We had been with a Vets office for 20+ yrs but an incident caused us to switch & it was a true blessing because Aspetuck is a phenomenal vet to care for your family pets. Wonderful & very knowledgeable staff and the compassion is absolutely awesome. I am so happy we now use Aspetuck animal hospital & I will not take my animals anywhere else.
They're the absolute best !!!!!!!!!!

Oh my goodness!!! Awesome staff! Compassionate and thoughtful. I had a sick cat, and was very much in need of a second opinion and help. They sqeezed me in at the last minute, and we didn't even habe to wait long. I think partly because my cat was so weak, but Dr. Trish got right in and found the problem. Sadly, my young cat was too sick to save, but I was pleased that she wouldn't have to suffer or be in pain anymore. Thank you very much Aspetuck Animal☺

Dr. Trish and Dr. Mike are gems - thorough, attentive, patient, happy, gentle, kind and caring. The techs are just as great. Jules had Ashley and Dr. Trish today for her one-year, big-girl visit. Jules was quite nervous upon our arrival, but she was wiggle-waggling in no time in the presence of Dr. Trish's delightful, welcoming demeanor. Every visit has been a great experience (including sick and preventative care visits), and we feel 100% confident bringing Jules to this hospital, which has a staff full of people who truly love what they do!

When our cocker spaniel of 11 years old got very sick we were not happy with the Vet we had. I asked around for recommendations and heard nothing but Good things about Dr. Mike and Dr. Trish and the entire Staff!
I was a little hesitant at first because it would be almost an hour in travel time, but once I made the appointment and went there I was very happy, I can not say enough good things about the Entire Staff and both Dr. Mike and Trish! The office is very bright and clean, everyone is very caring and compassionate, your animal is not just another number! I would Highly recommend Aspectuck Animal Hospital!

I love this vet and would recommend them to anyone who wants a caring, very personal, and very detail oriented vet. My previous vet had not left me with a good feeling of when they told me my dog had a heart murmur. I left not really knowing what it was or whether I needed to get it checked out. I went to Aspetuck for a second opinion, and not only did Dr. Mike explain what her heart murmur could be, he also pulled up a video on the computer screen to physically show me what could be happening. I did end up getting it further checked out per their advice and I'm glad I did. My puppy was born with a small hole in her heart, and thanks to the great Advice from Aspetuck, I know have a baseline report of her issue and will be able to monitor it throughout her life. They are very thorough and caring!! For those that think it is a bit of a far drive, its absolutely worth that drive and I have switched my vet permanently thanks to this recent, very positive experience.

Absolutely worth the drive and the few extra dollars. My normal vet diagnosed my one year old puppy with a heart murmur and I left with an unsure feeling of whether I needed to have it checked out further or not. I brought her to Aspetuck for a second opinion and they confirmed the heart murmur however the doctor gave me a thorough explanation of what was most likely happening with her heart including pulling up a video on the computer. I left with a feeling of certainty that I should get it further checked out and I did. It ended up that she was born with a tiny hole in her heart but thanks to the clear advice from Aspetuck I now have a baseline for her condition and will be able to follow up and know of it is getting more severe or not. I have now officially changed my vet to Aspetuck because of the loving, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

Came to Aspetuck Animal Hospital for the first time today with my 5 year old chiweenie and brand new puppy. I was so impressed! The staff was incredibly thorough, the office was immaculate, tests results were given on the spot, and the vet was also extremely friendly and interactive with our toddler (which I really appreciate). They were a little pricey but I'll pay anything for this type of quality and care for my babies!

A few weeks ago, I brought my pug dog Louie to Aspetuck to get his nails trimmed. It was our first time there. We were so happy with our visit, I decided to make Aspetuck our new animal hospital. We went back this week for a check up and vaccines. The staff is awesome! Friendly, caring, patient, and happy. (It always says a lot about a business when the employees are happy.) I highly recommend Aspetuck Animal Hospital!

My family used to bring all of our pets here years ago, to Dr Gorra, Sr. Always loved this place! Dr Gorra,Sr saved my son's beloved duck and we never forgot. So of course when I moved back to the area after living overseas, it was only natural to return to Aspectuck Animal Hospital.
Loved Dr Trish! Her ease and natural connection to animals is very evident. The staff made me feel welcome and took me a day earlier than booked for due to my error! All in all a great place to bring your beloved pets to!!!

We have been taking our long haired dachshund Buddy to Aspetuck Animal Hospital for 10 years and we love Dr. Trish and Dr. Mike and the entire staff. You walk in the door to friendly receptionists who greet you with a smile and your pets are cared for by the technicians and the Drs. They are knowledgeable, understanding, helpful, trustworthy, concerned and compassionate with the needs of your pet. I would recommend anyone to take their pets to them.

I hate to give them a good review because I don't want more people to find out about them... but I must!! Dr. Trish and her Staff are awesome. She always makes my dogs feel very comfortable and she has gone out of her way to make sure they are taken care of....even on a New Years Day emergency which I am sure must have been a rough wake up call. I love this vet and would recommend them to anyone who wants a caring, very personal, and very detail oriented vet. My previous vet had not left me with a good feeling of when they told me my dog had a heart murmur. I left not really knowing what it was or whether I needed to get it checked out. I went to Aspetuck for a second opinion, and not only did Dr. Mike explain what her heart murmur could be, he also pulled up a video on the computer screen to physically show me what could be happening. I did end up getting it further checked out per their advice and I'm glad I did. My puppy was born with a small hole in her heart, and thanks to the great Advice from Aspetuck, I know have a baseline report of her issue and will be able to monitor it throughout her life. They are very thorough and caring!! For those that think it is a bit of a far drive, its absolutely worth that drive and I have switched my vet permanently thanks to this recent, very positive experience.

Absolutely worth the drive and the few extra dollars. My normal vet diagnosed my one year old puppy with a heart murmur and I left with an unsure feeling of whether I needed to have it checked out further or not. I brought her to Aspetuck for a second opinion and they confirmed the heart murmur however the doctor gave me a thorough explanation of what was most likely happening with her heart including pulling up a video on the computer. I left with a feeling of certainty that I should get it further checked out and I did. It ended up that she was born with a tiny hole in her heart but thanks to the clear advice from Aspetuck I now have a baseline for her condition and will be able to follow up and know of it is getting more severe or not. I have now officially changed my vet to Aspetuck because of the loving, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

Came to Aspetuck Animal Hospital for the first time today with my 5 year old chiweenie and brand new puppy. I was so impressed! The staff was incredibly thorough, the office was immaculate, tests results were given on the spot, and the vet was also extremely friendly and interactive with our toddler (which I really appreciate). They were a little pricey but I'll pay anything for this type of quality and care for my babies!

A few weeks ago, I brought my pug dog Louie to Aspetuck to get his nails trimmed. It was our first time there. We were so happy with our visit, I decided to make Aspetuck our new animal hospital. We went back this week for a check up and vaccines. The staff is awesome! Friendly, caring, patient, and happy. (It always says a lot about a business when the employees are happy.) I highly recommend Aspetuck Animal Hospital!

My family used to bring all of our pets here years ago, to Dr Gorra, Sr. Always loved this place! Dr Gorra,Sr saved my son's beloved duck and we never forgot. So of course when I moved back to the area after living overseas, it was only natural to return to Aspectuck Animal Hospital.
Loved Dr Trish! Her ease and natural connection to animals is very evident. The staff made me feel welcome and took me a day earlier than booked for due to my error! All in all a great place to bring your beloved pets to!!!

We have been taking our long haired dachshund Buddy to Aspetuck Animal Hospital for 10 years and we love Dr. Trish and Dr. Mike and the entire staff. You walk in the door to friendly receptionists who greet you with a smile and your pets are cared for by the technicians and the Drs. They are knowledgeable, understanding, helpful, trustworthy, concerned and compassionate with the needs of your pet. I would recommend anyone to take their pets to them.

I hate to give them a good review because I don't want more people to find out about them... but I must!! Dr. Trish and her Staff are awesome. She always makes my dogs feel very comfortable and she has gone out of her way to make sure they are taken care of....even on a New Years Day emergency which I am sure must have been a rough wake up call. Thanks again!!!! P.S. their website allows you to request appointments which is handy.
