Been going to Dr A for well over a year.  Today TLC recognized my 14 year old lab was not doing well and acted quickly. Dr Tomasino is the absolute best!! We recently just switched to TLC from another vet due to convenience of location and we wish we had done this way sooner! Dr Tomasino goes above and beyond for our fur babies: she doesn't pressure you to make decisions immediately, she goes out of her way to follow up with how your dog is doing/feeling, and even takes time out of her own personal schedule to answer any questions or come in to check on your baby. You can tell she genuinely cares about the best interest of your pet and isn't just trying nickel and dime you. Also, the reception desk is phenomenal. My dog had to have consults for surgery at other hospitals and when I called to have my dogs records sent over before the appointment, they had already done it! I was referred to TLC animal hospital by someone I would classify as an animal advocate and supreme animal lover. We have been a patient here for the past 3 years. The care we have received has been excellent! Dr V Tomisino's approachable, confident, comforting intellect is only slightly overshadowed by her genuine love and concern for your pet as if it were her own! Just moved back to town and needed a vet for my black lab mix! A friend recommended TLC and I decided to give it a shot. I am so glad I did!I called to make a new patient appointment and was able to get one within a week so that made me super happy. The receptionist was very friendly and made me feel comfortable about taking my baby to a new vet. There was no waiting when I arrived for my appointment and we were taken right back once I finished filling out the necessary paperwork. The staff was super friendly and happy to see my little pup. Dr. A was awesome and she made my pup feel right at home. She answered all my questions and made sure that I didn't have any concerns. She even gave me her email to get in contact in case anything came up in the future. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a super knowledgeable and friendly vet. Have been using TLC Animal Hospital for over 6 years . I highly recommend their Veterinarian service to anyone that is in need of one . They have a great overall Knowledge in animal care , complete animal service facility , and amazing people who care about our pets. I take in retired Racing Greyhounds and with one of my newer dogs that I took to them this year . Dr. Tomasino found it to have a very rare disease. She was able to help us through the process of what to do , gave us a good surgeon to talk to about the surgery needed , her nightly check in progress calls after surgery , and her total warm compassion and understanding through this whole heart wrenching process was amazing . Way more than would expect from any veterinarian service . Dr Tomasino's veterinarian knowledge and compassion is 2nd to none in her field for this area . We have 3 doggies. Two sisters are happy to go, Dixie the eldest hides under a chair in the waiting area but she's fine once she goes in. They are all treated superbly by the docs and competent cheerful techs. (Not a grump ever seen :o) ) Another plus is meeting other pet owners and chatting while waiting. Never a long wait. Absolutely amazing place to take your pets. Absolutely love this Veterinary Hospital. Always feel welcomed by the entire staff and feel that they truly care about my dog. Our little Yorkie became ill recently due to her teeth, we had no idea how important dental care is to her health. Thanks to Dr. Travers preforming teeth cleaning and multiple extractions and went through the entire process like a champ and will be much healthier and happier because of the procedure. Wonderful, caring, compassionate, honest Vet. Thank you TLC and Dr. Kathleen Bucher for being honest and looking out for my precious Cat when he was very ill. Dr. Bucher helped me make the right decision for my sweet baby. She told me "the best gift I could give Frisko (my 17 old Cat) was to put him to sleep". As difficult as it was to make that decision it was truly the best decision for Frisko. I would recommend TLC & Dr. Bucher to anyone who LOVES their PET. Thank you TLC and Dr. Bucher for helping my Frisko not suffer more then he already was. You are a wonderful trust worthy place. I love Dr. Ackbulut! She is amazing. It is truly wonderful to have her in my life and in the life of my animals. Dr. Dooley is also the best! I have been going to him since he had a small clinic. They are a great clinical team who express great love, caring, and healing with each of their pet patients!
