I have brought my dogs here for 3 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, but lately they have been having issues with appointment scheduling which very frustrating. Confirmed verbally 3 times during a visit that our upcoming dental appointment was scheduled, then on the day of the dental visit, they said it was never booked. This is not the first time they've claimed to set up an appointment and haven't done it. It's getting to be unacceptable, so once our Care Club membership is done, we'll probably choose an alternative vet office.
As far as the veterinarians go, they have always been competent and trustworthy. The only concerning thing is that the vets here change constantly. I feel like every time we come there is a new doctor. This hasn't been much of a problem for us, as we have liked them all. If you are someone who prefers to have the same vet for a long period of time, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Overall this place is a decent option, but I would be a bit hesitant to recommend it to others.

Not pleased with the care of physicians gave me. The prescription they gave me could have been filled and wasn't even after I asked the tech as she handed the script . Then there sorry for that while my dog suffers in pain . Attitude of receptionist " you can call back on Monday to speak to a manager" , very disappointed .

We have been with VCA for about 20 years now and have complete trust in them. We've been through some major health dramas with our cats and they are always there going above and beyond to provide the best care. Yeah, veterinary care is expensive, it is everywhere. But this place, you definitely get the best possible care and treatment for your money. They're honest too, they'll always tell you when something is a long shot or expensive or doesn't look good for the pet.

I am SO grateful this place was recommended to me by both my mother-in-law and co-worker. We just moved to the area and both my pets needed pretty urgent visits- my cat had a very large cyst that suddenly popped and bled and my dog had a pretty serious tooth issue. We felt that they sincerely cared about both our animals and us.
They worked with on the prices and I feel like they quality of care they provide WELL EXCEEDS what they have charged us. Our rescue who wound up having to have 14 teeth extracted (had previous serious issues before we rescued him) and they only charged us for a few since they said most of them came out so easily and they would "have been crazy to charge" for more than half of them.
They had been able to accommodate all of our visits recently within a reasonable time frame and I have never once felt like I had to wait too long for a visit or felt that they overcharged for anything.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I would not recommend bringing your pet to this animal hospital. I have been a customer here for 5 years and will be leaving. I brought my dog because she had an ear infection and paid the $60 for the visit and then another $100 for meds, which is fine. At the end of the visit the Manager came in and asked me if I would like my dogs ears cleaned, I said that would be great bc then i will know how to do it. So she put the cleaner on a cotton swab and cleaned the ear for less than 30 secs on each side. When I get home I see that the Manager charged me $45 for an ear cleaning. I am trying to get my money back, they said since it wasnt a deep cleaning they could give me $20 back but I feel taken advantage of. This is not how you treat people that have been coming to you for years. Thats bad business.

I have brought my dogs here for 3 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, but lately they have been having issues with appointment scheduling which very frustrating.
