My first dealings with Embassy Lakes Animal Hospital was a sad day for our family. We said goodbye to our beloved Cosmo, who, after 18 wonderful years crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We had been in touch with a different vet in Cooper City and things just weren't feeling right with them. This OTHER vet (I won't name names) was bringing in a whole bunch of charges...one charge for the euthanasia, an additional charge to actually be in the room with the pet (are you kidding?). We walked out of there and came straight to Embassy Lakes. They made the process so simple and it was a fair price. They were all very loving. They had never seen us before but they treated our pet like it was their own. They made a very nice accommodation for us since it was late notice to them on our part.The procedure was dignified and painless for my cat. This happened in July and now our family has adopted two little rescue kittens (our first pets since losing Cosmo) and we'll be bringing them in as soon as we get them from the agency. I know it's been over 6 months late with this review, but the community should know how wonderful they are at Embassy Lakes Animal Hospital and we look forward to bringing our new additions as soon as we get them. I have been taking all my furry babies to Dr. Levin for the past 8 years. He has always been so great with my animals to the point he will sit on the floor with them to make them feel comfortable, especially my 130 pound mix. Recently I have been able to have Dr. Seraydar take care of my crew too. She too, goes beyond the call to make my crew feel safe to the point that she walked out to the car with my big guy to make him feel at ease. The entire staff is fantastic. Ali is always very happy and friendly which is very welcoming, Trish goes beyond to help out in anyway she can to make the visit easier and Cortney and Jen are perfect and kind with the animals and me. I used to live in Cooper City and had to move to Miami, I am so happy with the care they all give my furry babies that I travel sometimes up to an hour drive to continue with their services. They are fair, honest and give you all the options so that you as the owner can make the right decision for your animal. I have never felt pressured. I highly recommend Embassy Lakes. This animal hospital is amazing!  We moved here from Lakeside Animal Hospital in Plantation because our vet was no longer there and they were charging exorbitant fees.  Dr. Levin is extremely kind and wonderful to our cats and dogs.  Additionally, he uses the highest quality vaccines which is very important to us.  I highly recommend him! Excellent caring staff who have helped us tremendously with 3 of our 4 dogs through their life and through illness and even passing. They have also assisted us with two of our 4 cats. (2 with us still ) Our dogs love them and want to go there even when they aren't sick.They are never afraid or resistant to go to this vet surprisingly. They always call promptly with lab results. They don't covet the doctor, doctor makes himself available for real dialogue with concerned pet owners. I love Embassy Lakes Animal Hospital! The staff truly cares for your pet and it shows! I had only been there once before and saw Dr. Levin who was extremely courteous and professional and Chase (my white German Shepherd) loved him! After having a mishap with my fur baby I called the office after hours and they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to communicate with Dr Levin to determine the next step for Chase. I went into the office next day and saw Dr Seraydar who is absolutely amazing! She was sweet, caring and very helpful ensuring that Chase was going to be taken care of. Dr Levin and the staff are great!  They are extremely compassionate and understanding of the several situations we've had with our dogs.  Even very recently, my out of state mother in law was visiting and her small dog had a minor injury. I called Embassy Lakes, hoping to avoid a visit to the emergency Animal Hospital.  They were able to take us later that same afternoon!!  Whew!  The relief of having a tender hand for her small dog was peace of mind.I appreciate that their prices are fair and not out of this world.  I cannot tell you the amount of times I have delayed or skipped animal care in the past with other pets and veterinarians because I simply couldn't afford it.  I highly recommend Embassy Lakes. After my dog was diagnosed with hypothyroidism I had a hard time getting my then current vet to prescribe the right dosage. I decided to take him to dr Levin and I couldn't have been more pleased. I'MA MAKE IT SIMPLE FOR EVERYONE, DON'T GO ON TUESDAY, Dr. Daniel Levin( Who you want to see) IS NOT THERE.This Vet that i never seen before threaten me to call the animal cruelty service to have me arrested, AS I AM PAYING 128 $ VET BILL! (HAS THE WORLD GONE INSANE!?) By the way out of the 128$, 50$ was charged from this "VET" guy for petting my dog for no more than 10 seconds, what he called EXAMINATION! and when i told him i was more than glad to pay the bill, but suggested he should notify the customer the amount of charges before service(COMMON SENSE). He said he is sick of my bullshittt, and threaten to have my arrested( more than once ), when i ONLY was just trying to be reasonable. (i only trust this hospital for my pet, I love the staffs and Dr. Daniel Levin, but i will never ever go back at Tuesday ever again!) Read Less

I took my dog there in June to be neutered.  I had gotten 3 quotes and this place was by far the least expensive.  I dropped the dog off in the morning and they called me a couple hours later to say they had discovered a skin infection once they had put him to sleep and they couldn't do the surgery; the dog needed to be treated with antibiotics first.  They only charged me for the antibiotics.  They also said he needed his teeth cleaned which they could do while he was under anesthesia for the neutering and it would cost an additional $110 which I thought was reasonable.  Took the dog back 2 weeks later and he did very well with the neutering and teeth cleaning.  My only complaint - when I picked him up they charged me $40 extra for a shot the dog received for the teeth cleaning and which apparently every dog gets when his teeth are cleaned.  I believe they should have been upfront with the cost and told me it would actually cost $150.  There was no wait time and the vet and staff were all very nice so I would definitely recommend this place.
