We just moved to this area and were looking for a reliable vet. I was highly impressed with their services and flexibility. Our baby got sick the day before we were set to go on vacation and Dr. Wilson was extremely understanding. She even went out of her way to personally email me to check in on him. I am proud to say that we have found our new vet! Thank you guys for taking care of my boy!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Had an incident at Pet Smart grooming. Brodie (my dog and best friend) came home and his eye was swollen shut.. Even though we have a policy with Banfield - in the same store - they weren't going to be able to see him for 3 days! We got in to see Dr. Wilson on the same day. She was very thorough and kind, explained everything to us, and sent him home with meds and the "cone of shame." He is doing much better. Dr. Wilson has texted to check up on him, and answers my replies. We will definitely be moving to her with both of our dogs. All of her staff was just amazing.

Meet my foster kitten hope. We took her here to be checked out since she was unable to walk and was not eating much when we got her during our vist the office closed but we where not rushed out the door the staff as well as the dr kept working with us to make sure she was doing well we found out that her hip is broken blood in her ear and some other issues I'm not a huge fan of vets but this place was amazing and more then definitely will take any and all fosters as well as my own cat here I've never been treated so well at a vets office

Wonderful staff who show they care. My two dogs are nervous "patients", and the doctor and techs went out of the way to treat them with kindness. Booking an appointment was easy and the fees were very reasonable. They explained the treatment plan and they didn't try to sell us anything.

We took our sweet loving dog, Bentley, to VCA last Monday because he could no longer put any weight on his back leg. We were hoping he just needed a shot in his leg and he would be ok. It was then that we were given the devistating news that our boy had cancer. Dr Kempfer and her staff were so supportive and patient with all our questions. They spent so much time with us after the diagnosis. We left there with all our questions answered. She was so personable and professional. Sadly, just today we brought him in to put him to sleep. Everyone from the receptionist, to the techs, and Dr Kempfer were so patient and supportive. They gave us all the time we needed with our sweet boy - and while this is every pet owners worst nightmare- they made it as easy and peaceful as possible. Everything was flawless- from the IV insertion to the administration of the medication... On our way out the receptionist stopped me and asked me "can I give you a hug?"- I have never had such a sincere, compassionate experience at any other vet. I would recommend to anyone.

Staff is friendly but sometimes they can try and badger you into expensive procedures (no, my cat is not going to get a root canal today). Rooms are cramped and getting into the place is hard. They take Carecredit though which is a huge plus.

Sadly these people are a little too enthusiastic about selling you stuff and less enthusiastic about your pet's health. I took two small dogs there, and for annual exams, shots, flu vaccine, and new itch medication my bill was well over $800. This is including the first free exam discount and declining $600 worth of additional "routine" tests. The problem isn't even the cost, but one of my dogs has been seriously ill for weeks after this. There was so much done that it's impossible to tell if it was a bad reaction to one of the medications or if it was a reaction to some combination. Out of concern for his health I've had to stop the medications I paid so much for in the first place. Seriously overpriced and overdosed.
Third time going there trying to help my one dog and after a 20 minute wait to be seen the vet tech comes in and asks if he's on any medication. Are you kidding me? Neither the tech nor the vet that followed had bothered to review the dogs medical history. And he's a dog, his file is about 3 pages. So they do an exam without knowing what medications they put my dog on and why. Rookies. And then they tried to bill me for it! Ate you fking with me?

The front staff is very courteous and they always seem to be able to fit me in during the day as my schedule is quite unpredictable and it is difficult to schedule appointments. I have met several of their veterinarians and each has been exceptionally friendly, competent and available to answer all my questions. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone.

The front staff is very courteous and they always seem to be able to fit me in during the day as my schedule is quite unpredictable and it is difficult to schedule appointments. I have met several of their veterinarians and each has been exceptionally friendly, competent and available to answer all my questions. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone.

For my dog to stay three nights in a cost $12.50 each day I would think that's a rip off and I think I'm going to get my dog out of this that and taken to another vet that I've been going for the past 15 years The only thing that he was taking care of was that he had the kennel cough he had a Bordetella shot and that was taking care of but I think everything else has been really unacceptable don't trust no one

I would not trust my dog Decaf with any other Vets. They know my dog and they know my name. These are people that really look to make your dogs life longer and healthier.

They were always pretty good with my pets, but I do think they try to upsell you. Nice vets, so-so assistants. When I tried to have my records faxed to another vet due to a move, it took three phone call requests and they never did end up doing it. Other than that, pretty average.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Had an incident at Pet Smart grooming. Brodie (my dog and best friend) came home and his eye was swollen shut.. Even though we have a policy with Banfield - in the same store - they weren't going to be able to see him for 3 days! We got in to see Dr. Wilson on the same day. We took our sweet loving dog, Bentley, to VCA last Monday because he could no longer put any weight on his back leg. We were hoping he just needed a shot in his leg and he would be ok. It was then that we were given the devistating news that our boy had cancer. Dr Kempfer and her staff were so supportive and patient with all our questions. They spent so much time with us after the diagnosis. We left there with all our questions answered. She was so personable and professional. Sadly, just today we brought him in to put him to sleep. I took two small dogs there, and for annual exams, shots, flu vaccine, and new itch medication my bill was well over $800. For my dog to stay three nights in a cost $12.50 each day I would think that's a rip off and I think I'm going to get my dog out of this that and taken to another vet that I've been going for the past 15 years The only thing that he was taking care of was that he had the kennel cough he had a Bordetella shot and that was taking care of but I think everything else has been really unacceptable don't trust no one

They were always pretty good with my pets, but I do think they try to upsell you. Nice vets, so-so assistants. When I tried to have my records faxed to another vet due to a move, it took three phone call requests and they never did end up doing it. Other than that, pretty average.
