FOUR TOWN VET HOSPITAL IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! We?re new to the area, and brought our young cat in to get declawed. We dropped her off for an overnight visit, just a simple declawing which I?ve had done to numerous cats without incident. We get her back the next day, and she has plastic bandage tape around her arms up to the elbow, which we?ve been informed needs to be removed in exactly two days or it can cut off her circulation. I?ve NEVER seen this done, and always got our cats back without bandages or a need for a return visit. Over the two days she was home, she could barely walk around and was clearly miserable, which was agonizing to us. We brought her back to spend the day getting the bandages removed, where they supposedly examined to make sure she?d healed properly. 3 days later, when she was mobile enough to pick up, I realize that they FORGOT TO REMOVE ONE OF HER CLAWS. Even worse, they didn?t notice this during the bandage removal exam, which they ?supposedly? performed. I called them back in the morning, and in the interest of ?good customer service?, they informed me that they would be willing to do the claw removal that we had already paid for complimentary, no offer of a partial refund for our time, inconvenience, and more importantly the suffering of our cat. I managed to convince them to keep her there until the bandages were removed, after she was put under anesthetic and went through the healing process all over again. We go to get her back, and they informed us that she had gotten a lot of love and affection during her unnecessary stay, and that we now get to administer an antibiotic to her because she?s had surgery twice in a week. She?s still clearly not herself. Furthermore, they failed to follow their own advice to stop feeding her the night before, and as a result she moved her bowels in the cat carrier (which now has to be thrown out) on the way home. This has been beyond anything I could imagine with a Vet. I really wish someone had put a review like this up when I checked online before bringing her, it could have saved the three of us a lot of suffering. Read Less
