This place is the worst..The woman that works the phones gave me a bad review when an rescue adoption agency called because I failed to return a 20 dollar sling after I spent 3000 on an ACL surgery ...
This place is the worst..The woman that works the phones gave me a bad review when an rescue adoption agency called because I failed to return a 20 dollar sling after I spent 3000 on an ACL surgery for my dog that they said would be 500 dollars less. I brought my two dogs there for 15 years spending thousands of dollars there. After I put both dogs down this year, this person sabotaged my chances of adopting a rescue over 20 dollars. As a vet, they are very traditional, and do not consider the downside of putting poison on your pets neck every month or the side effects of heart worm medicine that really is not required in our area. The vet tried to get me to give my dog Lyme vaccines after he'd already had the vaccine and then got Lyme. So would not go back to them anyway but I want the new owner to know what woman at front desk is doing. Hopefully she will read this review.

Have gone to RVH for years and love them. Staff is helpful, accommodating, skilled and very experienced. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Don't bring your pet here if you want sympathetic or humane treatment while you make an agonizing decision about your four legged family member. My friend brought her beloved dog here and the lead vet was unsympathetic and downright mean to my friend. She ended up taking her dog down the road to another vet who was incredibly sympathetic and she ended up putting her dog to sleep. I can't comment on the care they have to my friend's dog but the lead vet was short tempered and unhelpful to my friend.

Staff is wonderful and Dr. Dann is great. I went over there after a horrid experience at another vet and even though it is bittersweet that my dog is dying, the staff is super helpful and wonderful with not only keeping my dog calm and relaxed but with keep me calm and relaxed as well.

This place is the worst..The woman that works the phones gave me a bad review when an rescue adoption agency called because I failed to return a 20 dollar sling after I spent 3000 on an ACL surgery for my dog that they said would be 500 dollars less. Staff is wonderful and Dr. Dann is great. I went over there after a horrid experience at another vet and even though it is bittersweet that my dog is dying, the staff is super helpful and wonderful with not only keeping my dog calm and relaxed but with keep me calm and relaxed as well.
