I have been going to this clinic since 2019. Although I am writing this review I am totally holding account for my wrong doing as well. I came late and was told after 10 min there is a cancelation fee of $45.00 and my pet would not be seen. I came in 16 minutes late. I told them that I did not know of this. They informed me rather rudely that it has been in effect for two years and if I have been coming here for two years I would know. Yet I was never informed via email or mail that such a policy was bing adopted, I never signed in agreement and til today knew nothing of this policy. Actually i truly question the credibility of this because there have been times in the past that my wife has came late and this was not enforced. So today i was told this.....charged $45.00 and my furbaby was not seen.....No warning...no...hey because you have been with us for multiple years we will give you a one time courtesy waiver with a warning. NOPE.... TRUTHFULLY.... the $45 dollars wasn't a problem....I am financially well off so that doesn't bother me one bit. But the refusal to see my pet was a concern....considering I was a faithful customer who gave this establishment roughly four thousand dollars a year at the minimum because I brought all three of our furbabies here. I expressed my dissatisfaction and received more negative and down right rude responses.....brown hair receptionist was very condescending...and with a smirk informed me that she was the Dr's wife......ok....so.....what does this have to do with my me? Or my concern? That's none of my business....was she saying that she has a free pass to be rude because this is her husband's business? Not acceptable. Nevertheless I will not be going back....and I am happy that is his wife and a stakeholder because she will personally feel the financial loss. I personally do not wish for a response....based off of other bad reviews I am noticing a pattern of condescending response remarks and everyone else is wrong but them. Can't say enough positive things about this clinic. Dr. Mags is one of kind. His level of dedication to his patients and his practice is staggering. My family has used Spring Glen Vet since before the Magliula's owned it as far as I can remember nothing inside that place every changed. It was run down honestly. Dr. Mags and his wife Kayla have put everything they can back into the place. In about 6 years they acquired and fully renovated the spot next door that used to be the Hair Loft and turned it into a treatment room and WAY bigger waiting room. They took the practice fully digital making simply requests for records or Rabies certificates WAY faster. While everyone was stuck at home during COVID they were running in and out of the building rain or shine to reduce contact and "slow the spread" and while we weren't allowed inside they used that time to fully renovate and even change the floor plan of the exam rooms to make a more comfortable experience for us. They have added a surgery and dental suite recently so we don't need to drop our pets off at another hospital for surgery anymore. I recently heard that they are able to perform ultrasounds and echocardiograms and will soon have x-ray as well. It is more than obvious how much they care about their patients and the pet parents of this community. Oh and that Halloween thing was pretty awesome and supposed to be even better next year. I took my 10 lb pup here and was mostly satisfied. The Doc thoroughly explained the vaccine schedule and treatment plan, they took her in the back, and brought her back. Then the doc came back in and told me instead of doing the vaccine schedule as we discussed his tech gave my pup all of them she was to get over the next several months. They gave her a benadryl shot, apologized and sent us on our way. Thankfully she was relatively fine after the vaccine overload mistake but it made me a little weary of their attention to detail. This is also where my male kitten was neutered and it couldn't have gone smoother. I think it's a relatively safe place for animal care just make sure they slow down and give your babe the focus they deserve. Read Less
