I am surprised by the other positive reviews (but they are almost two years old now). I took my dog in and was shocked at how much the services cost:$79.50 Office visit/exam$24.00 Nail Trim $46.00 Anal sac expression$47.00 Stool analysis for parasitesEven worse, I was not happy with the service before I even before I realized how much this visit cost me. The vet I saw, Dr. Willis, looks a little hippy and acts very spacey. The "exam" consisted of her palpating my dog, looking at her eyes, teeth and gums. That's it. No looking in her ears or taking her temperature. I brought my dog in because she was having unusual stool. When they trimmed my dog's nails, they cut the quick and she bled. They do not use a Dremel so that's not an option. I seriously cannot believe they charge $46 for an anal sac expression! Unreal! For like $5 more I can have my dog totally groomed and expressed. Ugh. I am never going back. Dr. Willis hardly looked at my dog and did not seem to care at all. They have other dogs in the clinic just roaming around (yes, even into the exam room you and your dog may be in because the door is left open to the back area). I hope I save someone some pain - please avoid this place at all costs!!! Read Less

Dr. Kristy and staff are the VERY BEST. Going there for about 20 years for our bunnies & pups. Dr. Kristy is highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly and treats your pets with such kindness and understanding. He saved the lives of several of our dogs, even keeping the office opened after business hours to work on getting pizza dough balls out of our dog's system before they expanded and killed our dog. Another dog he brought back from near death, keeping him over night after he was nearly lifeless and returned him to us the next morning -- we were so grateful to get our ol' energetic pup back! Dr. Kristy offers state of the art laser treatments; his very able assistant, Jaime, helped prolong the life of our dog who had hip dysplasia and DM which had affected our pup's mobility. Dr. Kristy's laser equipment, under the careful expertise of Jaime, strengthened our 11 1/2 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever's back legs so he had better quality of life before he passed. Another one of our dogs is a cancer survivor thanks to Dr. Kristy. He performed the surgery and has given our older gal a great quality of life -- cancer free and we get compliments on what great shape she is in. We have followed his reasonable diet/supplement recommendations over the years and it shows on our dogs. The staff up front and behind the scenes are all incredible - hard workers, friendly and compassionate people, real animal lovers. Had a regular check up which was fine and very professional. I called with several questions related to testing for my Pit Bull mix and acquisition of many lumps and skin tags. Symptoms other dogs in his litter began before they were diagnosed with stage 4 Ca. The Dr. took my call, which I am grateful for. Unfortunately he was very short with me. Lectured me how there was not just one single test for cancer. Asked what type of cancer then interrupted me before I could elaborate. I am a medical professional (for humans). I switched from a clinic that I would dread going to because they were so pushy and expensive that I felt like they cared more about taking my money then they did caring for my dog.
