They have most definitely improved customer relations. It's nice when businesses can accept constructive criticism and make improvements. This is one of those times when Yelp serves both businesses and patrons. I would give this Practice a higher rate because I am very happy with Dr Profetta and the prices are not exorbitant though, they are most definitely no bargain, but the people who work there evoke mixed feelings. When humans have human children the cost of healthcare is never an issue. However, even if you pay for insurance for your fur babies (aka Faminals), the Veterinary costs are always huge dents in our pockets. So, when I make phone calls to a Vet's office, I expect the people working there, answering the phones and questions and providing information to be welcoming, patient, sympathetic and mostly; never, ever be so curt it instills a sense of awkwardness for a client (like myself) to call their office to speak with them and ask them to work with me about anything, such as, changing the wellness date to suit my needs and what I deem works for my own faminal. When I ask them to "help" me do anything that will avoid extraneous costs so I can save money to have when and if my faminal does get ill, they need to respect that and not assume I'm a idiot and carry an edgy impatient, annoyed judgmental tone about my request.I've had a few incidents with certain staff there that has left me wanting to leave Quarry Ridge, but, I keep staying because I do like other staff members and especially Dr Profetta. It boils down to customer service. It's fine that many Veterinarians have a plethora of clients here in Fairfield county and thus they don't "need" clients, but, that doesn't mean people should throw the puppy out with the bathwater, IMHO.It's important I do mention as much as some staff carry that edge and have to work on their customer service/compassion skills, there are exceptionally nice people who work there too.The place is always very clean.
