The staff is nice but the so-called doctor doctor Sosa is not only completely rude but he acts like he knows everything under the sun and when you question him about the information he is giving you he can't explain how he came up with that info he's just in it for the money. Had to put one of my animals down because of him.

Worst experience every, ONLY GOAL IS TO MAKE MONEY. He did test that were not needed and we're already done from my previous vet. Paid for medication that was not the same as what was prescribed. I will never use him again. His only goal was to push every service he could possibly push on me in order to up my bill. I left with over a $500 bill. My dog just had a complete physical two weeks prior to arriving in Florida. She was fine but yet he wanted surgery, and so many other services it would take me forever to mention. When I confronted him about give me the wrong medication he said it was pulled from the market. This was a complete lie. My vet from Massachusetts ship me two months supply overnight. My prescription only cost me $20 for two months. He uses an apothecary that he makes money on and it cost me $50 for only a month. I couldn't cut it in half like my other pills because it was capsules. So if I would've given it to my dog I would've overdosed her. He should not have a license. I have put in a complaint against him.

If I could give Dr. Sosa 0 stars I would. My girlfriend and I brought our dog in there a week and a half ago... I had to leave to pick up our child while my girlfriend stayed at the vet with our precious dog. My girlfriend called me on the way home crying because she said DR.SOSA pushed so many services on her that HAD NOTHING to do with why we orginally brought our dog in for. Meeting his quota seems a lot more important than actually addressing the issue of the pet on hand which is HORRIBLE for a vet.

If I cant trust the vet, how do I know my cat is in good hands? I feel like he's in it for the money not the well being of my cat and that is unacceptable as a vet!

Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I came on the weekend and the regular vet wasn't there, and I thought there was just 1 vet working out of the clinic. But the place is clean and everyone is super friendly!

I am very thankful we found this clinic. My little dog and I travel with my husband for his work, and we live out of hotels, which we really enjoy. My dog loves to travel with us, but this time he got an unexplained swelling abscess on his face. When he scratched it open, we had to find a vet fast, and my husband saw Jaffe Clinic was close and had good reviews. I have to add to the good reviews, as they really helped us and helped relieve some of my concerns. The front desk assistant and the vet tech were very understanding and kind, and the vet gave us a lot of confidence that he knew what he was doing and took tender care of my "baby". I appreciate that we were able to reach him personally when we had some concerns about his healing a few days later. I'm really glad we ran across this clinic during our travels.

I ran across these reviews just now as I was on the phone with Jaffe getting some information regarding my cat's appointment on Friday, and it makes me sad to see some of the poor reviews. I've been taking my cats to Dr. Jaffe for years and I've had nothing but great service from him and his staff. I've tried a couple of other vets on occassion just to see if maybe there was something better but it was never the same. I ultimately end up back with Jaffe, more than satisfied. The rates are competitive yet reasonable. Like someone else mentioned, I would rather pay more and get quality than pay cheap and risk more problems. There's a reason Jaffe Animal Clinic has been in business for as long as it's been.

I have to add to the good reviews, as they really helped us and helped relieve some of my concerns. The front desk assistant and the vet tech were very understanding and kind, and the vet gave us a lot of confidence that he knew what he was doing and took tender care of my "baby". I appreciate that we were able to reach him personally when we had some concerns about his healing a few days later. I'm really glad we ran across this clinic during our travels.

I ran across these reviews just now as I was on the phone with Jaffe getting some information regarding my cat's appointment on Friday, and it makes me sad to see some of the poor reviews. I've been taking my cats to Dr. Jaffe for years and I've had nothing but great service from him and his staff. I've tried a couple of other vets on occassion just to see if maybe there was something better but it was never the same. I ultimately end up back with Jaffe, more than satisfied. The rates are competitive yet reasonable. Like someone else mentioned, I would rather pay more and get quality than pay cheap and risk more problems. There's a reason Jaffe Animal Clinic has been in business for as long as it's been.
