I should have done this years ago. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My dog, Brutus had inflammation in his lymphnodes, which we didn't know were his lympnodes at the time. We brought him in to get checked out and staff recommended a biopsy be done. We of course went through with the biopsy and he was put on steroids while we awaited the results of the biopsy. A week went by before we started calling to find out what was going on and staff kept saying they were still waiting on the results. As it was approaching 2 weeks I started to lose my patience but I trusted that the staff knew what they were doing. Come to find out staff was so negligent and had sent my dogs biopsy via ground mail with NO TRACKING. I was so irate and was told they would need to do ANOTHER biopsy. They then let me know that they had changed procedure and were now going to be getting a tracking number. Which is all fine and dandy but what about my dogs biopsy that was lost because their carelessness. We all know how expensive it is and I'm sure with their new "policy" tracks on at least an extra $50 so they can send a biopsy with tracking. Shame on all staff that made us wait while our dog suffered without correct treatment. Once we did record the results, Brutus had progressed to stage 4 lymphoma. He deteriorated so rapidly after that and had to put him out of his misery just one month after he received his first month of chemo. I know that once a dog is diagnosed with lymphoma it's just a matter of time before there time comes to an end. But because of four town vet his remaining days were cut some much shorter and I blame them for the poor quality of life he had in his last months. Do yourself a favor and don't give this practice any of your money. They're just money hungry and do not care about your pets life. They'll do anything to cover their tracks. My family will never go back again Read Less

My husband and I needed a vet asap for our german shepherd. We were not pleased with our last vet, so this was also the opportunity to find a new one. We came across this clinic in our research, and they had an opening that day (no other vet did). Not only was I extremely pleased that I could have my fur-baby examined that same day, but Dr. K was absolutely fantastic with our dog. First, our dog is a gigantic baby, especially when he isn't feeling well :( She baby-talked him and calmed him down immediately! Her manner with animals is simply amazing. She determined that he had swallowed a piece of bone, and did X-rays to confirm. The visit ran me no more than $250, and included a free follow up visit a week later to confirm he was ok. They even called after a couple of days to see how he was doing with the medicine!!! We love this vet and requested all our records to be transferred over to FTVH. We have 4 fur-babies that we look forward to bringing to Dr. K over the years to come :) Thanks for being such a wonderful person to work with, and for calming down my dog and making him feel comfortable at the vet office!! FOUR TOWN VET HOSPITAL IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! We?re new to the area, and brought our young cat in to get declawed. We dropped her off for an overnight visit, just a simple declawing which I?ve had done to numerous cats without incident. We get her back the next day, and she has plastic bandage tape around her arms up to the elbow, which we?ve been informed needs to be removed in exactly two days or it can cut off her circulation. I?ve NEVER seen this done, and always got our cats back without bandages or a need for a return visit. Over the two days she was home, she could barely walk around and was clearly miserable, which was agonizing to us. We brought her back to spend the day getting the bandages removed, where they supposedly examined to make sure she?d healed properly. 3 days later, when she was mobile enough to pick up, I realize that they FORGOT TO REMOVE ONE OF HER CLAWS. Even worse, they didn?t notice this during the bandage removal exam, which they ?supposedly? performed. I called them back in the morning, and in the interest of ?good customer service?, they informed me that they would be willing to do the claw removal that we had already paid for complimentary, no offer of a partial refund for our time, inconvenience, and more importantly the suffering of our cat. I managed to convince them to keep her there until the bandages were removed, after she was put under anesthetic and went through the healing process all over again. We go to get her back, and they informed us that she had gotten a lot of love and affection during her unnecessary stay, and that we now get to administer an antibiotic to her because she?s had surgery twice in a week. She?s still clearly not herself. Furthermore, they failed to follow their own advice to stop feeding her the night before, and as a result she moved her bowels in the cat carrier (which now has to be thrown out) on the way home. This has been beyond anything I could imagine with a Vet. I really wish someone had put a review like this up when I checked online before bringing her, it could have saved the three of us a lot of suffering. Read Less
