We brought our dog, Charlie, in because the left side of her face was drooping and we were very concerned she had a stroke or something terrible. The tech, Glory (?), came in and started talking loudly and grabbing at my dog's face without getting in her level or playing with her. My dog got scared and snapped at the tech's hand. So now the whole clinic has labeled my dog aggressive. I would like to point out that my dog has seen several different vets who have had to look and probe at her face before and she has NEVER snapped at any of them. So now, the vet, Steven Schindler, walks in yelling towards my dog. He is a tall man with a very loud voice who never attempts to introduce himself to her or get on her level. He refuses to go near her until we have put a muzzle on her. He never examined her droopy mouth, just looked from across the room. Only looks in her ears for a few seconds. We asked if he could see the clear cut on her lip (he didn't even need to touch her to see it), and he said no. He never attempted to ease her nerves or work with her. He offered to sedate her, but said he would just give her antibiotics no matter what. So we did not sedate our dog unnecessarily if she would get the same treatment either way. After the ear check, no one would touch or go near our dog. When another tech came in to give us the medicine, she looked afraid of our dog, though had no reason to. We were also told they didn't want to attempt to take our dog's temperature, so if she was not better in a couple days that could be an issue. We paid $95 for a vet exam they barely even conducted. We will never come back. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They need animal sensitivity training. At the very least, they need to be friendlier to the animals and owners.Read Less
