We won't be coming back here! The vet tech made us muzzle our dog who growled while getting shots and told us he needs to be better socialized. I have owned a nervous German shepherd in the past. Our current dog is nothing like that, he is the not an aggressive dog and he loves all people, goes up to everyone at dog at obdience school and gets along with all dogs and loves kids. He has never showed any type of aggression towards any person or animal. The vet tech should have handled this very differently and allowed us to be at his head before making us muzzle him. Visited today for the first time, bright in my to kittens. Made appointment online over the weekend and had a response right away Monday morning. They were very easy to communicate with. Once inside everyone was extremely nice, receptionist, vet tech and Doctor Price. He was very knowledgeable and has an answer for every question. The staff is wonderful. We brought Otis, a very large 4 yr old Rottie there for an ACL/miniscus surgery. Everything was successful. We just brought him for his final follow up and all is good. This big guy has no manners and no sense of personal space except for his own space, but he loves the receptionists and vet techs there, and they love him. Everyone took such wonderful care of our Butterscotch for 14 years until last May when it was time for her to cross "The Rainbow Bridge". Then our baby Cinnamon seemed to need to be seen more than Butterscotch did her entire life. Up to the moment Cinnamon passed over The Rainbow Bridge earlier today, all of you again were wonderful. There is no better veterinarian practice to bring your pet to if you want to get both great medical care and honest answers. Exceptional care is all I have ever experienced at this office and I have been going there for over 20 years. You never feel pressured or pushed into buying or doing a treatment that is unnecessary I greatly appreciate that I wouldn't take my pets anywhere's else.It's a relaxed environment for the most part considering most pets are not relaxed at the doctors office lol... And unlike many other practices you don't walk into a room full of 10 people waiting to be seen. All of the staff are great,  knowledgeable and love animals. Read Less

My Spartacus just had surgery there. I have never been so scared in my life but all the staff there was amazing! The Dr Called me back right after the surgery, the receptionists were great with my million questions! I think I would have gone crazy if they weren't so understanding! Amazing job! I took my dog Angel for a checkup after a long time away from the Vet. They were ALL wonderful. Dr. Price was great. I just found a new Veterinarian for my Angel dog. Price was affordable for all the tests, exam, meds, heart guard and flea collar. Very happy! Read Less

I love the staff at Watertown Animal Hospital. Dr Price is amazing with my two Akita's, Mika and Kenichi. Many Vets would have me tranquilize my dogs because they are believed to be aggressive. I do not have much experience with pet owning, however I adopted a rabbit a little while back. Occasionally I have had a few medical problems that alarmed me in the past with my bunny, and I was referred to this office by other veterinarians. All the vet techs here are amazing, and truly are kind to the animals. They put me at ease and helped make me feel more comfortable for myself and my pet. They were a little pricey, but I would pay anything to keep my bun forever happy and healthy. They are my go to place for all my veterinarian needs!!! Read Less
