Been going there for years and spent a lot of money for my 3 animals. Called and asked if I could make a payment plan for a couple weeks since I am out of work on medical and waiting for disability check . They would not work with me at all. I owe them no money and always paid at time of visit. So I will borrow the money ,get cat better and ask for all animals records. Going to somewhere that is concerned with an animals health as a priority Read Less

My boyfriend went here with his dog, and now I'm happy to bring our dog here. They remember my dog, and don't go out of their way to "sell us" on things unneeded. Very friendly staff.

Dr. Freida bugged me to have my pedigreed male dog fixed from 6 months on. I said we didn't want to neuter a giant dog early--causes bone deformities and shortens their lives--and we wanted to leave our options open to show/breed him but that we would NOT neuter him as a puppy. She did not respect our wishes & kept bugging us. She is asking $800 +/- to neuter him. "HOW MUCH?" That's over twice the going price. I'm switching vets!Read Less

Very insensitive. My 15 year-old cat developed diabetes and was very sick, so we sat down with the vet to discuss the bad news. She started to explain the insulin process and where to get it, but I had to ask what the other options were first. She snapped back rudely "THIS is your option, there are no other options!" I replied that the cat is very old and I'm not sure that this is what is best for the cat. Not to mention my wife had recently been laid-off from work & we were dead broke. She then told me that I was wrong, the cat was only 9. (I've had the cat since she was a kitten, I KNOW her age.) She was completely unwilling to discuss the possibility of putting her down. Apparently, this vet would prefer a slow miserable death for my cat if insulin is not an option for us. Fortunately, the next vet I called was wonderful, respectful, and very compassionate. Not only did that vet discuss options with me, he also suggested that based on all the factors, putting her down might be the most humane option. Read Less

Been bringing my two bull mastiffs their since they opened almost 11 years ago. They love your pets probably as much as you do. Always kind and helpful. I Highly recommend them.
