My lovely duches was poisoned. called Dr. Ashley took her for treatment.we couldn't save her. But Dr. Ashley gave me and my husband all the time we needed in decision and final time with my duchess.

Ok...my dog Egypt got into a little disagreement with a cat. Egypt was a little banged up, limping around the house. As bad dog owners do...I waited a day, hoping it would go away. It didn't, I called...
Ok...my dog Egypt got into a little disagreement with a cat. Egypt was a little banged up, limping around the house. As bad dog owners do...I waited a day, hoping it would go away. It didn't, I called another hospital and made an appointment 3 days away. NEXT DAY: The paw is swelling up and I'm worried like crazy but that day the Nor'easter hit and everything's closed. I called Anacostia not knowing they were 3 mins from my house and open until about 12. I stopped by...they gave her a shot...got her fever down...and got her taken care of and on our way. She's limping around the house with new energy. LoL...Mrs. Candace Ashley, D.V.M. is my new full time vet!

This place is a terrific place to get your furry pals treated for any ailments. They have walk in hours in the morning and afternoon, which is really convenient for those things that happen unexpected...
This place is a terrific place to get your furry pals treated for any ailments. They have walk in hours in the morning and afternoon, which is really convenient for those things that happen unexpectedly, but aren't true emergencies. The staff were all super friendly and very competent. The vet is wonderful and has been practicing in the area since the 70s. The price I paid was quite good. I intend on going back for all my veterinary needs. You can't go wrong here. When I showed up, there was ample street parking available too.

The best place to go for your pet, they performed a great job on my cat which needed surgery, and she is now recovering well. Thanks to the staff, they also have great customer service.
