We have used Dr. Tannenbaum for years now. He has taken excellent care of our dog Sam, and he doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures like a lot of the other vets offices do. We have recommended other people to them who have had similar positive experiences, highly recommended! Read Less

There really should be an option where you can fill out zero stars. We unfortunately had to use one of the vets in this practice due to the fact that we would not be able to bring our new puppy home unless they did the neutering. Our puppy also had a herniated belly button and the vet did a horrible job at fixing it. Thankfully we have the BEST vet and she was able to fix the botched up work that the other vet did. My Pug Mo had a very violent cough, that needed immediate attention.  I was able to book an appointment within hours of my call.  Dr. Morgan was was very helpful in explaining the problems, and answering all my questions and concerns ( I like many dog lovers had plenty).  If you are looking for a family operated professionally run vet look no further. I am a general skeptic and hesitant when it comes to finding new care for my pets. I was pleasantly surprised by this clinic and have decided to use this vet permanently. I was very impressed by the staff and the vet (Dr. Morgan). Everyone in the office was super friendly and Dr. Morgan took time to answer all of my questions, he was conservative in his suggestions and incredibly informational and professional.I adopted a 1-yr old German Shepherd about 3 weeks ago. This vet was on the list of participating vets for rescues...I figured it would be "okay", at best...however I loved this vet clinic!I highly recommend them...when it comes to finding quality care for our furry family, it is so important to find a reputable, trustworthy and experienced vet...THIS is the place! My dog is a service dog, my best friend and helps many at a mental health and drug and alcohol center daily! Spirit has three human siblings and in his 2 year life span has brightened our lives every day. Regency treats him like a Prince that he is and recently when we found a tumor on his ear they took such good care of him. The staff is awesome. When I moved to Delray Beach I didn't have a veterinarian for my baby boy Rex. I was lucky enough to run into Dr. Morgan who was walking his dog Tommy in the neighborhood! He was very nice and didn't mind answering all of my nervous mom questions about a growth I found on his back. I asked around and found out that some of my friends' families had been long time clients of Regency Veterinary Clinic and they spoke very highly of the doctors and staff. I couldn't be happier with my decision. The staff is very genuine and caring. They all baby talk Rex, even Dr. Morgan. He is very knowledgeable and always explains everything clearly. And the growth turned out to be exactly what he said and went away without surgery. I feel very comfortable at Regency and wouldn't trust Rex's care with anyone else. Read Less

Used another vet for 4 years since I moved her. Did not know that this clinic was so much closer to my house. On an emergency the office said come right over and he saw my dog Pepper right away. I could not believe that he was so empathetic to both my Pepper and me. I have seen him every day this entire week. I love the entire staff and clinic. I have never felt so comfortable anywhere else. Regency Veterinary Clinic is a great facility with veterinarians and support staff who are caring, compassionate and professional. They will treat you and your pet like one of the family! When our chocolate lab had cancer, Dr. Bruce Tannenbaum thoroughly explained the issues, discussed possible courses of action and coordinated treatment with a specialty hospital. There is a blond receptionist who answers the phone that is EXTREMELY rude - totally inpatient- and if one has an accent she just puts someone else on the phone and makes you wait long time. I don't know how the vets still didn't fire her because that's what she deserves, until she decides to grow up. I won't go back to the clinic because of her. Dr. Tannenbaum is the rudest, most insensitive vet I have ever come across. I have lived and worked in Boca Raton ten years.  I would never treat my clientele in the manner he treated me and my family.  He is obnoxious and callous.  When we expressed concern regarding our pets procedure being expensive he told us we live in Boca, we can afford it.  When there was a negative outcome for my pet due to a service he provided, he completely denied any responsibility at all and offered no help whatsoever to my suffering pet.
