Took my dog to be groomed at Orange Veterinary Hospital. Dropped him off at 8:00 this morning. 2:00 rolls around and I decide to call since I have not heard anything. Mind you thats already 6 hours that my dog has been there. I get the excuse that he took a little longer to dry and that he should be done around 4:00. I leave work at 3:30 and by this point I'm fuming because I keep thinking he's been sitting in a cage all day and who knows if they've even given him water. I get there, ask to speak to the manager who gave me all these excuses on how they only have one groomer working on 7-8 dogs. Not my fault!She assures me that the dogs are walked twice a day and are given water. I ask for his chart and walk out. We get outside and the first thing he does is pisses like a racehorse. Get him home and the first thing he does is runs to his water bowl and proceeds to down the water like he hasn't had water all day! Sad thing is I used to take him to Petco but stopped because of horror stories and they always had him back to me within 4 hours.

Chanel my first baby girl dog omg U love her so much my son started being jealous whoever been 9 month when i bought her. All orange Vet hospital staff amazing i usually keep her overnight every couple weeks and she get exercise they walk her just amazing i feel safe when i drop her I know there is no worries my baby in goid hands. And grooming every month and her normal Vaccine . It’s really good to have your dog all in same place (grooming, kneel, vet visit) I highly recommend and other than everything I mentioned they are really nice welcoming and i love we could set up any appointment online judt simple and easy.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was referred to this facility by friends who use Orange Veterinary Hospital for their pets. I was pleasantly pleased with the amount of time Dr. Alfaro spent examining my aging baby girl. He spent more time examining her than any other vet I had used. He actually showed me that he and his staff really care about their patients. I had an emergency after hours and he responded within a few minutes. This is a first for me as no other vet took the time to respond to an after hour call. My last vet waited for the next business day to respond to my concerns and that is the reason for my first visit to Orange Veterinary Hospital. My experience has been very satisfying.

I have been going to Orange Vet Clinic for about a year and a half. I adopted my cat from the West Haven Animal Shelter and this is where they take the animals for vet care. The staff and doctors are very good with the care of the animals and I am very happy with the care and friendly staff. I plan to continue bringing Sammy there for all his shots, nail trim or anything else he needs. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for the best in veterinary care for their pets.

We started going to the Orange Veterinary Hospital when we rescued a puppy from the West Haven shelter. My wife and I were pleased with how many procedures are done in house. The Doctors and staff are always nice, smiling, and pleasant. We were so impress with the treatment our puppy Havoc received that we started bringing our 7 year old Pepper to this office. I am confident our two dogs will be well cared for in the coming years. Thank you to the Doctor's and staff.

Orange Veterinary Hospital is EXCELLENT!! We have been bringing our pet family members there since 2000!! They have taken wonderful care of our guinea pigs and dogs over the 17 years! We have been exceptionally happy with all services from medical care to boarding and grooming. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. And the doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. The PetDesk app provides ease of appointment scheduling and appointment reminders, and the website contains valuable and current information on many topics regarding your pets. Staff are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcomed from the time you walk through the door. Dr. was very thorough and explained everything. He did not seem rushed. He even gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions regarding the care of my new puppy. I live about 45 minutes away but the professionalism was well appreciated and worth the drive. I know that my puppy is in great hands. I would definitely recommend this practice to friend or family in need of veterinarian care.

My kitten had a suspected case of ringworm that had snow balled due to being misdiagnosed by Oronoque Animal Hospital in Stratford. We decided to take her to a more competent vet and reviews led us here. First off they accommodated us with an appointment the same day and most importantly their staff was beyond friendly to our kitten and us. Our vet Theresa Kaeser was excellent and took her time with us. We never felt rushed and our kitten no is on her way to getting better. Don't look any further for an excellent vet. Thank you!!

I've been taking my dog, Josie, who will be 10 this year, to Orange Veterinary Hospital since she was a puppy. They have consistently taken great care of her and have been very gentle and careful with her even though she is a nervous and difficult patient. That's why when we got a new kitten, we brought Juniper there too. Juniper makes Josie look like a model patient. I give the doctors and the staff a LOT of credit for dealing with our little "Hellspawn". I know that whenever I bring either of them in, they are going to get quality, loving and professional care.

All orange Vet hospital staff amazing i usually keep her overnight every couple weeks and she get exercise they walk her just amazing i feel safe when i drop her I know there is no worries my baby in goid hands. And grooming every month and her normal Vaccine . It’s really good to have your dog all in same place (grooming, kneel, vet visit) I highly recommend and other than everything I mentioned they are really nice welcoming and i love we could set up any appointment online judt simple and easy.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was referred to this facility by friends who use Orange Veterinary Hospital for their pets. I was pleasantly pleased with the amount of time Dr. Alfaro spent examining my aging baby girl. He spent more time examining her than any other vet I had used. He actually showed me that he and his staff really care about their patients. I had an emergency after hours and he responded within a few minutes. This is a first for me as no other vet took the time to respond to an after hour call. My last vet waited for the next business day to respond to my concerns and that is the reason for my first visit to Orange Veterinary Hospital. My experience has been very satisfying.

I have been going to Orange Vet Clinic for about a year and a half. I adopted my cat from the West Haven Animal Shelter and this is where they take the animals for vet care. The staff and doctors are very good with the care of the animals and I am very happy with the care and friendly staff. I plan to continue bringing Sammy there for all his shots, nail trim or anything else he needs. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for the best in veterinary care for their pets.

We started going to the Orange Veterinary Hospital when we rescued a puppy from the West Haven shelter. My wife and I were pleased with how many procedures are done in house. The Doctors and staff are always nice, smiling, and pleasant. We were so impress with the treatment our puppy Havoc received that we started bringing our 7 year old Pepper to this office. I am confident our two dogs will be well cared for in the coming years. Thank you to the Doctor's and staff.

We have been exceptionally happy with all services from medical care to boarding and grooming. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. And the doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcomed from the time you walk through the door. Dr. was very thorough and explained everything. He did not seem rushed. He even gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions regarding the care of my new puppy. I live about 45 minutes away but the professionalism was well appreciated and worth the drive. I know that my puppy is in great hands. I would definitely recommend this practice to friend or family in need of veterinarian care.

My first puppy and came to this vet. The staff was incompetent. Very disorganized place. The actual vetenarian barely examined my puppy. Maybe because it was my first free visit. I actually found a new vet and was completely shocked when I saw her carefully examining every inch of my puppies body. She really cared. I will never go back to this place and I would never recommend it to any friends or family.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude to Orange Veterinary Hospital for their superb service. My kitten had a suspected case of ringworm that had snow balled due to being misdiagnosed by Oronoque Animal Hospital in Stratford. We decided to take her to a more competent vet and reviews led us here. First off they accommodated us with an appointment the same day and most importantly their staff was beyond friendly to our kitten and us. Our vet Theresa Kaeser was excellent and took her time with us. We never felt rushed and our kitten no is on her way to getting better. Don't look any further for an excellent vet. Thank you!!

I've been taking my dog, Josie, who will be 10 this year, to Orange Veterinary Hospital since she was a puppy. They have consistently taken great care of her and have been very gentle and careful with her even though she is a nervous and difficult patient. That's why when we got a new kitten, we brought Juniper there too. Juniper makes Josie look like a model patient. I give the doctors and the staff a LOT of credit for dealing with our little "Hellspawn". I know that whenever I bring either of them in, they are going to get quality, loving and professional care.
I would highly recommend Orange Veterinary Hospital to anyone!
