion is shared with all of his clients; nonetheless, it is my intent to continue to take my precious cats to Dr. E, as long as we all shall live.

The Doctors, Techs, Staff and Facilities are really top notch. I always feel comfortable bringing my animal in. Its a bit on the pricey side for veterinary care, but to me its worth it. Its kept clean and doesn't have that sterile veterinary hospital smell that most others have.I've had my puppies exams, spaying and emergency care here. For those that travel/move frequently or are worried about getting their pets information in an emergency, BVC subscribes to an on-line service where you can access all your pets visits, shots and future appointments 24-7.
