MONEY HUNGRY!!! I use this vet for my dog regularly. NOT ANYMORE! I have spent over $500 at this vet 3 months ago for vaccines and bladder infection on my dog. And I plan on traveling with my dog for the upcoming holidays so Jet Blue airline requires the vet to fill out a simple form stating that the dog is up to date with the vaccinations. They would NOT fill out the form unless I paid $78 for a " office visit" !!! Total rip-off! They just lost a good customer!!! Read Less

I have been going to Mizner Park Veterinary Clinic for years and have always been treated with outmost respect by Dr. Laszlo Poduszlo, Dr. Glickman and the whole staff. Being a dog breeder for many years, I have met a lot of Vets and I would not trust anyone with my dogs and my puppies like I trust Dr. Laszlo Poduszlo and Dr. Glickman. I have read some of the negative reviews and have to say, you cannot please everyone, but in reality I have to completely disagree with all of them. I have a lot of my clients in the area that I refer to Mizner Park Veterinary Clinic and everyone of them are very happy and not one complain, in fact I have clients that come to the Clinic from as far as North and South Miami. Give them a try, you will be amazed how well of treatment your fur babies will get. I'm so happy with Mizner Park Vet Clinic. Dr Poduszlo is the absolute best . He took care of my shih tzu Louie . My little guy is 13 years old and out of the blue developed a nasty tumor on top of his right front paw, Dr P had a look at it and told me he wanted to send out a biopsy to see if it was a mast cell tumor . To our delight it was a benign tumor and Dr P was pleased with those results he scheduled my Louie in for surgery to remove it . Dr P ran blood work and took radiographs to make sure it would be safe to put my boy under anesthesia. Everything came out ok and the ugly tumor was removed. We are now on 4 months since it was removed and Louie is doing great he walks perfect on it and I don't feel a scar under his fur on that paw . I couldn't be happier with his results. I wish I'd read these reviews on Yelp before I went there yesterday!!! I also wish I could give a zero star to them!The worst Vet! His name is Poduszlo .Cannot stand him! So obnoxious and rude. Someone said here on Yelp how he is a scammer and they are right! In fact he's had a few bad reviews and for good reason! I too cannot believe he's still in business. They interview you as if your a criminal and demand your drivers license. I was not happy about that and when I asked to be expunged from their data base after I left the initial "free first visit" they refused! There had better not be any criminal activity on my ID because they will be my number one suspect. I use Pet Alive.com and Poduszlo  will not treat my pets because I give them natural treatments as well as their yearly checkups? What? AND most importantly WHY? Because dear friends on Yelp: they don't make the $$$ when I'm smart & know how to heal & take care of my pets holistically!! I am sooooo! Happy I will never see this Vet putz again nor his staff who also are like his handmaidens in hell.My little girl doggie was shivering and quaking in my lap as soon as he lumbered  in the door. She's a smart puppy! Dalai my older doggie didn't even wag his tail which is very unusual: he usually loves everybody!I wish I'd never stepped one foot in this shoddy excuse for a proper Veterinary clinic. Wasted my time and put me in a bad mood. They  are all about the money: operations &  strong expensive meds and the groomer I hear is the worst!  Don't do their pet care plan either you'll never get your money back!! As someone else on Yelp posted after her poor pet passed away! To add insult to injury!! Just awful! I Do Not Recommend this Vet clinic at all ever even in a desperate moment GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They should be ashamed of themselves but they're not! As long as some people are foolish, disregard warnings and go to Mizner Park Vet Clinic and they're making the $$$ from them they will stay in business. Dr P is the best. Beware Dr. Glickman. My cat comes home stressed and no better with Glickman. Whenever he sees Dr. P he comes back calm and relaxed. My cat is getting older and will need more veterinary care and Dr. Poduszlo will be his doctor from now on. Read Less

PET OWNERS BEWARE! I can't believe that this place is still in business.This vet is below average for service and it's a complete money hungry pit! If you still decide to go this TERRIBLE veterinarians office do yourself a favor and avoid the pet membership. I was promise that if my already old dog died to not worry that they would accommodate the difference in plan cost as a refund for the membership, because "we're not monsters" was the quote givin to me by the front desk. Boy that was so a lie! Took me two months to get them to finally agree on anything of kind of reimbursement, which was a vet credit of 200$. WTH, My dog died! WTH am I doing with a credit to a vet! I'm going through HELL with my credit card to prove my dogs passing and that I told the vets office. Please I beg you, stay away. If you must go here DO NOT spend the money on their pet membership! BEWARE!!    Dr. Poduuszlo was our vet for over 20 yrs. we brought numerous dogs there over that time period. Something changed recently, they are all about the $$$$$. He will try to scare you into doing tests on your animal when there is not a problem and if you don't agree he sends you a letter ( after 20+yrs. a letter!) telling you to take your pet somewhere else. In the past 14 years I've seen many vets this vet/Dr  is by far the Best! Heres why He examined my 14 year old female poodle  During this comprehensive & meticulous exam he took time to explain her condition and what other ailments she had. He exceeded by far my expectionsmy I was shocked the 1st first visit was free I had to pay nothing. The vet made suggestions gave me time to review and think about what I wanted to do and he gave me his professional medical opinion as well as his own personal opinion.He even call Dustin. Sunday with GREAT NEWS& to go over her blood work I give this vet 5 stars EXCELLENT EVERY TIME IVE BEEN THERE He went by far out of his way to make sure my dog would be healed and to prevent any future problems. Very bad experience, the vet was very rude and refused to give my dog 3 years rabies shot and only did year by year ,trying to charge me more money, and the vet kept correcting my English even though he could understood me without any problem. Dr Poduszlo is the absolute best. He took the best care of my Louie he removed a ugly tumor he had on top of his paw . my Louie is a old boy and Dr P removed it and took care of him for me and now Louie has recovered and I hardly see any remnants of that tumor I don't even see a scar and my baby is healthy and so happy and I couldn't be happier for the way all of my pets have been treated. Dr. Poduszlo and his staff made me feel at ease as they welcomed my four angels for their first exam. I needed a Doctor I can trust in my hometown. Usually, when I worked at the shelter, I was able to get somewhat decent vet care for all my rescues, but having a reputable Veterinarian close to home with many years of experience is vital. I had all my pets up to date on their microchips. Dr. P made it effortless to understand the complexities of knowing when a skin issue is flea, food, or environment related. Dr. "P" and his staff are the best!  After purchasing my 15-week old French Bulldog puppy from a local Boca breeder, he recommended that I take my frenchie to Dr. Poduszlo to receive his remaining vaccines.  I have to say that from my arrival to my departure, everyone on Dr. "P's" staff was exceptionally personable, friendly and helpful.  Dr. Poduszlo has a passion for other peoples' pets and it showed in the way he related to my "Max" while conducting his exam and interacting with him (and me).  Dr. Poduszlo is a true professional willing to listen to questions and take the time to answer.  Although I live in Miami Beach, I will continue to take my Max to Mizner Park Vet Clinic.  Thank you again to everyone there! I was looking for a clinic that gives a good physical exam for a good price because VCA was too expensive. Turns to find out, since it was my first time there they gave me complimentary exam. I also came here to see how much it would cost for them to neuter my cat and it was for a very reasonable price without hassle. Before I discovered this place, I was about to return to VCA and they wanted me to pay for almost 250 for only a wellness exam and a fecal test. In the end, for anyone who want to take their pets to a great clinic this is a place to go. It got everything including great and kind professionals, clean place and for great price. Read Less

We have been bringing out pets to Laszlo and Mizner Park Vet for years. We even moved out of Boca Raton to nearby Boynton Beach but still go to to see Dr. Poduszlo because we love him. He is by far the kindest, nicest and most knowledgeable vet we have ever dealt with. The clinic is always clean and the staff is super friendly. most importantly my dogs are healthy and happy due to the level of care they receive at Mizner Park vet. Lastly they are very fair price wise for any of the services including the wellness plan. I would highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner in the area. Read Less

We had been customers for over a year when my Dog got sick. She was miserable and not herself plus she had yelped when I touched her tummy once. I told this to the Vet and he showed me she had an ear infection and gave her medication. When I got home I had an emailed estimate for $543.00 for 3 x-rays and evaluation plus a senior wellness screening. This was totally not necessary as she did not have any back issues. The medication did not seem to be working very well so we called to have the same medication as a previous time she had had an ear infection. The Dr declined to give us this prescription as were going to buy it from another company which is 1/3 cheaper than his office. We then received a letter in the mail asking us to refrain from visiting or contacting the office in future to choose another veterinary service. This Vet loves it when you just spend money he pretends to care but really he is just after your money. I had been told he was a Wolf in Sheep's clothing but did not believe. Now I believe he is only after your money. I took my pet back to a different Vet yesterday and told me that my Dog still had the ear infection which should take another 2 weeks to clear up. My Dog has been in pain for nearly 2 months due to this Vet. If you love your animals take them to a Vet that really loves your pet not a phony. Please check out the Yelp reviews. Read Less

I love Dr. Poduszlo and the way he practices medicine. I have been taking my cats and dogs to him for 20 years and he has always been right. A couple of times I have taken my animal for a second opinion and invariably had his origins diagnosis and treatment plan reaffirmed  - but not only reaffirmed- The vet doing the second opinion did procedures that were unnecessary. He is a sensible doctor who doesn't tell you to do things that are not necessary and will listen to you about how you want your animal to be treated. And he can talk about literature! Read Less

I can't say enough about the doctors and staff at Mizner Vet... we have been bringing our dog, now dogs, here for 4+ years and have had only the best experiences.   Any time I have a question/problem I am always able to get in to see a doctor.  My dogs tail does not stop wagging as soon as we get out of the car, maybe bc he knows the treats are coming, but he gets nothing but love and good care here.  We moved to The Delray area 3 years ago but won't take our dogs anywhere else - we all love Dr. Lazlo! Today was my first time going there with my dog (I decided to change vet in Boca because the other place I was going to was horrible) and I have to say that we had an amazing first experience. The staff was so nice. Like everybody. You can tell they really love animals and care about them. It was really amazing to see actually. When I used to live in Boca,I took my dog there because they just opened and was giving free checkups. The dra, a woman, looked at my dog, that was having pain on her knee, and without even taking an X-ray she told me that Blanca needed a surgery on the knee that will cost $5,000. Ha ha ha, excuse me? She was crazy! Then I said that I was going to reflect about it and took her to Paws to Help in West Palm (which is a much better place than here with better veterinarians), and before they say angthig they took an X-ray. The doctor said that there was no need for surgery and that she needed just to rest and lose some weight....obs: don't go to this place! Read Less

Dr. Laszlo was taking care of my animal from 2008 to 2013, we then got really scared because she was losing weight about a year ago and fell on hard times, we went to Dr. Laszlo asking if he would take a payment plan and he said he "would not be emotionally blackmailed" and my husband was shown the door (my husband wouldn't hurt a fly and doesn't look intimidating at all, not to mention the fact that he's personally been dealing with this vet for over 6 years...until a money situation came into play that is). A couple days later we were getting a loan to help take care of our animal but within 3 days of the infamous visit we got a letter in the mail from one of the people who worked there (not even Laszlo himself) telling us not to come back. Just a heads up, make sure you are well off if you want to be helped by this vet. Look at the pictures (only 4) and you'll understand. I've never been so broken hearted. I felt so relieved that my dog was going to be okay before the storm came in. Lo and behold, later that night as the storm came in, my dog had other more worrisome complications. I knew all vets around were long closed, and was starting to get really panicked. This is our third vet in Boca and the first to actually help my dog. He has horrible anxiety and Dr. P prescribed the right treatment on our first visit because he spent time with Bruno and took extra time listen to our description of his behavior. He also helped us understand we were contributing to Bruno's issues unintentionally. My dog is now happy, normal and doesnt have anxiety attacks anymore. Dr P is really wonderful in dealing with our dogs - it was such a nice change from previous vets. The staff is friendly and always asks how my pets are doing when I pick up medication refills. They also make the refill process so easy. I believe this vet office really cares about my pets, they arent just another appointment like the last vet treated us. This is such a wonderful place. Everyone from the front to the back is kind and has a true love for animals. I feel so lucky to have found this Vet. It has such a feeling of care for the person and animal. My Yorkie was seen with an eye injury. Everything was explained and charges discussed in the most professional way. I believe Doctor laszlo saved my cat's life. I took his to Banfeild pet hospital and they misdiagnosed him and made him even more sick. I then went to this clinic and they took the best care of him. They redid all of the bloodwork banfeild did and found what was exactly right for my cat junior. Within days, he improved completely. The doctor reall cares about all of his animals patients and is very knowledgable. This place will give you the most COST wffective treatment and will not give you the runaround like banfeild will. These people are out to help your animals, not to take advantage of you and make you spend unnecessary money. A day after I brought my cat home, the fm doctor called me to check up on him and when I told him I saw a huge improvement, the doctor told him I made his night and he was so excited that junior was already feeling better. Dr. Laszlo Poduszlo saved my dog's life again. I have a 6 year old shar-pei mix who has been diseased with life-threatening vasculitis and many 'shar-pei fever' episodes for the past 1.5 years and Laszlo was able provide an answer to ease our troubles each time. The survival rate of this disease is very slim and I truly believe that without this man's care and appropriate treatment our beloved dog would no longer be with us today. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone with a sick pet, even those plagued with the most difficult cases.Read Less

I,m going to this vet 15 years. Dr. Poduszlo is the best in town and his staff just wonderful. He saved my border collie life late night, and because of that she lived an extra 2.5 years which I'm very grateful.
