I had my first visit today for my 8 year old cat. It was a wellness exam with blood work etc. My boy has been losing weight. My cat wasn't particularly cooperative, but the doctor and his crew were fantastic. They had to sedate my boy for the blood work and it was done quickly and easily. I'm very impressed with the clinic's vet staff. The appointment was on time. The office was clean and organized. Also, the cost was reasonable. Thank you Dr. Connor Bystrom and staff. I have taken my dogs to Dr. Gardner for some time and I love her! She is an awesome Vet and person! Her techs are great! I just can't deal with the women at the front desk anymore. Trying to make appointments, get heartworm medication etc.! They have been very rude to me and short with me. I don't do well with people who show no respect for others. Without going into details of who and when, I have chosen to go to another Vet office because of the front desk staff. I hope that Vets will realize that your front end staff can make or break good business. I have seen this at Doctor's offices as well. Train your front end staff to be respectful and patient! Been coming here for over a year and service was good, but lately the service has dropped in the office especially. It seems like they are always confused on what is going on? I also noticed a lack of care, when I decided to get vaccines and medication from other sources because of the outrageous prices they charge. I went in for nail trim and to see if someone could take a look at my dogs eye at 840am, and by 930 I said forget it! I can see what they are doing, and if that's the way they want to treat good customers I will find another facility. I had called to get pricing on vaccines that where do, and after flip flopping on prices they said it would be $300. I went to Petsmart and paid $99 for the required vaccines. Antibiotics for hotspots cost $65, went online got them for $42 shipped. So if this is why my service as decreased to "Whatever" goodbye! Read Less

They care. Our Yorkie fell jumping into a chair yesterday. It knocked him out and when he came around he was unable to stand. He then vomited so we called an emergency service. Fortunately he checked out with no neurological concerns.Read Less

My cat was 13 and had developed a rapidly growing sarcoma. We're new to the area, and I didn't like the first vet I took my firkids to, so this trip to the Vet was Dr. Gardner's first time meeting Wendy. Our little papillon (6lbs) got into an anthill in June. He went into anaphylactic shock and began vomiting. I put him in the car and took him to Palma Sola. On the way there, he became unresponsive. The minute I came through the Clinic's doors, the staff made him a priority. They immediately started an IV, administered medications and oxygen. Dr Ashley Gardner's fast- thinking and the very coordinated actions of her team, without a doubt, saved our boys life. He came around after several tense minutes and they continued to monitor him for several more. They made sure I knew what to look for and how to care for him over the next several days.
