Amazing! Dr. Brady operated on my chocolate lab eye lids. She had an annoying area of tissue that grew and hung down rubbing on her eyes. The surgery was a success and the entire staff made her very comfortable. I have been taking my pets to Animal Haven for over fifteen years and once again Dr. Brady's dedication and exceptional skills validate why I would never take my dogs anywhere else. I am confined to a wheelchair and could not get my dog to our regular vet. I called them because they offer house calls, the vet arrived with an assistant, both were cordial but ineffective, telling me my dog would have to go to their office for an examination. Then the vet asked me how much I was able and willing to pay to have my dog cured. I, of course said whatever it takes, BIG MISTAKE, because they took whatever they could. The results were good and I would have paid more if necessary, but that question left me feeling like I was being extorted.

I can not say enough good things about This Vet. I will never leave as they are so wonderful to my fur babies and my babies love them so very much. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. If it were not for them we would have lost our little Braxton. My Boss recommended them when VCA bought out our other vet and prices were jacked sky high. I was very nervous because I am very picky as my dogs are my children. I am so very happy I switched as I have recommended them to many of our fur parents. Just ❤️ Them !!!!!

SMELLY, DISGUSTING, OVERPRICED and RUDE!! They clipped my dog's nails WITHOUT my permission when they did not need to be clipped and CHARGED me for it!! Used to have no problems now my dog has been nervous and whines when having nails clipped. Prior to going here my dog was never nervous and we experienced no problems when taking car rides. Only since going here my dog wines and gets nervous whenever in the car. There was a POOR COLLEGE GIRL in front of us getting a RESCUE dog she had JUST ADOPTED SPAYED/NEUTERED and they were charging her $250.00!!!! She was paying for the charges on multiple credit cards and explaining that she would not have as much money for FOOD that week!! They could have told her about the other nonprofit resources such as the humane society that at the time charged $35.00. Disgusted beyond belief. I'm a big animal lover, however, I understand cat litter has to be changed out. They did not do this and you could tell. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THERE WELL BEING!!!!!

We were not able to bring her into the hospital because of her condition. They came to us. It was a last minute request but they came in the very next day! Took the time for us to say goodbye and consoled us afterward. Such wonderful people!

I first brought my cat to Animal Haven. She wasn't a lovable cat, but they treated her so well, that she loved them all. Since then, I've had a dog that I took there & she just loves going to see them. I have never had a problem with any of the Doctors or staff. Everyone, just loves my dog as well & treats her as if she was there's. When my dog got bit by the neighbors dog, they did everything in their power to help us get through it. They even called to make sure she was OK. I can't think of one bad thing to say about them. Keep up the good work.

Please don't ever get a rescue dog from Dr Brady. She told me the dog I adopted was HEALTHY but she is a very sick little dog. I called Dr Brady for 2 weeks and she will not get on the phone me, she keeps telling her staff to tell me the dog is healthy. I took the dog back to her office 6 days later to be seen be Dr Mann, I informed her the dog was coughing and whimpering, she told me to give her a Benadryl. Less than 48 hours later I found worms in her poop. Took her to another Vet and got pills for her. I continued to call Dr Brady's office to inform her but she still would not get on the phone, the staff said the dog was HEALTHY. My Cairn terrain became ill and I rushed him to a Vet hospital, he was sick just the like the rescue dog. I thought I was going to loss him. Dr Brady still would not call me back. Rushed the rescue dog to another Vet today, she has a lung infection. Dr Brady now is putting the blame on the shelter. She still has not spoken to me, she speaks only through her rude staff. Now all 3 dogs are on meds and I have spend so much money $$$, I can't afford anymore and I'm scared I am going to loss a dog. Be careful when Dr Brady says a dog is HEALTHY and don't except a return phone call. My heart is broken for my dogs and I am so hurt by the treatment and the lies from Dr Brady and her staff. You want to believe your Vet when they tell you a dog is healthy, that was a mistake. A very big and costly mistake. My heart is broken.

We were so sad when we couldn't see her regularly. We decided to move on from where we were going due to all the changes. We found Dr. Mann & were super excited that we did!! We love the staff here too! It is a great atmosphere, feel like your family not just another dollar sign like other places. I highly recommend Animal Haven!!!

I've been to Animal Haven Veterinary Center two times now and both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. I've had trouble in the past with vets rushing Charlie in and out of their offices, not really taking the time to address his anxiety or, in this case, his back injury that plague him. That has not been the case at Animal Haven and I'm so thankful for the wonderful care they give to my pup every time we come in.

I've been taking my pets, cats and a dog, to Animal Haven for at least 8 years - never disappointed. I've loved all the vets that work there, past and present, and the support staff is caring and helpful. Most recently, my dog became very sick to the point he could barely walk. I thought we were going to lose him. Dr. Brady immediately figured out it was diabetes, treated him, and less than a month later my dog was his old silly self.

My mom and I have been clients at AHVC since I was a little girl and Dr. Brady used to do housecalls for my very first dog. Now that I have four dogs and am in my twenties, I still take my dogs here. I won't take them anywhere else! Dr. Brady is so caring and goes out of the way to make sure your pets are taken care of and have the best care. Dr. Mann is also wonderful and has been a great addition to the practice! The staff is wonderful and greets each person when they walk through the door. Love them all! Thank you!

Love, love, love Animal Haven! Dr. Fagreus is spectacular, sweet, and most importantly knowledgeable! Of all the vets that I've visited in Delaware, the staff at Animal Haven are the only ones that seem to truly care about my dog and his well-being (and happiness). Their prices are reasonable and getting an appointment in a short period of time is a breeze! Everyone is pleasant and professional... Bear (my dog) loves visiting his friends at Animal Haven!

I cannot say enough to express how wonderful Dr. Brady and the staff at Animal Haven are. They have taken exceptional care of my English Bulldog, JB. in normal visits which he loves and in an emergency. I could not imagine trusting his care to any other veterinary center. I have been entrusting my pets care to them for over 20 years.,

Amazing! Dr. Brady operated on my chocolate lab eye lids. She had an annoying area of tissue that grew and hung down rubbing on her eyes. The surgery was a success and the entire staff made her very comfortable. I have been taking my pets to Animal Haven for over fifteen years and once again Dr. Brady's dedication and exceptional skills validate why I would never take my dogs anywhere else. Thank you to the entire team! Our pups love you all!

I am confined to a wheelchair and could not get my dog to our regular vet. I called them because they offer house calls, the vet arrived with an assistant, both were cordial but ineffective, telling me my dog would have to go to their office for an examination. Then the vet asked me how much I was able and willing to pay to have my dog cured. I, of course said whatever it takes, BIG MISTAKE, because they took whatever they could. The results were good and I would have paid more if necessary, but that question left me feeling like I was being extorted.

I can not say enough good things about This Vet. I will never leave as they are so wonderful to my fur babies and my babies love them so very much. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. If it were not for them we would have lost our little Braxton. My Boss recommended them when VCA bought out our other vet and prices were jacked sky high. I was very nervous because I am very picky as my dogs are my children. I am so very happy I switched as I have recommended them to many of our fur parents. Just ❤️ Them !!!!!

SMELLY, DISGUSTING, OVERPRICED and RUDE!! They clipped my dog's nails WITHOUT my permission when they did not need to be clipped and CHARGED me for it!! Used to have no problems now my dog has been nervous and whines when having nails clipped. Prior to going here my dog was never nervous and we experienced no problems when taking car rides. Only since going here my dog wines and gets nervous whenever in the car. There was a POOR COLLEGE GIRL in front of us getting a RESCUE dog she had JUST ADOPTED SPAYED/NEUTERED and they were charging her $250.00!!!! She was paying for the charges on multiple credit cards and explaining that she would not have as much money for FOOD that week!! They could have told her about the other nonprofit resources such as the humane society that at the time charged $35.00. Disgusted beyond belief. I'm a big animal lover, however, I understand cat litter has to be changed out. They did not do this and you could tell. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THERE WELL BEING!!!!!

I am so very thankful for the staff that helped us put down our loving molly! They were so considerate to us and were with us the entire time! We were not able to bring her into the hospital because of her condition. They came to us. It was a last minute request but they came in the very next day! Took the time for us to say goodbye and consoled us afterward. Such wonderful people!

I first brought my cat to Animal Haven. She wasn't a lovable cat, but they treated her so well, that she loved them all. Since then, I've had a dog that I took there & she just loves going to see them. I have never had a problem with any of the Doctors or staff. Everyone, just loves my dog as well & treats her as if she was there's. When my dog got bit by the neighbors dog, they did everything in their power to help us get through it. They even called to make sure she was OK. I can't think of one bad thing to say about them. Keep up the good work.

Nice people. But breathtakingly, staggeringly expensive. Didn't get the slightest idea how much it was going to cost -- despite repeated, numerous requests -- until the end. Unbelievable.

Please don't ever get a rescue dog from Dr Brady. She told me the dog I adopted was HEALTHY but she is a very sick little dog. I called Dr Brady for 2 weeks and she will not get on the phone me, she keeps telling her staff to tell me the dog is healthy. I took the dog back to her office 6 days later to be seen be Dr Mann, I informed her the dog was coughing and whimpering, she told me to give her a Benadryl. Less than 48 hours later I found worms in her poop. Took her to another Vet and got pills for her. I continued to call Dr Brady's office to inform her but she still would not get on the phone, the staff said the dog was HEALTHY. My Cairn terrain became ill and I rushed him to a Vet hospital, he was sick just the like the rescue dog. I thought I was going to loss him. Dr Brady still would not call me back. Rushed the rescue dog to another Vet today, she has a lung infection. Dr Brady now is putting the blame on the shelter. She still has not spoken to me, she speaks only through her rude staff. Now all 3 dogs are on meds and I have spend so much money $$$, I can't afford anymore and I'm scared I am going to loss a dog. Be careful when Dr Brady says a dog is HEALTHY and don't except a return phone call. My heart is broken for my dogs and I am so hurt by the treatment and the lies from Dr Brady and her staff. You want to believe your Vet when they tell you a dog is healthy, that was a mistake. A very big and costly mistake. My heart is broken.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Animal Haven!!!! Dr. Mann is absolutely amazing! She saw our first fur baby over 14 years ago, when she would fill in at another vet. We were so sad when we couldn't see her regularly. We decided to move on from where we were going due to all the changes. We found Dr. Mann & were super excited that we did!! We love the staff here too! It is a great atmosphere, feel like your family not just another dollar sign like other places. I highly recommend Animal Haven!!!

I've been to Animal Haven Veterinary Center two times now and both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. I've had trouble in the past with vets rushing Charlie in and out of their offices, not really taking the time to address his anxiety or, in this case, his back injury that plague him. That has not been the case at Animal Haven and I'm so thankful for the wonderful care they give to my pup every time we come in.

I've been taking my pets, cats and a dog, to Animal Haven for at least 8 years - never disappointed. I've loved all the vets that work there, past and present, and the support staff is caring and helpful. Most recently, my dog became very sick to the point he could barely walk. I thought we were going to lose him. Dr. Brady immediately figured out it was diabetes, treated him, and less than a month later my dog was his old silly self.

Animal Haven has the best staff around. Super friendly and they genuinely care for the well-being of your animal(s) and will treat them as if they were they're very own. They have new laser and stem cell therapy available that is top notch and that you can't find anywhere else in the area. It has been proven to work wonders! There's nowhere else I would rather take my pets. I always know they're doing to get the best care and be treated with such loving hearts!

My mom and I have been clients at AHVC since I was a little girl and Dr. Brady used to do housecalls for my very first dog. Now that I have four dogs and am in my twenties, I still take my dogs here. I won't take them anywhere else! Dr. Brady is so caring and goes out of the way to make sure your pets are taken care of and have the best care. Dr. Mann is also wonderful and has been a great addition to the practice! The staff is wonderful and greets each person when they walk through the door. Love them all! Thank you!

When I called to inform AH, I was told that I could bring her in later if I got her in the carrier That was MOST helpful to a stressed out "Mom". I got her in the carrier in the afternoon; took her to AH and got her needs taken care of in a timely, most efficient, friendly manner. THANK YOU ANIMAL HAVEN FOR BEING SOOOO ACCOMMODATING TO US IN THIS SITUATION!!!!!!! I would recommend them to everyone!

I highly recommend Animal Haven to anyone looking for a caring and quality vet for their furry loved one. I have brought my own dogs to Dr. Fagreus as well as many from various rescue agencies, and she has treated them all with quality care. All of the staff at Animal Haven are always more than accommodating and make a real effort to make my dogs feel welcome and as if they are a part of their family. Love, love, love Animal Haven! Dr. Fagreus is spectacular, sweet, and most importantly knowledgeable! Of all the vets that I've visited in Delaware, the staff at Animal Haven are the only ones that seem to truly care about my dog and his well-being (and happiness). Their prices are reasonable and getting an appointment in a short period of time is a breeze! Everyone is pleasant and professional... Bear (my dog) loves visiting his friends at Animal Haven!
