This is, by far, the veterinarian to bring your pet (s). I am critical regarding who I allow to treat my pets and I, without a doubt, found this office, the doctor, and staff to be very professional, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I went in to get my two small dogs a rabies vaccination, which literally takes a few minutes. I asked the doctor a question regarding one of the dogs health and he spent over twenty minutes explaining the possible conditions to me in laymen terms. There aren't many vets who will give you their time like that, especially for no cost. He is a gentleman and the staff are as wonderful as can be. Thank you Pet Doc Hospital ! Read Less

I was hesitant on bringing my big boy cat Pi to this veterinarian office. Looks are deceiving. The woman vet who cared for my boy was so so nice, and informative. She loved my big Pi boy. Prices were perfect! The front desk woman could have been more friendly or at least welcomed us with a proper greeting. Other than that I highly recommend this place to pet owners. I've never been to an animal hospital where the staff is cold and doesn't speak to you. Even in the exam room, I tried to engage the tech and she just wouldn't speak to me. She didn't even restrain my cat, who is extremely friendly, my boyfriend and I had to. The dr has an incredibly thick accent and is extremely hard to understand. When he left the room the tech did not go over what he said either. She seemed miserable being there. They were able to fit me in and that was appreciated but their customer service is lacking. I brought my dog here to get his yearly vaccinations. The price is def cheap, however I felt the staff was very unprofessional and not so knowledgable. Two of the staff members just came in the room as I was filling out paperwork since it was my first time there and they were just talking and laughing amongst themselves as they were preparing needles. One of them drops the F-bomb like it was nothing. I thought they were getting needles ready for another patient but they told me to set my dog on the table and without explainations, weighing my dog or even at least an INTRODUCTION, they started sticking my dog. On one of the sticks, the needle went straight through his skin and out the other side of his skin. At the end they said I was good to go. I had to stop them and ask them what exactly was done, what do I need to look out for, etc... The girl didn't even know how much medicine to give my dog if there was a reaction. She asked her coworker, the actual lady that administered the shots, and she said " youre asking the wrong person" and laughs. When she sees I'm not happy with either of them, one of them finally asks the doctor what I should do. I never saw the doctor but he told her to give my dog half the amount that she originally said. After I paid, she realized that they never weighed my dog, so they did it on the way out! Shouldn't that have been done prior to actually administering any sort of vaccinations??!! Ok so let me say this lady named Leslie is truly stupid. There was obviously something else going on and she should've taken her dog to AVS. Now, Dr. Muchemi took X-rays of my puppy at 10 weeks because he was sick and we got him at 9 weeks... After seeing him and two different rounds of antibiotics he recommended a follow up at AVS because it looked like a tumor. Fortunately, it was an aspiration and he was fine. But had he not have treated him to begin with, he would've died. My puppy is healthy and beautiful. I have Dr. Muchemi to thank for that. Read Less

If I could give negative review rating I would. I brought my dog there after waking that morning and my dog was unable to stand. This was a happy healthy 140# dog. The vet took his temp and spoke to me for a few moments and said that the dog had arthritis as he was 8 yrs old and his size. I tried to explain that the onset of issue was acute in the last 12 hours and I felt it was a result of a injury or possible a slipped disc. The vet disregarded me and told me the dog was in pain (I know my dog and he was not in pain.... no panting, whimpering, stressed facial expression ect) and he would give a shot of pain killers and put him on rimadyl for two weeks and he should be fine. That night we saw no improvement, nor over the next week did I see any improvement. I called and asked if I should bring him back in and the doctor said it was not necessary, it was arthritis. I continued home care with him massages, bought him a wheelchair, and took care of him to keep him happy and healthy regardless of lack of mobility. Yesterday I took him to a local vet clinic in Deltona and was told he had slipped a disc and if it had been treated in the first 24 hours we could have had a favorable outcome, however now the best thing was euthanasia as he was uncomfortable, and had no chance of recovering at this point. THIS VET KILLED MY DOG!!!!!! HE DOESNT CARE!!!! HE NEVER PUT HIS HANDS ONMY ANIMAL FOR A PROPER EXAM!!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I LOST MY BEST FRIEND BECAUSE OF HIS CARELESSNESS!!!! Such a shame I had to put down my dog that was only 8 because he didn't care to do a proper exam, or admit that he didn't know what was the issue with my dog. I have spoken to others at work as the office is across the street from my job and three other people have lost their loved animals to his negligence. He should lose his license. Read Less

If giving no stars and a review were an option, It still wouldn't be enough to describe how awful this place was. The receptionists are friendly, but that's to trick you. It's so dirty I felt bad that my dog had to sit on the floor. Not only that, my dog is 6 months old and has been pooping blood, when I went in the doctor said it was contaminated food and gave me an anabiotic, which, I googled and it says you can't give it to dogs under eight months old because it can cause kidney failure, seizures, the list goes on. So needless to say I didn't feel like my dog had been taking care of well enough so I went to another location and they said my dog has parvo, which is deadly. These people do not care about your pet, they don't care to diagnose what's actually wrong. They ask you a few questions so they seem concerned, stick a thermometer up your pets backside and send you on your way with a less than satisfactory vague answer to what may be wrong. I am so disappointed by them as a "healthcare" facility. They should be shut down.Read Less
