THE WORSE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!! I can go on and on about this place but I won’t. I know I am not the only person that feels this way. I have met and know people who have had terrible experiences here. The good reviews are the only ones you see here because I’m sure they have taken down the bad ones. All I will say is...DO NOT bring your animal here!!!

Staff was welcoming. But I wouldn't go back because as I was getting ready to leave, the veterinarian said "If I had spoken to you on the phone I would have told you to go straight to a Cornell canine...
Staff was welcoming. But I wouldn't go back because as I was getting ready to leave, the veterinarian said "If I had spoken to you on the phone I would have told you to go straight to a Cornell canine orthopedist." So I paid for a visit, an X-Ray and $300 later, I had nothing for my dog and as it turned out I went to another veterinarian who diagnosed her swollen leg.

Amazing caring staff. They fixed my puppy. My poor dog went through over a month of complications from spaying . They made me feel at ease . I wish I went here from the start.

Amazing!!!!! We just adopted 2 kittens from a shelter. Both were born in the winter and suffered from multiple illnesses. Not having cats for quite some years, we were overwhelmed by how much we did not know. The staff was friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile at educating us and putting our worries to rest. The doctors were thorough and truly cared about my kittens as well as my feelings. We will be bringing our babies to BRAH for all out vet needs. I highly recommend this facility!

Amazing!!!!! We just adopted 2 kittens from a shelter. Both were born in the winter and suffered from multiple illnesses. Not having cats for quite some years, we were overwhelmed by how much we did not know. This is the very best vet care and boarding care around! They treat my 14 1/2 year cat with love, kindness and the best care there is. I wouldn't think about taking him anywhere else!!

We used to take our dog here many years ago until they were performing surgery on him (neutering him) and they gave him too much anesthesia, left the room, and when they came back he had stopped breathing. They did offer to not charge us for the surgery (how kind...) but their cold attitude on the phone and the ineptitude of the staff performing the operation (as well as whoever was supposed to be monitoring him afterwards) was just appalling.I will grant that fact that this happened several years ago, but I hate the thought of someone else taking their beloved pet here and facing the same nightmare we faced.It's possible they've gotten better over the years, perhaps they've changed staff, but the attitude I got on the phone when I called them to see if anyone had brought in our dog that went missing the previous day was just as cold and indifferent as when they called to tell us they'd killed our dog.If you're looking for a vet in this area I would suggest Grove Street in New Canaan, Pound Ridge, or (if you're looking for a vet that specializes in cats) A Cat's Place in Norwalk. And I can't say enough good things about the VCA Emergency vet in Norwalk, they saved both my cat and my dog's life several times over.

I have been very happy with this Vet's office. I am always able to get an appointment the day I call. Granted they are not with the same veterinarian every time, but that is not a problem since ALL of the vets there are excellent. The office is clean and everyone there makes a big fuss over our dog, she actually loves going there!! I definitely trust this animal hospital.

This is a wonderful place and Dr. Senker is by far the best vet I've ever been to. I have a 3 year old miniature dachshund and a 3 month old german shepherd puppy and he is great with each of them. I also have 2 cats who have yet to come, but they will come shortly! You never feel like tests or antibiotics are recommended unnecessarily and they always call to see how your pet is doing.

Staff was welcoming. But I wouldn't go back because as I was getting ready to leave, the veterinarian said "If I had spoken to you on the phone I would have told you to go straight to a Cornell canine orthopedist." I have been very happy with this Vet's office. I am always able to get an appointment the day I call. Granted they are not with the same veterinarian every time, but that is not a problem since ALL of the vets there are excellent. This is a wonderful place and Dr. Senker is by far the best vet I've ever been to. I have a 3 year old miniature dachshund and a 3 month old german shepherd puppy and he is great with each of them.
