Drs. Murphy and Valentine are simply the very best.  They take a personal interest in each pet.  AND, they are just nice people.  I so appreciate everything they did for a cat we lost at 19, making her last years great.  Another of our cats had a tumor on her neck that was very unusual and they didn't hesitate to refer us to a specialist.  The front office people are always very helpful.  I wouldn't think of going elsewhere.  I also have my two dogs groomed by Brianna at the grooming facility.  Neither Paris nor Tyler shake when they figure out where they're going.  That is the highest possible recommendation I can possibly give! DISAPPOINTED. Came to pick up my dogs today and they were covered in dried feces.... We have boarded our dogs here for years, always with the reassurance from the staff and peace of mind knowing that they will be cared for the same way that my husband and I care for them day to day. It seems that there is new staff that don't seem to share the same level of attention to detail that we had become accustomed to. There have been scheduling issues, communication issues, and most recently care issues. We elected not to write a review last time when we came to drop off our dogs to be boarded and were told they weren't on the schedule, despite calling multiple times to both schedule and confirm. This most recent time; however, was a poor enough experience that I decided to write a review for others. In addition to the normal scheduling issues prior to dropping them off, upon arrival, it was clear that there was still confusion and the staff was not their normal pleasant, cheerful, engaged selves. They seemed annoyed, flustered, and unprepared. This made both my husband and I anxious but since we have used them for years we again gave them the benefit of the doubt.  When we returned today, not only was the staff AGAIN unaware thay we would be picking them up despite the clear conversation when we dropped them off with new paperwork outlining this, they seemed anxious that we were there.  It became clear once the dogs were brought to us why.  They both came out to us covered in dried feces. In addition their bed was "outside and just about to go into the washer." This too was covered in dried feces to the point where they had to put it in a trash bag to carry it to us. Scott when asked what happened "didnt know because he had just got there" but offered to "hose them off".  I do not know how long they were covered if fecal matter but the fact that they would be closing in just a few hours makes me wonder if they did plan on washing the bed that day or the dogs at all.  There was no explanation for any of this, in fact it was just a very awkward hand off as we decided to just take our dogs and go.  This is such an unfortunate review to write because we have used them for years always with a positive experience from Maggie. Some of the other staff Scott included don't seem to share her compassion or level of care. Never again. Read Less

Dr. Culpepper did surgery on my rat, Beaker, to remove two large masses beneath her arms. Dr. C was very knowledgeable and explained how the procedure could be done and answered all of my questions. Beaker's surgery went great and was as minimally invasive as possible. All of the staff that I met were kind, helpful, and cheerful, and they treated my rat with the respect they would show for more traditional pets.
