I cannot express how much I have appreciated the care my dog has received from Dr J. My boy is very sensitive to anesthesia and need a handful of teeth removed and a couple of growths tested, including one on his eye. (I was also charged much less than we originally discussed.) Not only did he take care to research my dog's medical history to avoid issues with anesthesia, he got it done quickly as we are moving to Europe very soon. They have also helped me prepare his health certificates for travel. This place was recommended highly to me and I'm grateful that I drove across town to get such exceptional care. Our first encounter with this veterinarian clinic was last February when our 11 year old Pitt bill "Jake" had become very sick.. unfortunately we found out he had cancer and his health took a turn for the worst very quickly.  In such a sad and horrible time the doctor and his staff were very sensitive and kind to us, our grieving children and, our Jake (doggy). They actually helped us to make sure his last minutes of life were happy and special for him.. the doctor was extremely understanding to our feelings and especially to our youngest son.. We have used other veterinarians in the past and I do not believe we would have had the same treatment anywhere else. I felt that they all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to make what should have been a horrible memory a very peaceful one... the doctor actually allowed us to lay Jake under a tree , on a blanket where we could all hug him, hold him, and tell him what a good boy he is while he was being put to sleep.. Jake loved  being outside and loved  being held so we have the assurance he left this world happy.. we will be continuing to use this clinic and this doctor for our other doggies ... very happy to have found such trustworthy and genuine people.. seriously the best place around with a doctor that truly loves and cares for animals... Outstanding vet! They were incredible! The vet got down on the ground and sat with my dog until he was comfortable/less nervous! The assistants were amazing and were very sweet. Dr. Arana and staff are super nice and good with both dogs and cats. I've taken my two cats they're a few times now to get checkups, dewormer, ear drops, etc. Dr. Arana even trimmed my cats' nails, no charge. He always takes the time to explain things and provides good instruction for treatments. My thanks to everyone at the clinic! My family and I have gone here for quite some time, but I recently obtained my first pet since graduating and moving. He was a stray dog that we found and we wanted to get him all his necessary check-ups, vaccinations, etc. My experience was wonderful! They took the time to answer all of my questions (about a full hour and fifteen minutes) and they gave me many options regarding medications. I didn't feel pushed to buy any specific product. Super friendly staff and quick to help. Several friends suggested Dr.Arana. I live in south Orlando. It is worth the drive to get the kind of care they provide. The building looks like a house from the outside with 2 front doors. They have a fenced yard for the dogs. Their staff is amazing gentle with my tiny dogs.
