This clinic and their staff have always been extremely caring, honest and always affordable. They have always been good to my pups and me. Dr Alex has been phenomenal since day one and always walks you through everything so you can understand and answers all questions/concerns. They never make you do anything that doesn’t make sense- which means they won’t ever charge you for unnecessary treatment/options just to spend your money. We have been going here for years, during Dr Hill and now Dr Alex, and we will always continue to go here. We love Dr Alex and all of the staff here. Hard to find a good, honest and especially an affordable vet, and that’s exactly what Animal Clinic of Casselberry is.

I can't believe these NEGATIVE reviews! Dr. Hill is the MOST caring, honest lover of ALL animals! We have been going there for many years and he has been great! Our little dog had to go to another vet since we were away..they told me that my dog needed surgery on hind leg and probably the other in the near future..to the tune of 3,500.00!!!!!!! It was a torn acl! I waited and took her to Dr Hill. He put her on anti inflammatory meds and said..."if she were my dog, I would NOT do surgery on her, she may have more problems after" he said, IF I HAD to do surgery though, it would be under 400.00!!!!!!! MOST people would have paid 3,500 PLUS! She will NEVER go to another vet again!! She is on all these meds for heart and kidneys now and the cost is minimal! DR HILL CARES!!!

TERRIBLE VET CLINIC!! Find another and in a hurry! Do not let the high rating confuse you, it derives from older reviews when this clinic actually cared.
Took our dog taken in to this clinic on a Friday who had developed suddenly trouble breathing, lethargic, with coughing and wheezing. Had to do a drop off- and was told he would have x-rays and blood work complete to find out what is going on. They let us know he had an enlarged heart and it was also causing the respiratory issues. $300 later was only given some pills to be taken twice a day and to return after the holiday weekend was over to see the progress. His health declined SIGNIFICANTLY overnight. Called back to inform them only to be told we need to give more time for the meds to work. Again, our dog only got WORSE...After calling back a second time to express the concern, only to be told they won’t be able to see him until Tuesday. (after labor day weekend) He would if never made it through the night! After having a terrible gut feeling he was taken to an emergency vet clinic. After more X-rays is were taken they spotted he was in trouble right away. They suggested he stay over 2 days for treatment and needed oxygen to help his breathing. Turns out it’s heart failure!!!!! Our dog was literally dying , and all we got were some bogus pills and shooed away until Tuesday !! Not even a suggestion of taking him somewhere in case!! They don’t care anymore about your pets like the old reviews claim. I find it hard to believe any of the new “5 star” reviews are even real. I can tell you I believe all of the 1 star ones now!!!
Thank goodness for listening to your gut and not some careless clinic who only want to swipe your card quickly and send you on your way☹️ There are plenty more animal hospitals within a 10 mile radius of this one. Please don’t take your pet here!!

Courtney the front desk manager really needs to have her mental health reviewed. She is one insensitive, mean spirited, uncompromising, dismissive and . She should not be working for a Vet that is a good Vet but this woman is destroying his reputation. God help you if you rely on help from this woman. She needs to find a non-customer service job that keeps her rude behavior in check. Maybe she has something on the Doctor. She has him hoodwinked. Unless theyare in some warped relationship. Which makes since as to why Dr Hill keeps her on is beyond comprehension. To save your practice’ reputation. Courtney needs to be fired. Bring back Dr Hill’s wife back. She ran the front with compassion. You may be a great vet but a poor personnel manager. As you can see any negative reviews are all about the girl at the front desk, named Courtney

This Vet is heartless. He refused to speak to pet owners, even after four visits in one week. Only to plead to have a dog put down. Still not even a phone call with his sympathy. He lost something, somewhere. He use to be a good vet with some moral fortitude. This Coronavirus thing really messed his compass. In the worst time of need in our country. An old lady begs for help. Dr Hill doesn’t even have the balls to call and say what is wrong or how sorry he was she was put down today. The man is shady. He may be a great vet but it also take a great man to hold the title of Vet. Shame on you Dr Hill and your terrible staff. They are your enablers.

My cat had been sick (vomiting for a day) and they couldn't fit him in that day so they told me I could leave him at the vet the following day. They did blood work and said his glucose levels were high and told us to bring him in again in two days to do more blood work. I tried asking questions at the front desk about the blood work results and the staff was very dismissive. When I brought my cat the second time for the follow-up blood work, I asked again about the results and was told the glucose levels were only a little bit over normal. I had further questions because a cat's glucose levels can be elevated by stress. I also asked that if the glucose levels are a little above normal, can that be controlled with a different diet. It seemed that they were set on starting my cat on insulin right away if the results came back even a little high, even though he had no other symptoms of being diabetic. We were interrupted by a man who came in to switch his dog's medication because they had given him the wrong dosage. I was unclear about what they were planning on doing with my cat if his test results came back high so I called them upon leaving. I told the receptionist to call me as soon as they got his results and not to start him on insulin right away. She acted shocked and questioned if I loved my pet. This is completely unprofessional because if the vet is running a test on your pet, you should receive a phone call automatically letting you know what the results are and then have you come in to discuss the results and the next steps. They never had me speak to the doctor. The times I have met Dr. Hill I thought he was very nice and good with my cats. However, I will not be returning due to the rudeness of the particular girl at the front desk because that is who you need to deal with the most when you are there.

During visits, I have run into numerous friends which makes me feel even better about the office. All of the staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain things. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW TO UNDERSTAND THIS REVIEW My pets were patients here in the past, then I moved away. Dr. Hill was fantastic, and always went above and beyond because he cared for his "patients". ( 5 STARS) Today, (a Saturday) I had an emergency, my vets had already left for the day and the receptionist was unable to reach them to come back, so I went to Dr. Hill's office since he was still open. My cat, who dr Hill had never treated, was in pain and possibly had a serious condition and the receptionist...a very rude, uncaring, unsympathetic young blonde lady told me I could have an appointment Monday. Or she could refer me to an office quite a distance away and they may be able to see her. NOT ONCE did she offer to speak to Dr. Hill, nor did she look me in the eye. I asked about the local emergency clinic and she wrote the address on a sticky note and gave it to me. I had to ASK her for the phone number!!! I hope Dr. Hill sees this review. This is not how I remember his office. He has a great reputation and it would be a shame if this woman would be the cause of a change in that. Rating today...ONE STAR

After being spade, our dog developed a small pea size knot at the end of her incision. It became bigger to the point where I was sure she had a hernia. I paid for an office visit to have her checked and was told it was definitely NOT a hernia. More time passed and this knot continued to grow - another paid office visit and again was told it was NOT a hernia. Well we decided to have this removed and guess what - it WAS a hernia. I felt there should be some comp on the bill since I had paid for two office visits with an incorrect diagnosis. I was told no comp as a small hernia was difficult to tell . VERY disappointed and will find a new vet.

Really sweet and cool team! They are very experienced and run a great business. They really care for the animals. I LOVE this vet!! I have a 10 yr old German short haired pointer that has anxiety out of my house. The staff is understanding of that and usually makes sure a room is empty and available to go right into. So my dog doesn’t get too stressed in the waiting room. Dr. Hill takes the time to talk to me and explain everything to me. He’s gentle with her. He’s an old soul. And I just absolutely love this vet! I would recommend this vet to anyone!!

The doctor here is very nice and worked with my animals well. His staff on the other hand, most specifically the front staff that you have to deal with the most, are not. I almost always leave this place biting my tongue after having the staff be just incredibly rude or dismissive. Sometimes even just to each other! The attitudes need to be checked at the door. She didn't even bother to ask if I had any questions about the medication I was picking up for our cat. When I asked she just snipped one word answers and walked away like I was bothering her.Go here if you need to bc the vet was good and I could tell he cared about my dog when I needed him checked up. My dog usually hates men but was easily relaxed by him and that's good. Unfortunately techs have the most contact with you and your pet. I saw no signs of being bad with the animals but don't expect to have a good experience yourself and be armed with the right questions so you can be sure to actually have answers.The parking is also abysmal but that isn't their fault really. If you park to the side the business next to them fixes cars and if you are having trouble with the tight space they will help you back out which is nice of them.

My dog loves coming here because the people are AMAZING! They really love their patients, and you can just tell that your animal is going to be getting excellent care. I've been in the waiting area a few times when there were dire situations with other clients (emergencies etc) and the ladies in the front are so sweet and empathetic...a real key when you're dealing with a sad pet owner. I pass about 5-6 other vets to get to this one because I've never experienced such great customer care. They're always busy, with good reason, but I've never had a long wait here.

We just came there today and felt very happy about their service. Even though they're very busy but fast, on time & efficiency. Their price is reasonable too. The Vet is very caring & experience. I LOVE this place! Dr. Hill is simply the best. He loves animals and it shows. I fee like my dogs are in good hands with him and his staff. They are always willing to squeeze you in, working with your schedule, and take the best care of your fur babies!I brought my new puppy to Dr. Hill last month and he spent about 10 minutes petting and making him comfortable before examining him. I love the girls at the front desk - they are friendly and funny.The vet techs are also sweet and kind. There just isn't a better vet around! So glad to have found them.

I had my first experience at the clinic today, and it was a very sad occasion, as we had to euthanize our Jack Russell whom we have had for 15 years. I heard excellent reports about this place and I couldn't have asked for better care. Everyone there was so compassionate and so caring. I will definitely be using Dr. Hill with our other dogs.

I boarded my dog here for a week, when I picked her up she had cuts around her mouth, cuts on her feet, she was extremely dehydrated and lost eight pounds. She also came home with a fractured lower canine tooth and was soon week she couldn't lift her rear end off the ground from the laying position. When I called to see what happened while I was gone (they never called me while she was there) they told me she was fine the whole time she was there but if I wanted to bring her back for and evaluation, it would be $45. Please don't board your pets here.

I moved to Florida 8 weeks ago and when my baby had a UTI I took her to Animal Clinic of Casselberry. They discovered she had a mass neat her heart. We tried some meds, but they didn't give any false hope. Well today I took my girl there to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Everyone was so wonderful and loving. The doctor was there for me every step. I am so glad my Milli's last breath was with this great group of people. Thank you all for your caring.

I have been taking my pets to Animal Clinic of Casselberry for 20 years now and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. Over the years I have had both cats and dogs treated by Dr.Hill. Everything from chronic genetic issues to yearly check-ups, they have been there through it all. I appreciate their patience, kindness, and thoroughness. They have never tried to gouge me or recommend unnecessary treatments. The prices are affordable.They have also been very good to me as a pet owner when my pets have needed to go to heaven. Letting go is hard, but I take solace in knowing that they do everything they can to make your pet comfortable and calm.

The absolute BEST!! I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Dr. Hill and his wonderful staff. I brought my cat in for an emergency, first-thing-in-the-morning visit when she woke up crying in pain in the middle of the night. The staff was wonderful about keeping me apprised of the situation, calling me frequently with updates and reassurance. They were also very upfront about which procedures were or were not necessary (understanding and nonjudgmental about the fact that I'm on a tight budget). The people working here are very compassionate, which made a stressful experience much easier. Dr. Hill was willing to stay on the phone to share his personal experiences and offer sage advice, and I never felt rushed or ignored. After a long day at the vet, I expected my cat to be stressed and scared, but she came home happy and purring! She was treated with love and attention and I am SO, SO grateful. Everyone at Animal Clinic of Casselberry is fantastic. I will never go to another vet!

The very best vet around! Very reasonable prices. They truly care that you can afford whatever your pet may need. They are super convenient also! I couldn't post a review without mentioning how friendly the staff is also. They are very busy, but always give you their time. They answer the phone promptly, hold times are very minimal, and they follow through with everything that they say they will do. My animals have always been treated very well, and I never worry about leaving get them in their care.

There's a reason why this vet is so highly rated. My dog is my life. I know she's getting the best care here. They let me ask all my questions and let me call later with follow up questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. I called to just ask around for prices. This is the only vet that helped me over the phone without saying she had to be seen. The receptionist truly cared about my dog she never met and wasn't getting paid to help yet. I immediately felt like my dog wasn't just a customer. They really cared so I brought her in that day. Loved the front desk staff and doctors. I know my baby is getting the very best here!

These people are awesome. They are thorough, professional and at the same time treat everyone in a friendly, helpful way.
They've been taking care of my two dogs since I moved into a house that is very close to them. They are always there when you need them and their Saturday hours have been a G-d send.
And did I mention that their prices are always reasonable? Very.
And they do boarding if needed.

My dog has been with Dr. Hill for at least 10 years and thought they could do no wrong. Until my dog started getting external tumors and had swollen salivary glands and the response was always to do surgery. Or lets see if a teeth cleaning will help clear away the swollen saliva gland, even though he had a cleaning less than a year ago. To me a seemed like a constant guessing game. There was never a suggestion to find out what was causing these issues. Each time my dog had surgery, the tumors grew back within 6 months. I finally had enough and took my dog elsewhere. These doctors suggested a cytology test, x-rays, and blood work. After these tests were completed they personally reviewed the findings with me. The x-ray results alone showed he has an enlarged liver, mass on his heart, a kidney stone, and a few internal tumors. Blood showed high liver levels. I was shocked that none of this had been checked with Dr. Hill. So glad I decided to go elsewhere, I just wish I made the decision sooner.

We have been going to this vet for several years now with some purebred cats. It is a little bit of a drive for us but we wouldn't go anywhere else . He is very knowledgable, understanding and reasonable . His staff is just the same. His office is set up in an older converted house with no much decor or frills but the important part to me is the care my two cats receive. Highly recommended !

I'm eternally grateful to everyone at Animal Clinic of Casselberry. A family member in Winter Park moved house at short notice and could not bring his dog. We managed to get him in to the clinic (he'd been there once before) while we scrambled (from Chicago, where we live) to find a home for him. When we needed to keep him there for a second week, the clinic were very helpful as they knew what was at stake for the dog. As a black lab/pit bull mix it would be hard to find him a home quickly. Eventually we ran out of options so flew down to Florida to bring the dog back to Chicago. Casselberry Animal Clinic really took great care of him, gave us as much detail as possible about his habits and behaviors (we had a 20 hour drive back to Chicago ahead), gave him necessary shots and a bath. It's clear they really care about their animals and we had many helpful interactions with the staff - Susan, Courtney, Tatiana, Julia, Buffy - over the course of two weeks. Their patience and care helped save this dog's life as I'm pretty sure the outlook for him was not going to be positive.

I know there are millions, or at least hundreds of vets out there. I like to stay close to home because my dog doesn't like to travel, but I pass several vets to get to Dr. Hill.His office staff is made up of animal lovers that treat every pet like their own, and every owner like a concerned parent. I have been to enough vets that operate a clinic for animals and talk to owners as caretakers. Dr. Hill makes this place feel like a pediatrician's office, and takes his work as personal as if he is the owner.My dog needed surgery to remove a large mass, and not only did he provide a service at a great price, they are concerned with the animal's well being throughout the process. I was able to bring my dog in closer to the time of the surgery instead of leaving her there several hours in a cage. I also was able to take her home right away because she doesn't like to stay in a cage overnight.Dr. Hill is very knowledgeable and treats animals with practical solutions.I highly recommend this place if you want the best care for your pet.I will say the place has a 1970's feel to it. No fancy decor. It is literally in an older remodeled house. Each exam room is a former bedroom of the house. It could use a make-over for sure, but the care they provide over compensates for lack of decor.

My Cat Chester was brought in Wednesday after I spoke with JaneEllen who is so wonderful & caring...You all listened to my issues with Chester took care of him, contacted me with updates on what Dr. Hill wanted to do, cared for him while he stayed there 2 days knowing he is an ""only child"" made sure he was comfortable. The price for all the tests was the most SHOCKING when I came in this morning to pick him up...I honestly was expecting 3 x's the amount but It goes to show that you all care about the animals by not overcharging (which I have dealt with at past vets) I will RECOMMEND you to everyone I know with a pet...you are all angels!! Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of Chester!!! God bless you all!! Kimberly, Ken, Jason & ""Chester"" The Roger Family a patient for life!

I have been using Animal Clinic of Casselberry for many years. I think they are the Greatest people. The Vet, Dr. Hill and his wife and staff are wonderful. They not only care about your pet, but they also care about your family. When my loving dog of 15 years, passed away, they couldn't have been Greater. I take my Chihuahua there now and they are very loving and concerned people with your pet. They always take the time to answer any questions that you may have. They don't rush you out the door. They Answer their phone calls, NO machines to go through, which is important to me.I highly recommend them.

This clinic and their staff have always been extremely caring, honest and always affordable. They have always been good to my pups and me. Dr Alex has been phenomenal since day one and always walks you through everything so you can understand and answers all questions/concerns. They never make you do anything that doesn’t make sense- which means they won’t ever charge you for unnecessary treatment/options just to spend your money. We have been going here for years, during Dr Hill and now Dr Alex, and we will always continue to go here. We love Dr Alex and all of the staff here. Hard to find a good, honest and especially an affordable vet, and that’s exactly what Animal Clinic of Casselberry is.

I can't believe these NEGATIVE reviews! Dr. Hill is the MOST caring, honest lover of ALL animals! We have been going there for many years and he has been great! Our little dog had to go to another vet since we were away..they told me that my dog needed surgery on hind leg and probably the other in the near future..to the tune of 3,500.00!!!!!!! It was a torn acl! I waited and took her to Dr Hill. He put her on anti inflammatory meds and said..."if she were my dog, I would NOT do surgery on her, she may have more problems after" he said, IF I HAD to do surgery though, it would be under 400.00!!!!!!! MOST people would have paid 3,500 PLUS! She will NEVER go to another vet again!! She is on all these meds for heart and kidneys now and the cost is minimal! DR HILL CARES!!!

TERRIBLE VET CLINIC!! Find another and in a hurry! Do not let the high rating confuse you, it derives from older reviews when this clinic actually cared.
Took our dog taken in to this clinic on a Friday who had developed suddenly trouble breathing, lethargic, with coughing and wheezing. Had to do a drop off- and was told he would have x-rays and blood work complete to find out what is going on. They let us know he had an enlarged heart and it was also causing the respiratory issues. $300 later was only given some pills to be taken twice a day and to return after the holiday weekend was over to see the progress. His health declined SIGNIFICANTLY overnight. Called back to inform them only to be told we need to give more time for the meds to work. Again, our dog only got WORSE...After calling back a second time to express the concern, only to be told they won’t be able to see him until Tuesday. (after labor day weekend) He would if never made it through the night! After having a terrible gut feeling he was taken to an emergency vet clinic. After more X-rays is were taken they spotted he was in trouble right away. They suggested he stay over 2 days for treatment and needed oxygen to help his breathing. Turns out it’s heart failure!!!!! Our dog was literally dying , and all we got were some bogus pills and shooed away until Tuesday !! Not even a suggestion of taking him somewhere in case!! They don’t care anymore about your pets like the old reviews claim. I find it hard to believe any of the new “5 star” reviews are even real. I can tell you I believe all of the 1 star ones now!!!
Thank goodness for listening to your gut and not some careless clinic who only want to swipe your card quickly and send you on your way☹️ There are plenty more animal hospitals within a 10 mile radius of this one. Please don’t take your pet here!!

She should not be working for a Vet that is a good Vet but this woman is destroying his reputation. God help you if you rely on help from this woman. She needs to find a non-customer service job that keeps her rude behavior in check. Maybe she has something on the Doctor. She has him hoodwinked. Unless theyare in some warped relationship. Which makes since as to why Dr Hill keeps her on is beyond comprehension. To save your practice’ reputation. Courtney needs to be fired. Bring back Dr Hill’s wife back. She ran the front with compassion. You may be a great vet but a poor personnel manager. As you can see any negative reviews are all about the girl at the front desk, named Courtney

This Vet is heartless. He refused to speak to pet owners, even after four visits in one week. Only to plead to have a dog put down. Still not even a phone call with his sympathy. He lost something, somewhere. He use to be a good vet with some moral fortitude. This Coronavirus thing really messed his compass. In the worst time of need in our country. An old lady begs for help. Dr Hill doesn’t even have the balls to call and say what is wrong or how sorry he was she was put down today. The man is shady. He may be a great vet but it also take a great man to hold the title of Vet. Shame on you Dr Hill and your terrible staff. They are your enablers.

My cat had been sick (vomiting for a day) and they couldn't fit him in that day so they told me I could leave him at the vet the following day. They did blood work and said his glucose levels were high and told us to bring him in again in two days to do more blood work. I tried asking questions at the front desk about the blood work results and the staff was very dismissive. When I brought my cat the second time for the follow-up blood work, I asked again about the results and was told the glucose levels were only a little bit over normal. I had further questions because a cat's glucose levels can be elevated by stress. I also asked that if the glucose levels are a little above normal, can that be controlled with a different diet. It seemed that they were set on starting my cat on insulin right away if the results came back even a little high, even though he had no other symptoms of being diabetic. We were interrupted by a man who came in to switch his dog's medication because they had given him the wrong dosage. I was unclear about what they were planning on doing with my cat if his test results came back high so I called them upon leaving. I told the receptionist to call me as soon as they got his results and not to start him on insulin right away. She acted shocked and questioned if I loved my pet. This is completely unprofessional because if the vet is running a test on your pet, you should receive a phone call automatically letting you know what the results are and then have you come in to discuss the results and the next steps. They never had me speak to the doctor. The times I have met Dr. Hill I thought he was very nice and good with my cats. However, I will not be returning due to the rudeness of the particular girl at the front desk because that is who you need to deal with the most when you are there.

Dr. Hill was fantastic, and always went above and beyond because he cared for his "patients". ( 5 STARS) Today, (a Saturday) I had an emergency, my vets had already left for the day and the receptionist was unable to reach them to come back, so I went to Dr. Hill's office since he was still open. My cat, who dr Hill had never treated, was in pain and possibly had a serious condition and the receptionist...a very rude, uncaring, unsympathetic young blonde lady told me I could have an appointment Monday. Or she could refer me to an office quite a distance away and they may be able to see her. NOT ONCE did she offer to speak to Dr. Hill, nor did she look me in the eye. I asked about the local emergency clinic and she wrote the address on a sticky note and gave it to me. I had to ASK her for the phone number!!! I hope Dr. Hill sees this review. This is not how I remember his office. He has a great reputation and it would be a shame if this woman would be the cause of a change in that. Rating today...ONE STAR

After being spade, our dog developed a small pea size knot at the end of her incision. It became bigger to the point where I was sure she had a hernia. I paid for an office visit to have her checked and was told it was definitely NOT a hernia. More time passed and this knot continued to grow - another paid office visit and again was told it was NOT a hernia. Well we decided to have this removed and guess what - it WAS a hernia. I felt there should be some comp on the bill since I had paid for two office visits with an incorrect diagnosis. I was told no comp as a small hernia was difficult to tell . VERY disappointed and will find a new vet.

I LOVE this vet!! I have a 10 yr old German short haired pointer that has anxiety out of my house. The staff is understanding of that and usually makes sure a room is empty and available to go right into. So my dog doesn’t get too stressed in the waiting room. Dr. Hill takes the time to talk to me and explain everything to me. He’s gentle with her. He’s an old soul. And I just absolutely love this vet! I would recommend this vet to anyone!!

The doctor here is very nice and worked with my animals well. His staff on the other hand, most specifically the front staff that you have to deal with the most, are not. I almost always leave this place biting my tongue after having the staff be just incredibly rude or dismissive. Sometimes even just to each other! The attitudes need to be checked at the door. She didn't even bother to ask if I had any questions about the medication I was picking up for our cat. When I asked she just snipped one word answers and walked away like I was bothering her.Go here if you need to bc the vet was good and I could tell he cared about my dog when I needed him checked up. My dog usually hates men but was easily relaxed by him and that's good. Unfortunately techs have the most contact with you and your pet. I saw no signs of being bad with the animals but don't expect to have a good experience yourself and be armed with the right questions so you can be sure to actually have answers.The parking is also abysmal but that isn't their fault really. If you park to the side the business next to them fixes cars and if you are having trouble with the tight space they will help you back out which is nice of them.

My dog loves coming here because the people are AMAZING! They really love their patients, and you can just tell that your animal is going to be getting excellent care. I've been in the waiting area a few times when there were dire situations with other clients (emergencies etc) and the ladies in the front are so sweet and empathetic...a real key when you're dealing with a sad pet owner. I pass about 5-6 other vets to get to this one because I've never experienced such great customer care. They're always busy, with good reason, but I've never had a long wait here.

They are always willing to squeeze you in, working with your schedule, and take the best care of your fur babies!I brought my new puppy to Dr. Hill last month and he spent about 10 minutes petting and making him comfortable before examining him. I love the girls at the front desk - they are friendly and funny.The vet techs are also sweet and kind. There just isn't a better vet around! So glad to have found them.

I had my first experience at the clinic today, and it was a very sad occasion, as we had to euthanize our Jack Russell whom we have had for 15 years. I heard excellent reports about this place and I couldn't have asked for better care. Everyone there was so compassionate and so caring. I will definitely be using Dr. Hill with our other dogs.

I boarded my dog here for a week, when I picked her up she had cuts around her mouth, cuts on her feet, she was extremely dehydrated and lost eight pounds. She also came home with a fractured lower canine tooth and was soon week she couldn't lift her rear end off the ground from the laying position. When I called to see what happened while I was gone (they never called me while she was there) they told me she was fine the whole time she was there but if I wanted to bring her back for and evaluation, it would be $45. Please don't board your pets here.

I moved to Florida 8 weeks ago and when my baby had a UTI I took her to Animal Clinic of Casselberry. They discovered she had a mass neat her heart. We tried some meds, but they didn't give any false hope. Well today I took my girl there to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Everyone was so wonderful and loving. The doctor was there for me every step. I am so glad my Milli's last breath was with this great group of people. Thank you all for your caring.

I have been taking my pets to Animal Clinic of Casselberry for 20 years now and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. Over the years I have had both cats and dogs treated by Dr.Hill. Everything from chronic genetic issues to yearly check-ups, they have been there through it all. I appreciate their patience, kindness, and thoroughness. They have never tried to gouge me or recommend unnecessary treatments. The prices are affordable.They have also been very good to me as a pet owner when my pets have needed to go to heaven. Letting go is hard, but I take solace in knowing that they do everything they can to make your pet comfortable and calm.

The absolute BEST!! I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Dr. Hill and his wonderful staff. I brought my cat in for an emergency, first-thing-in-the-morning visit when she woke up crying in pain in the middle of the night. The staff was wonderful about keeping me apprised of the situation, calling me frequently with updates and reassurance. They were also very upfront about which procedures were or were not necessary (understanding and nonjudgmental about the fact that I'm on a tight budget). The people working here are very compassionate, which made a stressful experience much easier. Dr. Hill was willing to stay on the phone to share his personal experiences and offer sage advice, and I never felt rushed or ignored. After a long day at the vet, I expected my cat to be stressed and scared, but she came home happy and purring! She was treated with love and attention and I am SO, SO grateful. Everyone at Animal Clinic of Casselberry is fantastic. I will never go to another vet!

The very best vet around! Very reasonable prices. They truly care that you can afford whatever your pet may need. They are super convenient also! I couldn't post a review without mentioning how friendly the staff is also. They are very busy, but always give you their time. They answer the phone promptly, hold times are very minimal, and they follow through with everything that they say they will do. My animals have always been treated very well, and I never worry about leaving get them in their care.

They let me ask all my questions and let me call later with follow up questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. I called to just ask around for prices. This is the only vet that helped me over the phone without saying she had to be seen. The receptionist truly cared about my dog she never met and wasn't getting paid to help yet. I immediately felt like my dog wasn't just a customer. They really cared so I brought her in that day. Loved the front desk staff and doctors. I know my baby is getting the very best here!

They've been taking care of my two dogs since I moved into a house that is very close to them. They are always there when you need them and their Saturday hours have been a G-d send.
And did I mention that their prices are always reasonable? Very.

My dog has been with Dr. Hill for at least 10 years and thought they could do no wrong. Until my dog started getting external tumors and had swollen salivary glands and the response was always to do surgery. Or lets see if a teeth cleaning will help clear away the swollen saliva gland, even though he had a cleaning less than a year ago. To me a seemed like a constant guessing game. There was never a suggestion to find out what was causing these issues. Each time my dog had surgery, the tumors grew back within 6 months. I finally had enough and took my dog elsewhere. These doctors suggested a cytology test, x-rays, and blood work. After these tests were completed they personally reviewed the findings with me. The x-ray results alone showed he has an enlarged liver, mass on his heart, a kidney stone, and a few internal tumors. Blood showed high liver levels. I was shocked that none of this had been checked with Dr. Hill. So glad I decided to go elsewhere, I just wish I made the decision sooner.

I won't go anywhere else. I moved from Casselberry to Oviedo and tried a closer clinic one time. I realized that my animals care is worth driving the extra miles.

We have been going to this vet for several years now with some purebred cats. It is a little bit of a drive for us but we wouldn't go anywhere else . He is very knowledgable, understanding and reasonable . His staff is just the same. His office is set up in an older converted house with no much decor or frills but the important part to me is the care my two cats receive. Highly recommended !

I'm eternally grateful to everyone at Animal Clinic of Casselberry. A family member in Winter Park moved house at short notice and could not bring his dog. We managed to get him in to the clinic (he'd been there once before) while we scrambled (from Chicago, where we live) to find a home for him. When we needed to keep him there for a second week, the clinic were very helpful as they knew what was at stake for the dog. As a black lab/pit bull mix it would be hard to find him a home quickly. Eventually we ran out of options so flew down to Florida to bring the dog back to Chicago. Casselberry Animal Clinic really took great care of him, gave us as much detail as possible about his habits and behaviors (we had a 20 hour drive back to Chicago ahead), gave him necessary shots and a bath. It's clear they really care about their animals and we had many helpful interactions with the staff - Susan, Courtney, Tatiana, Julia, Buffy - over the course of two weeks. Their patience and care helped save this dog's life as I'm pretty sure the outlook for him was not going to be positive.

I know there are millions, or at least hundreds of vets out there. I like to stay close to home because my dog doesn't like to travel, but I pass several vets to get to Dr. Hill.His office staff is made up of animal lovers that treat every pet like their own, and every owner like a concerned parent. I have been to enough vets that operate a clinic for animals and talk to owners as caretakers. Dr. Hill makes this place feel like a pediatrician's office, and takes his work as personal as if he is the owner.My dog needed surgery to remove a large mass, and not only did he provide a service at a great price, they are concerned with the animal's well being throughout the process. I was able to bring my dog in closer to the time of the surgery instead of leaving her there several hours in a cage. I also was able to take her home right away because she doesn't like to stay in a cage overnight.Dr. Hill is very knowledgeable and treats animals with practical solutions.I highly recommend this place if you want the best care for your pet.I will say the place has a 1970's feel to it. No fancy decor. It is literally in an older remodeled house. Each exam room is a former bedroom of the house. It could use a make-over for sure, but the care they provide over compensates for lack of decor.

My Cat Chester was brought in Wednesday after I spoke with JaneEllen who is so wonderful & caring...You all listened to my issues with Chester took care of him, contacted me with updates on what Dr. Hill wanted to do, cared for him while he stayed there 2 days knowing he is an ""only child"" made sure he was comfortable. The price for all the tests was the most SHOCKING when I came in this morning to pick him up...I honestly was expecting 3 x's the amount but It goes to show that you all care about the animals by not overcharging (which I have dealt with at past vets) I will RECOMMEND you to everyone I know with a pet...you are all angels!! Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of Chester!!! God bless you all!! Kimberly, Ken, Jason & ""Chester"" The Roger Family a patient for life!

I have been using Animal Clinic of Casselberry for many years. I think they are the Greatest people. The Vet, Dr. Hill and his wife and staff are wonderful. They not only care about your pet, but they also care about your family. When my loving dog of 15 years, passed away, they couldn't have been Greater. I take my Chihuahua there now and they are very loving and concerned people with your pet. They always take the time to answer any questions that you may have. They don't rush you out the door. They Answer their phone calls, NO machines to go through, which is important to me.I highly recommend them.
