The staff was very nice and knowledge about what was going on.But when it came to fixing the problem qith the dog thier prices were at a minimum of 5 to 600 percent more than any one in the state. (IF YOU WANT THERE QUOTES FEEL FREE TO ASK. THERE WILL BE A FEE).Also the 30 augmmentin a 3 toradol that they charge me 98.dollars and change could hsve been purchased st Hancock for $7.00 dollars which is controled by the government.

VCA has been taking care of my animals ever since they were in West Haven. Very good to the animals and caring from birth to the end.

Best vets around! Compassionate and considerate. There is a VCA and several other veterinary offices closer to my home, but I continue to visit this office because all of the staff are excellent. Dr. ...
Best vets around! Compassionate and considerate. There is a VCA and several other veterinary offices closer to my home, but I continue to visit this office because all of the staff are excellent. Dr. Lipsis & Dr. Ermilio don't push for unnecessary procedures and give you the facts so you can weigh all the options. They understand financial considerations do weigh heavily in decision making and let you know when it makes sense to try the other option first and when the economical option has more risk. The comfort of your pets is always discussed with any options. Every one of my animals love visiting. The rest of the staff are awesome too. Jamie and Katy always have a smile or kind word to say. I have never seen a team more dedicated to the patients and their families than here.

I just started using Baybrook last Summer when my Senoir cat of 17 years became ill. They were caring and loving towards her and when deciding what course we would take it was written on a sheet along...
I just started using Baybrook last Summer when my Senoir cat of 17 years became ill. They were caring and loving towards her and when deciding what course we would take it was written on a sheet along with prices. It was up to me to decide what I wanted to do and nothing was forced on me. I recently also took a outside kitty whom was dropped off at our home a couple of years ago, which was ill a couple of weeks ago and they were great! Each employee that works there takes great care of each and every person that walks through their doors and treats them like family.
