I’m going to have this hospital close down. I had my little girl Lily cremated, when I brought her there she was very sick I knew she wasn’t going to make it. This people did not explain anything to me I was distraught crying I never been through this before. They did not care. My baby was cremated and tossed in the trash I kept calling asking when can I pick up my baby. Someone will call you, I call again on 11/29 and they said that I didn’t want her so now she’s gone. The people that knows me know how much I love my Lily I give my life for my baby. Now she’s gone. They don’t care. This hospital is the worse. I’m going make sure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I’m going to close them down. I promise Read Less

I was referred to Pieper by my vet for my 12 year old Golden Retriever, diagnosed with a nasal tumor. We all knew the outcome, but, at the suggestion of my vet, we took him to Pieper’s Oncology Department anyway. When someone in my vet’s waiting room heard them tell me to go there, she whispered “don’t do it, go to Norwalk.” I didn’t listen and made a huge mistake I have to live with for the rest of my life. At Pieper, we were greeted by unfriendly receptionists. We were seen by Dr Ho, who felt it may be possible to extend his life six months, making it easier for him to breathe at night, basically not be in much pain, and have a decent six months ahead. We knew, as she explained, it was just a hope and nothing set in stone. It could be less than six months but we thought we’d give our beloved Norman a chance. We decided on chemo vs radiation because of his age. Before his treatment, I had a question and sent her an email as well as called Pieper twice. No one ever returned my call even after promising that even though she wasn’t in, another oncologist would call me. No one ever did. Pieper staff was supposed to call the night before the chemo treatment with instructions regarding eating/drinking/meds yet no one called. My husband had to call and practically beg for instructions! At his first treatment that I was unable to attend, my husband and daughter both felt uncomfortable, confused and anxious. Upon arrival, no one gave them any kind of instructions other than to wait in the waiting room. After the treatment, I called when my husband told me Norman’s next treatment wouldn’t be for three weeks. That worried me because she said the tumor was growing and I knew waiting three weeks wasn’t good. She called my husband and daughter “confused” and basically told me they didn’t understand her. Mind you, these instructions Dr Ho gave to my husband and daughter were “on the fly” in the middle of the crowded, noisy waiting room. I told her I was worried because my primary vet thought without treatment, Norman would only have about 4-5 weeks to live. She responded by saying they are just veterinarians and not oncologists like herself, and that her extra schooling was evidence enough that she would know and they wouldn’t. That statement was very rude, arrogant and extremely upsetting to me and obviously did not answer my original question. After a week when his chemo had no results, she said he needed radiation which was completely different than what she said initially but I would do anything to save him. She gave me a doctor’s name in Norwalk where I should have started in the beginning. Norman went for a blood work up so he could start on an additional medication. The blood work was sent to her on Wednesday morning, and Dr Ho did not call me back until late Thursday afternoon. At that point, it was too late for me to drive to Middletown for the medication so I said I’d go on Friday. Friday, Norman was having trouble waking up, not eating or drinking. He was too weak to stand. I knew he was just too tired to go on. I called and left a message for her early in the morning to let her know Norman’s condition and that I wouldn’t be picking up the medication unless it could have a positive effect on him. She never called me back. This was her patient. This was my beloved family member. She was told he was dying and she couldn’t return a phone call?? She eventually called me back at 6:30pm, which was 8 hours later. She was cold and dismissive yet again even at this painful time. She offered nothing but for me to drive my 80lb practically comatose, dying dog 40 minutes to her facility. I obviously was not going to choose that option. No condolences, no sympathy, nothing. In my opinion, she is a very arrogant, condescending doctor. I was never so disappointed in a veterinarian in my life after owning 10 dogs and cats throughout the years. I should have listened to the negative online reviews of her and Pieper but sadly I didn’t. Stay away. Norman passed 12 hours later, in case you read this Dr Ho. Read Less

PET MURDERERS!!! EVERY WORD WRITTEN HERE IS TRUE AND FROM PET OWNERS WHO HAVE HAD THEIR BELOVED PETS DIE or MAIMED UNDER THE CARE OF ROBERT OLSON, TESSA OLSON, WHITNEY PHIPPS, and SARAH LORD'S HANDS. Understand that this vet clinic IS NOT what everyone "thinks" it is. Pieper/Olson claims that they have your pet(s) best interest at heart, but, that is as FAR from the truth as a human can LIE. Pieper/Olson will make their hospital and clinic look clean and welcoming to anyone who walks through the door, but, the secrets that lay behind every room is another story... The unsanitary conditions are out of eye sight so the owners don't have to see that your pet's cage is caked with feces, urine, vomit and often leave your pet in its own defecation for days on end AFTER SURGERY causing infection, which can lead to DEATH and in my dog's case that plus MANY FACTORS led to his death from this SHIT SHOW VET OPERATION. The amount of surgeries that ROBERT OLSON, TESSA OLSON, WHITNEY PHIPPS AND SARAH LORD do and don't clean their operating room or surgical equipment have caused MANY pets to die unnecessarily. Pieper/Olson is SO MONEY HUNGRY and WILL LET YOUR PET DIE because they have malpractice insurance - so they could care less either way they got your money! If you are thinking to have surgery here for your pet, TURN AND RUN THE OTHER WAY because many many animals have had unnecessary surgery, been treated for things they never had because your bill will be forged with various costs that were actually NEVER given. The technicians are known to abuse the pets - even the ones just recovering from surgery. Pieper/Olson is money hungry and actually had the BALLS to ask for $ from me after just putting my dog down who DIED UNDER TESSA OLSON, ROBERT OLSON, SARAH LORD, AND WHITNEY PHIPPS' care. I could never have imagined WHITNEY PHIPPS doing surgery on my 8 year old HEALTHY dog with a promise from the WHITNEY PHIPPS of a success rate of 100% ! He declined so quickly and died 3 weeks later... There clearly were medical issues this vet was well aware of, yet they all did nothing. They were so quick to make sure they got my $! Instead of making everything so glamorous on the outside (i.e. a new solar car port and repainting over cracked, peeling, moldy paint - why don't you ASSWIPES look into CLOSING DOWN YOUR PRACTICE COMPLETELY, SENDING MONETARY COMPENSATION FOR EVERY SINGLE PERSON YOU SCREWED OVER AND MAKE IT RIGHT AGAIN, PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL EACH PERSON THAT YOU SCREWED OVER AND APOLOGIZE (I will NEVER EVER EVER accept an apology from your sorry asses!), GOING TO CONFESSION, DOING SOME COMMUNITY SERVICE AT A DOG SHELTER, GO HOMELESS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, GET ON YOUR KNEES AND PRAY FOR FORGIVENESS, FOR MURDERING OUR PETS!!!! TESSA OLSON, ROBERT OLSON, WHITNEY PHIPPS AND SARAH LORD YOU ARE MURDERERS AND are being INVESTIGATED. I have had many people contact me because I wrote this review, who have had their beloved pets die in Pieper/Olson's care. AND your little WEASLE of an attorney at Halloran and Sage can kiss my ass and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it. FREEDOM OF SPEECH! AND YES!!! I have every constitutional right to post a review! Read Less

Pieper Olson has expanded and become outrageously expensive over the last few years. Quality of care, integrity of advice on treatments, and overall experience has headed the other direction- downwards. Revolving-door of veterinarians, too. I have no-joke shelled out just about $20k to Pieper Olson over the last 5 years for the care of 4 dogs and we finally had to break-up with them. In hindsight, so many of the treatments, procedures, and tests they advised were completely unnecessary. Read Less

Tessa Olson, Whitney Phipps and Sara Lord are animal killers.  They did surgery on our pet and killed a healthy dog 3 weeks after.  Whitney has only practiced for 6 months here - so be very aware that she does not know what she is doing and clearly has no remorse for being a dog killer.  Tessa Olson, you are just a useless piece of a human being.  You are heartless, only care about the almighty dollar and I'm sure as shit that DR PIEPER is pissed off to the hilt that you let a dog DIE in your care.  You and your brother should not even be associated with this vet as it was DR PIEPER who opened this vet NOT YOUR GRANDMOTHER!  Anyone who wants to take their pet/pets here, I highly recommend you read the numerous reviews about how poor this vet clinic is.  I want to make readers perfectly clear and understand that these vets, their assistants and Tessa and her brother Olson SHOULD NOT BE IN THE ANIMAL CARE BUSINESS because they both are just wanting to look at the almighty $ and that's all that matters.  The fact that I spent $6K for surgery for them to SAVE his life, not send me home with his ashes in an urn, not return ANY of my calls and then when Tessa Olson finally calls and says she stands by her vets and that they did nothing wrong.  Good one!  Prep all your staff so that no malpractice suits arise - which is exactly what they did MALPRACTICE.  Guess what Tessa - I found some very serious information about you and the mistakes your staff made in treating a perfectly healthy animal that died in your care.   You might want to call your attorney soon because you will pay every cent back for killing my dog.  YOU ARE MURDERERS!  I will be contacting the newspapers, local animal shelters, my attorney, all my friends on FB and social media and you will go down the shitter just like you let my dog do.  You are as stupid as the day is fucking long... I was referred to Dr. Albin when I was trying to find a suitable exotic vet to neuter my guinea pig. It was over a two over drive from Massachusetts but entirely worth it. When I first arrived it was super busy and I was still greeted and brought back to check in. All the staff was exceptionally nice, especially the "guinea pig whisperer". I could not be more impressed with Dr. Albin though, from the moment he first walked in the door I had a good feeling about him. He was extremely patient and walked me through the whole procedure allowing time for all my questions. As for the neuter it went wonderfully, I was sent home with antibiotics (didn't get pain meds but we never needed them). When I did have a concern over the incision they managed to squeeze me in. I even made a mistake of when I would arrive and when I called to tell them I would be late, they still found of way for me to get seen. Thankfully, nothing was wrong and I was just being worried but I am still very appreciative of their and Dr. Albins flexibility. For anyone looking for an exotic vet I highly recommend Pieper-Olson. I want to preface this review with some transparency; Pieper Olson Emergency actually sends an email once you bring your pet there ASKING you to leave a 5 star review on Google. This explains why there is such a difference in their Google ratings versus their Yelp ratings. I brought my cat Charlie there as an emergency patient. He stopped eating and was increasingly lethargic. We left him there on a Friday so they could run tests, and at that point we were happy with our experience. We visited him on Saturday and were told he would likely need a feeding tube if he didn’t start eating. He was only 1.5 years old, so we wanted to do what we could and agreed. On Monday, a vet called me wanting to do more tests and procedures and was a bit argumentative with me. By now, our vet bill was $3100. We wouldn’t have been able to get Charlie until Thursday, and who knows how much our bill would have grown in that time. Charlie got his tube placed and we brought him home Monday night. His prognosis was good as long he was being closely monitored. My fiancé and I each took time off to stay with him and keep feeding him. Unfortunately, Charlie passed away at home on Thursday, 6 days after this all began. I don’t blame Pieper Olson for this, he was very sick. My issue with them is once Charlie was released, not one single person called. They were happy to take over $3000 from us, but once we took Charlie home, we didn’t matter. They tried guilting us into leaving Charlie with them to be monitored, when in reality Charlie would have died anyway. He was just too sick. In my opinion, if a team of vets is that concerned with the well-being of your pet, they would follow-up after major surgery. That’s what I cannot leave a 5 star review even after they ASKED for one. Fully capable veterinary clinic equipped with an emergency room. They appear to hold themselves to the same standards required in a normal human medical facility. Meaning, their "vets" are just as highly trained and knowledgeable as a human doctor. The facility is just as clean and orderly as a human hospital. It should also be noted that their knowledge and professionalism is reflected in their price, meaning your vet bill will also be similar to a human medical bill. But if you consider your pet a member of the family, and want the very best medical attention for your pet this is the absolute best place to go. Read Less

Worst veterinary experience of my life. My cat was diagnosed by my normal vet with nerve issues, referred us to the neurologist here. They said I could pick up my cat after work, bring her to Pieper, and the neurologist would see her in the morning. I was told they sent my cat's records and they called Pieper and let them know I was coming. Fine. I picked up my cat from my vet around 630pm and arrived at Pieper around 7. When I told them why I was there, all the receptionists looked confused. I explained the situation and they told me to wait and they'd sort it out. I waited alright. I waited for almost 2 hours before they brought me into an exam room. I should mention the reason I'm there is my cat is having nerve issues that are so bad she can't control her bladder or bowels so the whole time I'm waiting, she's leaking poop and pee in her carrier. The nurse asked me why I was there, took some notes, did some brief tests and left.  I then waited in the exam room for another 30 minutes. The doctor came in and I told her why I was there and she said she needed to do blood work, which would cost over $100 and it would take about 30 minutes. What can I do, I told her okay and waited. 45 minutes later she comes back, says the tests were fine. I'm then handed a bill for an overnight stay, blood work and a doctor consult (which hasn't happened yet) for almost $600. I'm asked to put down a deposit of $550. We must have two completely different definitions of a deposit. So what can I do, I can't take her home in the state she's in and I don't want to put her down without the neurologist looking at her. So I pay and I'm told the doctor will get back to me first thing in the morning. Then I'm handed her poop and pee covered carrier, as some sort of sick consolation prize. Next day I don't hear back from them until 11am. We must also have different definitions of "first thing in the morning". She says she has nerve issues ($500 to tell me something I already knew) and she can either continue a course of steroids with no promise that it will work or she can do an mri to try to find the root cause (another $2500) and go from there. I say I'm going to call back after I talk it over with my family. I call back less than an hour later and the doctor is unavailable. I call back two hours after that, unavailable. I drive up there, I'm told to wait in the waiting room and after 15 minutes, brought into an exam room. 20 minutes later, the doctor comes in, tells me everything she told me earlier and we decide to put her down. So they prep my cat, bring her back, give her to me and leave. They don't come back for another 30 minutes. My arms are sore and she's been fighting me the entire time. I'm on the verge of tears while simultaneously being the most mad I've ever been in my life. She does the deed and asks if I want a minute alone. I say yes and compose myself. Apparently "a minute alone" means the doctor just leaves and never comes back and no one checks on you at all and you can go whenever you want and leave your dead cat in the exam room because that's exactly what I did. If they try to send me another bill, I'm sending them my poop covered cat carrier as payment. Read Less

Good doctors but poor staff. I was trying to schedule a follow visit after my dog had surgery and I was put on hold for 8 minutes. I hung up and called back again later and was put on hold for 10 minutes.  I hung up and called back, spoke to the individual who answered the phone (Danielle) concerning the 2 calls and my attempts to schedule an appt. She simply stated that they are a busy hospital and to hold or call back. No compassion or concern regarding the lack of customer service. After they get your money, it can take close to 20 minutes to schedule an appt. In my case I still have been unable to schedule the appt. For the amount of money they charge for their facility, I expected courteous and helpful staff. The place is run more like an impersonal  corporation, than a medical facility. Read Less

Do not ever go to these vets.  They are confused about hospital policy at the reception area; give out wrong information about bringing, in my case, wildlife for assistance, then refused to help this animal after having had me drive all the way in with him.  They, clearly, have more money than God, and by their demonstration are more interested in the $ than the welfare of the wounded or their caretakers.  Shame on them!  They are in a heart-oriented business, which gives them untold leverage, but they are very disconnected from any heart of their own.  They are only connected to the almighty $. This vet is absolutely incredible. The vets care about your pet like it's their own child. They always took the best care of our dog and two cats, and always spoke about how great they were. It was very obvious that they really cared about the animals, and that was why they were there. The last time we brought him to the vet, we came too late and he passed away from a seizure. They sat us down and made sure that we were okay. A few weeks later, we received a condolence card. They cared SO much. We were thanking ourselves for this vet already, and after this, we will never leave. Our vet before this only cared about money, and didn't know how to handle dogs. I don't know how we would have felt if we had still been there- we sure wouldn't have gotten a card, let alone an actual "I'm sorry." We are loyal to this vet, as they have taken incredibly good care of all of our pets, and are even helping us find the best place to adopt a dog. Read Less

We've taken my large dog there many, many, MANY times, and they've always done a superb job. Our dog (Frankie) had torn both ACLs, and it was in their best interest to find the easiest, most comfortable solution. The staff are very friendly, compassionate, and caring. We ended up having to give Frankie two separate surgeries, and when he was in between them he was simply overflowing with expensive pain medications. They did an amazing job with the first surgery, and after seeing how he did with it, they suggested a different, less invasive surgery. We immediately accepted, and they got straight to work. Frankie has recovered beautifully, and I have to say, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. They did a great job on his surgeries, and are always willing to help, keeping in mind the dog's best being. They are quite expensive, but it is definitely worth it! Read Less

Our 9 yr old silky terrior was vomiting blood. Alarmed as any pet owner would be, we brought her to Pieper Olson emergency because our regular vet didn't have any openings and suggested taking her to an emergency facility. The doctor briefly looked at our dog and then handed us an estimated bill of over $530. We didn't have that much $$ immediately and asked if we could make a partial payment and pay the balance in a couple days. They refused and basically said sorry and good luck! So we paid $160 for some fluids and were pretty hastily shown the door. Never, ever been treated like this by any vet whatsoever. They are, in my opinion, only in it for the $$$. Read Less

I moved from out of state and thought this place might be the best vet in the area but I was disappointed.  My cat has a history of chronic issues, which is why I wanted a good vet.First, the clinic is old, didn't look the cleanest in the waiting area, and smelled really bad.  The vet I worked with was nice but recommended a ton of supplementary treatments including weekly vitamin injections.  But when I pressed for a specific reason or research evidence that it was effective, he couldn't give me any but said "it might make him feel better."  No thank you. I won't be giving my already sick cat weekly trips to the vet for an injection that has no documented benefit. The vet also ordered labs and because I work in medical research, I asked which ones and he told me the specifics.  When I went to call the clinic to make an appointment for the blood draw, they were clueless.  They said there was no record that the vet ordered them and I'd have to wait for a call back from him to schedule.  I told them exactly which ones he outlined for me and they agree to schedule it.  But clearly they don't keep very good records. When I asked to transfer over the records from my out of state vet, I was told there is no electronic records transfer option and they did not have an email address where I could send his recent digital x-rays.  Enter the modern age! They were friendly, but the care in my experience is substandard. Read Less

A very dangerous place.  Lab tests were done on my dog and the results just sat on the doctor's desk for days.  Numerous calls were ignored, I was just told that I had to speak to the doctor to get the results.  I left voice mail messages, and left messages with the office.  They just ignored my messages.  Over a week later I finally forced another vet to give me the results.  The dog had an infection that went untreated for a week and a half because they couldn't bother to call me with the results.  Very clear the only thing that they care about is your charge card.  They couldn't care less about your pet's health.  Stay away. As someone who lives by the academic calendar, I spend summer vacation in Connecticut, even though I live in Delaware during the school year. But with a seven year old basset hound who's been receiving chemotherapy for advanced lymphoma, I faced the question of where and how I would continue her treatment if I was in the New Haven area for three months. After doing some research online about where there were veterinary oncologists in Connecticut, I decided that Pieper made the most sense as the place to continue my dog's treatment. I'm so glad I chose them, because the care that my dog has received with them has been terrific. Dr. DeRegis, the veterinary oncologist, is fantastic; she spent quite a lot of time with my dog and me during our first appointment so that she could really get to know my pup, her history, and how we had been approaching her treatment in Delaware. (She also had spent a lot of time on my dog's case even before our appointment, reading through her file at length and talking with the veterinary oncologist in Delaware.) In the weeks of treatment since then, Dr. DeRegis has been great about answering my questions and listening to my concerns, from the important to the perhaps ridiculous. She's also continued to coordinate with our vet in DE so that there won't be any problems in terms of continuity of care when we head back there. While my dog has only been her patient for the three months of the summer, it's clear Dr. DeRegis has been giving the very best care to my dog. Aside from my dog's amazingly good health (given that she's being treated for advanced lymphoma), the proof of the great care she's getting is in how happy she is to visit Pieper; she's actually a very shy dog until she feels really comfortable with people, but by our second visit, she was wagging her tail as we entered, eagerly going to talk to all the wonderfully friendly and kind staff, vet techs and nurses, and Dr. DeRegis. if you're a dog parent, a veterinary oncologist is someone you hope you never have to meet, but if you do, you want someone who is terrific, and Dr. DeRegis and the staff at Pieper are definitely that. I was referred to Dr. Hammond when our dog had lost the use of her back legs over the course of a week. Our vet suspected a herniated disc. We brought her for an MRI at Pieper, but before they did it they took an Xray and found aggressive cancer - one tumor compressing her spine. They could have still done the MRI and changed me $2K - but they did not. We would have spent ANYTHING to help our girl but he told us that by the time she recuperated, she would likely succumb to the cancer. We put her down that day. This is the first time I have ever written a review, however, after my last experience at Pieper Olson, I felt compelled to speak out. I have been taking my pets to this facility for 7 years and can honestly say, since their expansion (Middletown facility), the level of care and customer service has taken a nose dive. After my third bad experience, I decided to leave this practice for good. Here's what happened: 1. Summer 2011 - The euthanasia of my cat Beau was handled by Dr. Fratamico - a new vet to me, who was so inexperienced that it made a difficult situation even worse and more stressful for me and my cat. Beau had renal failure - a near fatal diagnosis - however Dr. Fratamico tried to sell me additional tests and services and was not honest about his prognosis. The actual procedure was awful as Beau was not given enough to take him from this world and more had to be administered. After this experience, I avoiding any bookings with this vet and had it noted in my record that I did not wish to see her. 2. April 28, 2012 - My dog Cleo was treated by Dr. Albin - a blood test to be able to adjust her thyroid medication. Dr. Albin instructed me to call him on Monday, April 30 for the results. I called as instructed and was put on hold numerous times by a front desk that seemed too overwhelmed to handle the calls. When my call was finally answered I was put into Dr. Albin's voice mail and was assured he would call me with the results. He never did. I called again the next day. I was put into his voice mail again. He never called. Later in the week I called again, waited on hold again for 10 minutes and told the receptionist I refused to hang up until someone gave me the results of the bloodwork. Finally a tech came on and told me she would have Dr. Albin call me right away. He never did. But the tech called back with the results and apologies - she said it was a very busy week and that this was a fluke. I had additional questions, but since Dr. Albin did not make the call - as he said he would - I was unable to get the answers. 3. The last straw: 5/5/12 - I arrived with my sick dog Cleo for a 2:00 appointment with Dr. Albin. I made the appointment earlier in the week. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment and said they would try to squeeze me in. I was asked who I spoke with when I booked the appt - who the heck knows? Was I supposed to take a name? I was asked to sit and wait to see if a Dr. would see me. As I sat, I thought that the level of service and care at Pieper Olson had so deteriorated that I frankly did not want to bring my dog there anymore. I left the waiting room and took my dog home. BTW, no follow-up call from Pieper Olson about the snafu. A year ago, I moved to West Hartford, yet I continued to make the drive to Middletown to this practice. What a mistake. If you truly care about your animals, do not bring them to this facility - find a smaller practice that is able to handle their human and pet clients effectively. Read Less

We have two dachshunds who both suffered from herniated disks. When it appeared that they were having problems walking, our vet highly recommended Dr. Hammond at Pieper-Olson Veterinary hospital for a second opinion. Dr Hammond is a vet who specializes in neurology/neurosurgery. He saw that my dogs spinal cords were compressed and needed immediate surgery. After the surgery, within a few days the dogs were walking perfectly fine with no pain. In both cases, Dr Hammond fully explained the pre-op and post-op specifics of the surgery and took much time to answer all our questions. He and his staff were so kind and reassuring , there is no doubt that we put our Zippy and Bruno in the best care. I found out that my puppy had the Parvo virus.I was told that she would need round the clock care. The veterinarian who diagnosed my puppy recommended that I go to Pieper Olsen for her care. The staff at Pieper Olsen was waiting for her when we arrived. They took her right into the back, and answered all questions that I had. My puppy was only 3 months old, and 4 pounds. Her chances of survial were very slim. The veterinarian called me every morning with updates on my little Peanut's status. I also called every night to check on her status. Pieper Olsen has a specific option when you call their number for checking the status of a sick pet (which I really liked). I was always given a thorough report on how she was doing, and if I had any questions they were always answered with no hassle. I finally received the call that she was able to come home, and it was the best feeling ever. That meant she was out of the woods. She beat the Parvo virus. My little baby stayed at Pieper Olsen for 6 days. It was the longest 6 days of my life. I think we were both equally as excited to see each other when I picked her up. If it weren't for the staff at Pieper Olsen, I don't know what would have happened to my sweetheart. They saved her life. And for that I am forever grateful to them. I highly, highly recommend Pieper Olsen to everyone to bring their pets (family members)to. They gave my doggie excellent care, and considering all they did the price was so reasonable. My baby is now 1 years old. She is the most sweetest, loyal, cutest, fun loving, (I could go on and on) puppy in the world. Thank you so very much Pieper Olsen. Read Less

The tech who taught me how to treat my cat at home was very patient, encouraging, and thorough in her explanation.  I received nothing but the best possible care from the Pieper Olson team.  Thank you all so much.

Read Less
