I Do not recommend any of their facilities and here's why.. I was turned away when I took my dog there after he ingested rat poison. They told me to go to their other location. The other location rejected me and said go to their hospital two traffic light away. Got there, they rejected me and said, "the doctor isn't taking anymore patients today" and then gave me three numbers to call. I couldn't believe it! Aren't they suppose to love animals. After paying $75 to a poison line, they assured me my dog didn't ingest enough so he will be ok. I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR A PET EMERGENCY LIKE POISON!! If I could give a rating of o stars I would! Been going to this vet for 18 years. And for years they were great! We had our dog in to be seen numerous times. He was diagnosed with a disc in his back. Given prednisone and anti inflammatory. Started to feel better until finished meds. Took him back and they said they would do another round of treatment, but if he didn’t get better he would need to see neurosurgeon. Needless to say , he did not get better , he got worse. Husband called the office and girl said “nothing more could be done, take him to neurosurgeon”. Husband asked if there was something different we could give him for pain, due to him now vomiting everything. She came back on the phone and said “Nurse said there is nothing else”. Well needless to say our dog is now at a animal hospital fighting for his life. Unknown if he will survive.. and guess what? No herniated disc in his back! When I go to pick up his records, they actually write in the notes that husband was considering putting him to sleep. Unbelievable! Every other word in the reports are misspelled! Actually considering legal action. Something needs to be done with this clinic. Read Less

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Awful. They have ruined our trust not once but twice. First with a misdiagnosed illness and second with a failed surgery. My poor kitten has been in and out of an emergency vet for the last 6 months in order to fix a surgery that was horribly performed here - only to have to go to a specialist and undergo the same surgery again. We will never recommend this place nor take any pet here again. Honestly deserves ZERO stars. Read Less

I have been a customer here almost 10 years, nothing but amazing. UNTIL this year. I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am. My elderly dog was near the end of her life and like most loving dog owners, I tried absolutely everything, even spending $1000 at another vet because I was so upset with the new young vet at  this location. Dr Dane is exceptional in his clinical skills, his compassionate skills needs addressing. The day she got her wings, he came into the parking lot with a needle by the dumpster to put her down. We carried her ourselves inside to cross over with dignity... very dissatisfied Read Less

Staff members at front desk are very rude, belittling, and overall very condescending. Most of the front staff portray that they do not want to be there and they make you feel like an inconvenience. You're lucky if they greet you with a smile and you're even more luckier if they greet you at all. Ive stood their staring at them for a good 5 minutes before any of them looked up for their computers. I was stunned. I've heard the staff talking badly about other coworkers when they leave the room and I've also heard the lady up front cuss multiple times (I wouldn't normally care, but I do care when I have my 2 year old with me) News flash- if you don't like your job, QUIT. I would like to give less than one star bc they don't even deserve one star! Took my dog to this establishment in December as she was losing weight rapidly.  After waiting over an hour, with an appointment, we were finally called back.  Not really an issue bc I understand they were busy and I was a new customer.  The "Dr" couldn't have been less caring.  She treated my dog like a piece of meat. Upon receiving the diagnosis of terminal kidney failure I was told to use a phosphate binder and sold something they recommended.  Which has since worsened her situation.  No mention of special diet or fluids.  She just told me over the phone "she will die from this."  Keep in mind that was a few days before Christmas.  I have since found a real vet and with his proper treatment options I have a little bit of hope that at least my girl won't be suffering as she's been for 3 months.  I should have been given fluids and food options to help her upon the initial diagnosis. Not this crap phosphate binder that serves no purpose.  The phosphate binder she's on now is available at Walgreens and much less expensive, and more beneficial .  Viscaya Prado didn't even tell me that the binder needs to be given 30 minutes BEFORE meals.  They told me to sprinkle on her food.  Which negates the entire purpose.  If I could I would slap this vet in her face.  What an uncaring unprofessional woman.  Your just a number here folks.  I wouldn't send anyone here.  For the love of your pets, stay far away!  I am now riddled with guilt because if I would have taken my baby to a proper vet in December her health may not have declined to the point she's at.  What a shameful, uncaring and disrespectful "veterinary clinic"....The Vets name was Dr. Davis Read Less

** LONG POST **Well, last Thursday, Feb 14th I took Handsome Man to get neutered and he came back home a totally different dog. Now I've had Hailey neutered so I know how they act when they come home from surgery. Something just wasn't right so I tried to cheer him up and when I saw NOTHING was working I just kept an eye on him. Later Thursday night I noticed his sac getting extremely inflamed and he was clearly NOT feeling good at all. I called Viscaya-Prado Veterinary Hospital to ask questions. They told me to bring him in tomorrow. Since he was NOT moving at all I was afraid I wouldn't be able to pick him up on Friday by myself so I asked if I could email pics to them. They told me yes and would be looking for them. I took pics and a video and emailed it right over within 3 mins and then waited for 25 mins and called back. No one was waiting for my email and no one fessed up to being on the phone with me and giving the email address to me! So, the girl on the phone sighed and said "hold on m'am I will have a dr look at this right away for you" She got back on the phone within 3 mins and said " the dr said it doesn't look good, i should come in the am" Well, since I can't move him by myself he's over 100 pds I told them I would be right there to pls have the Dr. wait. I walked in at 9:03 and of course the day Drs. went home and now I have the emergency Dr. she took one look at him and didnt like what she saw so she asked to keep him overnight for observation. Of course I said OK.Friday Morning Dr. Frasier calls me to say there is no internal bleeding and he seems to be ok I can come get him. Saturday morning I leave for the boat show with George and my mom is watching the dogs & kids. She informs me that Louie is bleeding all over the place on Sunday morning.. so I get home Sunday afternoon and sure as shit.. he bleeding all over the place. But the craziest thing is its not coming from incision area.. it looks like its coming right out of his skin. Could this be possible? Lock him in my room Sunday night to sleep.. woke up with blood everywhere... and off to the Vet we go, after my not so nice call to Viscaya-Prado Veterinary Hospital. They scheduled me to see the Dr. Cray who performed his surgery. Well, I go back and yes he's bleeding all over the place. His sac is not the size of a cantaloupe and he is in excruciating pain.. can't even sit down. You could seriously see it in his eyes... he's had enough. The Dr. finally comes in the room and it was like Louie knew he was the one who hurt him.. he wanted NOTHING to do with him... he's never done this before. So, i get on the blood filled floor and calm him down so he can get a look at him. And he confirms what I said.. YES HE IS BLEEDING RIGHT THROUGH HIS SKIN!! He is so swollen and raw that its seeping through his unfilled ball sac!!! I'm furious at this point.. wasn't being "Renee" but Dr. could definitely tell I was NOT happy. So, I ask is he going to have the proper surgery that the overnight dr tells me he should've had from the start? (the old way of neutering dogs) and he said yes we will definitely have to do this and see how that goes. Flipping kidding me.. and is he going to stay overnight? "As of right now.. i will say no" he said. So, he tells me "when would you like to schedule the surgery?" Um.. Today?!!!! He said, "Let  me see if we can".. then he said "absolutely we could do it at 4pm". GREATTTT My last question, and how much is this going to cost me b/c I'm in to this neuter for 700 as of right now. And he said, its FREE. Well, Thank you I appreciate that. So, I leave him there and I get a phone call at 6:30 telling me he's keeping him so he can watch him and give him IV fluids since "i" said he hasn't eaten or drank in 4 days!! What a dumb ass.. yeah b/c he couldn't tell the dog was dehydrated and in bad shape! UGGHHHH Whatever.. i let him think i was dumb... but i knew i was leaving Louie there for the better part of the day today so THEY CAN MONITOR HIM!! I go today to get him at 3:30pm only to be charged another 91.00 so now I'm into this for 800.00!! Can you imagine?!! He comes to tell me he's not charging me for the surgery, the hospital stay, the anesthesia, blah blah but I have to pay for the blood work test and the medicine i'm going home with!!! Seriously??!!! He shouldn't have needed this last surgery... so why am i paying for this? But no problem I will pay the 91.00 but I am done with this place.. I am taking both dogs out of here and I will make sure everyone knows what you did here. This place has had a great reputation but over the past year or so I'm not hearing the same and now I know why. So, if your a client at VISCAYA DELPRADO VET.. STAY CLEAR OF DR. CRAY AND KNOW HOW THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CLIENTS!!and all he could tell me is "THIS HAPPENS SOMETIMES"BULLSHIT !! *** PICS WILL BE IN THE COMMENTS *** and they're gross! Read Less

This place was my vet since I moved in September of 2017. I was never thrilled but they were overall decent. What really drove me crazy was the prices. I come from Long Island which is very expensive and also just moved from the Keys which is very expensive as well. I was shocked when the office wispy was nearly double what I was used to paying. The multi pet fee was good because the I have 3 dogs and a cat so that was about $40 per pet. My cat his been in kidney failure for almost six years (happy and healthy) and needs sub-q fluids. The first time I ordered a case of fluids I almost died. The case usually costs the vet around $65 and I have always paid $80 to $90 a case from my NY Vet and the vet in the keys. When I ordered them here it was $160 a case. It was outrageous what they were charging. I now jut get a prescription and order from T-RX pharmacy and they charge me $80. My dog cracked his tooth last Sunday and they said they were too busy. For a 24hr emergency vet it's a joke. The best thing they did was refer me to East West vet about 5 minutes south of Viscaya Prado. Dr. Emily was great at took great care of my baby. They are my new vet office going forward.Gave 2 starts because the treatment is decent. Read Less

I took my dog here after calling this office to say my dog swallowed something toxic and that this was an emergency. I arrived in about 10 minutes and instead of quickly processing my check-in information as timing was critical, we waited for about 30 minutes to be seen. After reminding the staff why we we there (an emergency) the veterinarian, Dane Foxwell, went out of his way to ask my mother in the most belittling way "are you okay"? He then said if it had been over 2 hours since the item had been swallowed, it would not be worth treating my dog. After assuring (begging) them it had been less then 2 hours, they gave my dog the emetic and she threw up the item. Bottom line: Foxwell ultimately helped my dog; however, he was rude, unprofessional and belittling - not how you would expect a professional to act in your and your pet's time of need. Additionally, we had to beg him to treat our dog. If there is any chance of treatment helping and not hurting the animal, why wouldn't they just proceed with the treatment?!? Staff was also extremely dismissive and uncaring EXCEPT for the extremely pleasant young woman who checked us out at the end of the awful experience - I believe her name was Indira. Read Less

Thank you so much to the caring staff at Viscaya - Prado Animal Hospital. Mine and my Mom's Chihuahua, Larry had a fall off of a daybed last night around 10pm and broke his poor little leg in the wrist area. He was in agonizing pain so I looked online for a 24 hour vet and found Viscaya - Prado Animal Hospital. They took him right in and was very compassionate, professional and friendly to Larry, myself and my mother who was very upset. They took great care of him and the wait wasn't that long at all. Especially considering there were several other people who were in the waiting room for their pets as well. Although I certainly couldn't afford it, I pulled what little bit I had together because that's what you do for the one's you love. And considering the great care and it included meds everything and being in the middle of the night. I would say it was more than reasonable and I noticed they have payment plans as well. If it weren't for the horribly unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate two receptionists, this would be a good place. The vet himself was good. The customer service I experienced however was terrible. We had an appointment at 3:45 and arrived at 3:30. We checked in and had a seat. 5 more people came in after us, 2 of which were emergency situations. The other 3 were not. An hour AFTER our appointment time, they proceeded to call the non-urgent clients back. We went up to the desk to find out why we were still sitting there and others were being called back. We were met with the nasty attitude from Nadira who said "well we're busy and there are emergencies". We then responded with yes we realize that but you've called back two other people who aren't emergency who arrived well after us and we HAD AN APPOINTMENT. She then went to the other rude woman who checked us in and we could tell by the look on their face they realized the mistake but they refused to make eye contact or accept any responsibility and simply said "you'll be called next". Everyone else from the vet tech to the vet himself apologized for the error and admitted they had made a mistake. We would've been fine with it except for the fact that these two women at the front desk absolutely refused to acknowledge what happened and talked to us like we were stupid. These women are a POOR representation of customer service and have no business being the face of this office. They should be in the back office far away from customers. To make matters worse, they were laughing, cackling and joking while a couple sat crying in the lobby because their dog was in a dire situation and they weren't sure if it was going to live. I find that to be immensely inconsiderate. I will NEVER go here again as long as those two are working the front desk. Based on all the similar reviews I see about these two, you would think Viscaya Prado Vet would do something...but I guess they don't care. Go to the other location. You'll be treated well there. UPDATE* to review below*After having more than a month to reflect on our experience below the more angry I get about the whole situation and how terribly our dog was mistreated at this practice. Dr. Dane was completely in over his had and it was very apparent.  If your going to be a 24hr. emergency vet/animal hospital you need to have the properly trained and experienced staff to handle emergency situations.  They only had one young Dr. on duty  along with a couple vet techs that also seemed very inexperienced and were pretty much useless any time we asked questions. The thing that really gets me angry is that after losing our 1 yr old english bulldog in their care and being a patient for 20 yrs we never once received a call or card or anything. To top that we had her cremated and still have never heard a word back about getting her ashes You can bet they charged us for the cremation though. BOTTOM LINE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE THEY HAVE REALLY GONE DOWN HILL THE LAST FEW YEARS. WITH THE NEW YOUNG DR'S IT'S ALL ABOUT RUSHING YOU IN AND GETTING YOU OUT  AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE AND NICKLE AND DIME YOU FOR EVERYTHING THEY CAN. THEIR MAIN PRIORITY IS BILLING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, IT'S NOT PROVIDING GOOD CARE  FOR OUR PETS AS IT USED TO BE, WHAT A SHAME.We have been going to this practice for nearly 20 yrs and they have been great up until the past few yrs. We lost our 1 yr old English Bulldog in their care last night, granted she had known health problems and they may or may not been able to save her if things were done differently I felt the staff was very inexperienced,  and had no idea how to handle the situation. Honestly I felt like I was surrounded by students nobody on staff could of been over 25 yrs old and the vet techs had now idea what they were doing. The very young Dr. on staff (only one) was running around busy as can be and really wasn't sure what was going on in my opinion. At one point one of the techs took our dog out of the oxygen chamber and had her walk down the hallway to us and told us we could take her home. The dog couldn't even walk, couldn't breath and we almost lost her right there in the waiting room. If it wasn't for my wife grabbing her and taking her back to the oxygen chamber herself  instead of arguing with the tech who wanted us to take her home she would of died right in the waiting room. Twenty mins later the Dr. comes out and tells us the tech is not very smart and should of never taken her out of the oxygen, she never recovered after that. I really felt like the young staff had no business running a 24 hr emergency vet. in a real emergency  situation such as ours I felt my wife who was a r.n. for 15yrs and a Practitioner  now knew more about bulldogs then the staff and actually had to guide the staff. In the end we lost our  7yr old daughters most beloved dog. Like I said it may or may not have made any difference but I feel things should have been handled much better than they were.  I am also not very happy with our last few previous visits with or other dog, the young vets rush you through everything and nickle and dime you for everything, very, very expensive for so-so care. The older Vets like Dr. Krohl (I think that's how he spells it) are excellent and fair but we rarely see them anymore. My wife will definitely get all our records and list of meds that she was given last night and consult another vet. I don't think they handled this situation correctly at all, they never even once checked her temp while in the oxygen chamber and that is crucial. Read Less

Just switched vets after being completely over charged and recieving a complete miss-diagnosis. Brought my dog there for an issue with her mouth. Dr. " looked" in her mouth and said, "oh, she needs her teeth cleaned. Lets do blood work" and charge me an office exam visit for looking in her mouth.$200 later, blood work comes back completly normal. Now I schedule a teeth cleaning. The starting rate is $400!!!! Are you people for real?? I chose another vet, brough my dog in, her blood work ( same results I just recieved a day prior) showed an infection. My dog has lumps on her throat and is on 2 medications. The poor thing cant eat or chew. Im soooo happy I brought my dog to see Dr.Dean so he could rip me off and send me on my way with a sick dog.  Long story short, if you want to go to a wicked overly crowded vet and pay out the butt with Dr's giving you wrong diagnosis's, this is the vet for you! I don't ever make complainants towards businesses or people unless I feel what they did was absolutely wrong and/or they are unwilling to make amends to their mistakes. I would advise anyone who is or plans on taking their beloved fur babies to Viscaya Prado Animal Hospital to NOT be seen by the Veterinarian Dr. Dean. I cannot speak for any other Veterinarians there but him I can say that he is a liability to your animals health and I am almost tempted to file a lawsuit against him for animal malpractice. Dr. Dean should be more experienced before dealing with actual animals. He gave me 2 days with my beloved fur daughter rather than the 2 weeks maybe 2 months I could've had with her if he would've taken the time to care and not just want to make money off of us. Let me ask you this, if you took your sick child into the Dr would you let them give him or her a flu vaccine? NO! Because their immune system is already under attack because of what they're fighting off. I have had my baby since I was 15 years old, I am 24 now. I let an ego, money driven, man fast act the cancer that was in my baby. I get she was terminal and I believe everything happens for a reason but she didn't have to go that quickly. We called and explained everything to them, talked to Dr. Dean himself all he had to say is well he asked for the vaccine (youre the Dr, the professional Sir, I'm coming to you because I am not and am trusting you) and he has to respectfully disagree. That's no way to make a situation right especially when a family is grieving the loss of their fur family. Please be careful not only at this Vet but every vet, do your research on Vaccines, and get blood work done on your animals as often as you can afford. It will be worth it in the end.(Yelp won't let me post the full story, if you'd like to hear it feel free to email me at [email protected]) Read Less

I trusted this group of vets. My dog was misdiagnosed. Buddy could not keep food down. After blood tests, urine tests and xrays they determined that he had digestive issues. Pepsit, special food, 3 types of medication were prescribed. Buddy was 20 pounds and lost 3 ponds in 2 weeks. I took him to another vet who immediately did an ultrasound. He had a bad gallbladder and a tumor. I was literally starving my precious dog to death. The practice has grown too big. It continues to grow,  Its a money maker, not a caring veterinary hospital. Perhaps if they had been more detailed, I wouldn't be mourning my dogs death. My advice..... stay away from this factory. Find a small, caring practice. Read Less

I have left a good review for this vet but I have to change it after the last 2 trips have had negative experience, I will say the owners are much better than the others and they have much more experience, well just leave it at that. We have 6 dogs all small so we are at the vet quite often for a wide variety of things. The front office needs to get there act togeather, there's always problems, confusion and there very slow. Prices are better than most other vet's, guess you get what you pay for. In our case we got nothing since our 3 puppies died because of poor judgment and poor x-ray reading. Read Less

Filthy!  Took my animal in and waited and hr and a half for a room (and that is with having an appt)  Finally put me in a room and it was filthy!  The exam table was full of flea dirt so thick that it appeared to be potting soil!  Dog hair all over the floor and tables.  I had to ask for the table to be cleaned.  The front office girl was the only one who cared.  The vet techs were unorganized and confused.  The Vet himself looked and acted as though he had zero experience.  They didnt perform what they needed to so but tried to charge me anyway.  I used to go here all of the time but this time and the time before was terrible.  At this point I dont trust that the instruments would be sterile here.  Big red flag for a cross contamination.  I contacted the owner via email as instructed a week ago and it was ignored.  Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.  I actually watched a dog having a seizure in the waiting room and the staff was ignoring the urgency of the matter.  Horrible in every way! Caring & loving staff. We were referred to Viscaya-Prado after our usual vet had us waiting for an hour and a half while my fur baby was dying in the car. I rushed over to the Cape; I called when I was pulling into the parking lot and they were waiting for us. The staff immediately jumped into action and tried everything they could for over 5 hours trying to save her life. While they were not successful, the vet called me four times to keep us updated. Everyone was sensitive to our grief when we paid our final respects to our baby. We were expecting a large bill, but to our surprise they only charged us $300 for intense care and cremation. I will bring my other fur baby to them from now on, and always. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who wants sensitivity and caring. Read Less

I have a little monster.  Okay, it's a kitten.  This little guy was due for a neutering.  I called around and Viscaya-Prado Veterinary Hospital offered the most reasonable quote.  (Why is it a range?  Why is it a mystery.  Neutering costs X.  Period).  Anyway, they told me around $150 and this was $50 less than other nearby vets so I made an appointment. So basically, I made an appointment, was told I had to be there at 7:30 in the morning.  When I called to confirm I was told 7:45.  I mentioned the first person had said 7:30 and the new person told me that nobody is even there at 7:30 so she didn't know why the first person kept saying this.On the fateful day I showed up promptly at 7:45 and checked the little guy in.  They told me he'd be ready after 1pm but they would call when he was ready.  1pm rolled around and no call.  around 2 I called them.  The lady who answered was clueless but put me on hold while she went back to check. She returned to tell me that he was not ready yet.  Call back in an hour.  Sure.  I'll keep calling you every hour and interrupt whatever you're doing or you can just call me when it's time.  Okay, I'll play by your rules.  An hour later I called again.  Not only is he not ready for pickup but it turns out the procedure has not even begun.  I was angry enough to consider just collecting him unsnipped but I decided to wait it out.  I was told between 4-6.Finally around 5:30 I got the word that he was finished. This is the only place I will bring my dog. I live in Naples yet I still make the drive all the way to Cape Coral when Bruce needs to see the vet. If you show up early for your appointment, the wait time is not that bad, I mean really it is just like a normal doctor's office. They have paperwork to do in order to prepare for your appointment. You can't just walk in and be seen at ANY doctor's office that I know of. The staff is very friendly, very professional and they really care about the animals. I have friends that complain about how the vet they go to always seem to rush the appointments or don't really seem to care about the animals. The doctors here are terrific with Bruce, he actually really likes going to the vet and he always gets lots of belly rubs and affection from the entire staff. Read Less

I can't begin to tell you how very impressed I was with this clinic! I had an urgent issue with my dog. I called them instead of our regular office (their sister clinic) because of proximity and I wanted my dog to be jostled as little as possible. They said come in the same day for a 2:30pm appointment. We arrived at 2:10pm and were greeted, immediately and then told to take a seat. I found the place to be neat and clean and simply furnished. There was not a lot of noise or strong smells (though I'm sure my dog would disagree, lol) so she was not terribly afraid to be in there. She even plopped up on the bench next to me. We were barely seated when a woman carrying her chart called us back. The two ladies were very friendly with her and helped her for getting the weight and back to the room. They listened intently, asked questions, looked over the pictures I brought (I had been taking them every 4-6 hours over the prior 36, due to rapid onset) and then got to work. They explained everything they were doing and looking for and were very thorough. I was out the door at 2:33pm and with a bill that was literally 1/3 of what I expected it to be, even with the testing and 3 different medications. I would gladly take her back to this office, any time, and will probably switch to this one for all 4 of my fur babies. Read Less

My dog has lumps on her throat and is on 2 medications. The poor thing cant eat or chew.

I have been dealing with Veterinary Hospitals, clinics, etc. my entire adult life...This is by far the most caring, compassionate and animal FOCUSED establishment we have ever encountered. Unfortunately, due to age and sickness we lost 2 dogs this year and our son and his wife lost theirs. I'm so thankful and grateful we had this hospital and their staff to help us through such a difficult time. I have recommend you to friends, family and co-workers. Thank you again for all you do!!!!!

I have been taking my pets here over 20 years. They got us right in the time Sasha got stung by something and her face swelled up. When the terrible time came years later the doctor came here and ended her suffering. Sometimes there is a wait for routine procedures. The care we get there is worth the wait. Some of the staff are not people people. They are pet care people and that is why we go there after all. Read Less

Read Less

We have been using Viscaya-Prado Vet for several years.  We have used both the clinic and the hospital.  We find all the vets and staff to be very knowledgeable and show concern for our pets.  The hospital has emergency hours.  We had to take one of our dogs in on a Sunday evening for emergency surgery.  They kept her over night for us as she would not be done and ready to go home until late at night.  We picked her up the next morning.  She was all bright eyed and bushy tailed and ready to head home.  We will always use this vet service. Read Less

The wait time is terrible, the ladies are so busy chatting with other employees and customers who are clearly favorites, that they do not pay attention to what going on in the waiting room with large animals roaming about...I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for nothing.  Dr. Nelson was lousy, his reasoning of my pets illness was just an infection, here take this and pay first. After 2 visits, I refuse to return any of my 4 precious babies to that whack job of a place.  I would not want to work in that environment or with those confederate flag wearing red necks all from OHIO, overweight and looking like trailer trash. Since moving to the area in 2004, VP Hospital has taken care of 5 of our dogs and 2 cats. When our cat got cancer that was inoperable they treated us and her with the utmost respect. If there is ever a urgent matter all we have to do is call and 99% of the time they will squeeze in an appointment that same day. One of our dogs now has a skin problem that we just figured out what it is. The staff there did not know, but at least they told us straight out and recommended a dermatologist. Read Less
