Let me first start off with the fact that I think it’s shady when businesses pester you for reviews so in no way was this review triggered by request. I believe if you get exceptional service people will do a review on their own ( even with exceptional service sometimes people don’t find the time to post one ) so I’m making time to do so. This was my first visit to this office and I was very pleased. I loved that when I pulled in there were animals all around including horses, goats, sheep, llamas etc .. The representatives right from my first call were professional and answered my questions precisely as well as on my actual visit with my kitten that I had neutered the vet tech was thorough and genuine and didn’t push anything on me. I received a follow-up call when my kitten was out of surgery and when I went to pick him up I had my two small boys with me and the team was welcoming and patient. I brought my 12 year old pug in for the first time last week for an acupuncture consultation. I know in my heart what needs to be done, but I was hoping that Dr. Beckett would have a magic wand. The woman I spoke to on the phone & also the front desk was so nice, the tech was incredibly sweet, she even hugged me when I started crying and called me days later to follow through . Dr. Beckett was so nice and sympathetic and thorough. He explained what he could and couldn’t do with realistic expectations. I am convinced that if I knew of Beckett & Associates years ago, before wasting my time with other vets, my pug would still be healthy and have years left to her life. Read Less

Not only was Beckett an amazingly helpful place in a very difficult time, I received a condolence letter signed by the entire office including a couple of personal notes from the attending Dr & techs!!!! I wish I hadn't had to make the trek that day but of all the places my baby Bill could have passed, I can't imagine being surrounded and supported by a better group of people. As to their competency, they correctly diagnosed the injury immediately. I just wish they hadn't been correct... Excellent Doctors, amazingly caring individuals, and a very professional staff. We have to say that we have been thoroughly impressed woth both Dr. Beckett, Dr. Webb and staff. We have a love of a Pit Bull named Dasso that came in for a second opinion for elevated liver enzymes. Dasso also has the reputation of being very difficult when it comes to blood draws and nail trimmings. They have been able to handle him extremely well without sedation which we find very comforting and impressive. With my fiance and I both being in the medical field we are very selective with our dogs and cant say enough about the professionalism here. The staff & doctors are exceptional and take the time to give me a thorough understanding of every vaccine, lab test, procedure, etc. while making sure my pet feels calm & safe. I've been a pet owner for 16 years and have moved frequently due to school/medical training so I've been to a lot of vets. Drs Beckett, Webb and McIntosh are by far the best I have ever worked with. They are caring and professional, quick to respond to calls and concerns and always able to see a sick animal in a timely fashion. The vet techs and office staff are fantastic as well! I've been coming to them for six years now and would never switch. One of my cats is extremely shy and somewhat behaviorally challenged and they are careful to move at her pace and not over-stress her. When I had to put my elderly cat to sleep recently they talked me through the whole process and came out to my house to make it as stress-free as possible. If you have pets who hate the car I highly recommend this!!! Made his last moments comfy and peaceful in his own space instead of a stressful car ride. Can't say enough good things! Highly recommend! The staff at Beckett and Associates go above and beyond to help you take care of your pet. I had such a terrifying emergency with my dog and was unable to get him there on my own. They came out to my home to help me get him there and take care of him right away. As soon as we walked into the building the staff was ready and on alert to take care of him. He was very anxious in his final days and taking him to a veterinarian's office in this state was not ideal for his last hour. I called and Beth who was extremely sympathetic let me know that they offered an in-home service and explained the process thoroughly to me. Dr McIntosh and Kristen came to our house to euthanize our dog, Parker. They were extremely professional and gentle with Parker and he was as comfortable as he could have possibly been in his final moments. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate the services provided and how much easier it made a tough situation. Read Less

We love this Veterinarian! We have a new kitten that had developed a cold when we brought him home over the weekend. We did not have a vet yet and I had never been here before but when I called Monday morning they took me in first thing. Everyone was very nice a knowledgeable. They even called and sent a card to follow up. Great people who really seem to care about our pets. If your pets are like your family I would choose to bring them here, thats how they made us feel. This vet is awful. Absolutely awful. The main vet tech. is a jerk. (Put me on hold and when she returned back, must've been unable to hear me, and rudely exclaimed "Or just hang up!".) Won't let me return a cone under the guise that once it's worn it can't be resold, except that I might have brought my own and not have taken that one home, and I can guarantee it would've been sold to the next schmuck. Get your dog fixed inexpensively and then never look back. Read Less

I own a doggy daycare and have 5 dogs myself, I deal with vets all the time. Recently our pet Goat Winston started having difficulty urinating so I took him there. I had lost his brother to the same thing two months ago so I was prepared to send him in for surgery desperate to save his life. This surgery would have cost over $1000, and I was still paying off his brothers surgery I had done at another vet. They did not know the tough financial situation I was in, they could have just taken my money and done the surgery, but instead advised me to wait and let the meds they had prescribed have a chance to work. They were right our little Winston is back kissing all of our daycare dogs and their owners as they come into our school. So thank you for doing what was best for the animal and not doing a surgery that would have made you more money. I appreciate that kind of vet care and will be back!Read Less
