Oh where to begin? I ended my relationship with this vet after two pretty disturbing mistakes.1. Vet pointed out flaking skin on my cats back, and said he was too fat and not properly grooming. I said that she was mistaken, that I see my cat groom that area often, and yes he is on a diet. She stated that I was wrong, that he was fat, resulting in bad grooming. She made no suggestions about food, diet or exercise. Two days later I found fleas on kitty which were missed at the vet! That is why his skin was irritated. 2. He had a bump on his forehead which looked odd so I opted to have it sampled and tested. I was told it would be sent to a lab and I'd get results in a week. After more than a week with no notice from the vet I called. After much shuffling paper, putting me on hold, and muffled voices, I was told that I must have misunderstood. They had looked at the sample under a microscope while I was still at the vet. It was fine. So, um, what are the "tests" I paid for and why did I have to wait a nervous week? Turns out that this was another irritation from the fleas. Other yucky-ness. There was another vet whom I loved and the reason I had switched vets to this place to begin with. I was told he had moved to one of their other locations, more than an hour away. This was not the case. Turns out he left their practice completely. Also, they don't advise patients to get the new yearly rabies vaccine made for cats. The old vaccine is a three year, and has been seen to cause cancer. Done Read Less
