Honestly, this place is wayyyy better than others in the area. The staff have been nice every time, though it seems like appointments fill up fast. We usually see Dr. Zern who's always been great with our dogs. They've never tried to over sell you or scale anything up like some places. Just a solid and dependable vet.

Dr Zern was able to diagnose a problem in my cat (hind leg weakness, trouble jumping - turns out it was a lesion on her spinal cord) within minutes that was missed by three other veterinarians in the time span of a few months. He gave me a few different options on figuring out what it was exactly, and we were able to determine it was non cancerous in the least invasive/most financially beneficial way for me. I trust only him with the care of my critters now.

I'm only giving them a one because a zero is not available. Dr. Zern was very rude to my husband and I. I strongly recommend you do not visit him if you have a "bully" breed. He does NOT like Pits, Dobermans, mastiffs, etc. It's very unfortunate, we went there because people said he was very knowledgeable and told us just to ignore his personality and attitude so we gave it a try. I'm sorry but I will never go to him again after how he treated us and made everyone think we had such a vicious dog. He told everyone to back away and get out of the main area by the desk because he wanted to see my dog walk. I told him that his employees did not have to move and he would not do anything and he said no, I do NOT trust your dog. He said mastiffs are a very "BAD BAD breed" just like that in front of EVERYONE. Once we were back in the room and the tech came in, I made sure to ask him if Dr. Zern just had something against this specific type of mastiff breed or if it was other breeds as well. The tech said he is like that with Pitbulls, Dobermans, etc and that it was not just my breed. It was all just an absolute AWFUL experience and I will never go to him again.

We feel comfortable with his suggestions, decisions and methods. There is multi-pet discount for the family as well. He is not like some of the other vets/hospitals you may feel like they are trying to sell you services you may not really need. If you live on the east side of Orlando, this should be your vet.

I only have brought dogs there so, I don't know how they are with other animals. But I have had 4 dogs and each one was treated with the utmost care and love :)

I have taken all 3 of my dogs to Dr Zern for 2 years. There isn't another vet in the area that I would trust with my babies. I moved and CVH isn't the closest vet to me now. But I love the staff and Dr Zern and wouldn't dream of switching vets. One of my senior dogs has a handful of medical problems. Dr Zern takes the time and understands that I just want to keep him comfortable. No need to run a bunch of tests on him. We are just keeping him comfortable until the end. I appreciate that my wishes are respected. I cannot say enough positive things about this veterinary office.

Dr. Zern is very compassionate towards animals. He has treated my FIV+ kitty for several years now. I am particular about vets, and wouldn't trust anyone else with my cat's care. The staff is always friendly as well. The best way to tell if a vet's office is good, is by how the animals act. My pets were always comfortable walking through the doors and always felt at ease with Dr. Zern. Also, the resident cat, Sheldon, clearly thrives in his surroundings.

This office is staffed with a female vet that has no humanity for parents or children. She seems to have a belief that she is better than anyone else. Because she was inconvenienced and told that her actions of banging on a glass door while being asked to wait or be quiet because a 9 month old baby was being fed and put to bed she decided to insult a baby and tell parents that they are horrible people. How this woman can be allowed to care for living creatures scared me. You are welcome for the donation of dog food.

So far, so great. Brought my kitten who was very sneezy, sniffly, and generally miserable here after two other vets offices constant treatments for respiratory infection weren't getting us anywhere, except making me broke. Dr. Z quickly determined that it wasn't a respiratory infection, and prescribed a completely different course of treatment. Impressed with the vet staff, the documentation on the receipt (it's the little things), and the doctor himself. My kitten was showing signs of improvement within days! We go back for our followup on Friday! :)

He is not like some of the other vets/hospitals you may feel like they are trying to sell you services you may not really need. If you live on the east side of Orlando, this should be your vet.

They're wonderful, plus they help those innocent lives in dire need! Poodle and Pooch Rescue is the best dog rescue I've volunteered for and CVH supports their amazing cause.

I only have brought dogs there so, I don't know how they are with other animals. But I have had 4 dogs and each one was treated with the utmost care and love :)

the staff is truly wonderful. my chihuahua isnt the friendliest at the vet but they were able to control him and treat him gently. the techs were pleasant and dr zern is really wonderful. hes friendly...

I have taken all 3 of my dogs to Dr Zern for 2 years. There isn't another vet in the area that I would trust with my babies. I moved and CVH isn't the closest vet to me now. But I love the staff and Dr Zern and wouldn't dream of switching vets. One of my senior dogs has a handful of medical problems. Dr Zern takes the time and understands that I just want to keep him comfortable. No need to run a bunch of tests on him. We are just keeping him comfortable until the end. I appreciate that my wishes are respected. I cannot say enough positive things about this veterinary office.

Dr. Zern is very compassionate towards animals. He has treated my FIV+ kitty for several years now. I am particular about vets, and wouldn't trust anyone else with my cat's care. The staff is always friendly as well. The best way to tell if a vet's office is good, is by how the animals act. My pets were always comfortable walking through the doors and always felt at ease with Dr. Zern. Also, the resident cat, Sheldon, clearly thrives in his surroundings.

This office is staffed with a female vet that has no humanity for parents or children. She seems to have a belief that she is better than anyone else. Because she was inconvenienced and told that her actions of banging on a glass door while being asked to wait or be quiet because a 9 month old baby was being fed and put to bed she decided to insult a baby and tell parents that they are horrible people. How this woman can be allowed to care for living creatures scared me. You are welcome for the donation of dog food.

So far, so great. Brought my kitten who was very sneezy, sniffly, and generally miserable here after two other vets offices constant treatments for respiratory infection weren't getting us anywhere, except making me broke. Dr. Z quickly determined that it wasn't a respiratory infection, and prescribed a completely different course of treatment. Impressed with the vet staff, the documentation on the receipt (it's the little things), and the doctor himself. My kitten was showing signs of improvement within days! We go back for our followup on Friday! :)
