Dr. Le Count has been so awesome with our dog. She spent a lot of time really listening and understanding my concerns. She also tried getting my dog to feel at ease with her. A friends dog stayed at the doggy daycare provided by this animal hospital. When she picked her dog up, her pup was injured. Upon taking her to the vet it was discovered that Sky (the dog) has an eye infection due to an injury that happened at the doggy daycare. They now have a vet bill for an injury that happened during her visit at the doggy daycare and they refuse to even pitch in for the vet bill! I do not recommend this facility, they should own up and either take full responsibility of the vet bill or atleast pitch in. They offered a full refund for the stay but nothing more. Horrible place to leave your pet. They are no responsible and will lie to you saying that your pets okay. In reality your pet is injured but they don't tell you that. Other pets will attack and they will blame it on a cage or something. Worst service ever! Do not recommend Read Less

Today was our first visit and the minute we walked it I knew we were in good hands. It is clean and the staff is friendly and competent. My dog wasn't putting weight on his leg. I called, and they said to bring him right over. Dr. Liz is wonderful. She explains everything clearly and doesn't push for unnecessary tests or treatments. She is really warm and caring as well as knowledgable. I would highly recommend this place. Read Less

Hi!! Here's my experience at Cypress Wood VCA.I had adopted a 2nd puppy, for my puppy to have a friend, from the humane society a few days before my visit and when you adopt there, they give you a $250 coverage on your pet for the first exam.When I first went in, the girl at front desk was friendly and easy to talk. When I FINALLY as brought back into an exam room, (45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, even though they were empty there) I had a technician come in named Ashley who seemed that she would rather be doing ANYTHING else then be there helping me and asked me why my dog was there. So I told her. When she walked out, the door was open on one side of the exam room and I was able to hear a 2-3 woman talking negatively about a different client in a room which was very uncomfortable and very nonprofessional in my opinion! A while later, a blonde doctor came in, quickly checked out my new baby and said she would be right back. 10 minutes later a technician came in for me to sign some bogus $896.43 plan for my dog...I learned then that the $250 only covered his rabies shot and the office exam. Before I know it they are trying to push insurance for my dog on me which I clearly stated I did not want! Then a second person, Abby, came in and attempted AGAIN to push this insurance plan on me!! When I initially called, I was quoted about $280 for the vaccines he needed. Where did almost $900 come from!! I told them that I thought that was ridiculous and not what I was told. So they did shots and a fecal check. I was told I would receive a call by the next day with the results..... More then 2 weeks later I FINALLY got a phone call back from a male doctor ( I was unable to catch his name) I personally think the only reason I got a call back was because I called 4-5 times and left messages requesting the results. The receptionist told me she couldn't give them to me. I believe if I didn't call so much I probably wouldn't have gotten the results at all! My dog was positive for worms and needed medication which he should have been able to start at least a week earlier then he did!I personally would NOT recommend this veterinary practice to anyone or take either of my puppy's there again. They lied about the prices, were unfriendly once they got me and my dog into a room and kept trying get me to sign up to a plan I CLEARLY did not want! I have to say... I have had some recent bad experiences with veterinary clinics, but this one took the cake. If you care about your furry friends... Go somewhere else! If you know of a good vet in the area.. Wonderful animal hospital. We have just relocated to Coral Springs. To begin with, there was a coupon available for a free 1st time consult, for two pets. Dr. Le Count and her staff are caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Liz examined our two 13 year old toy poodles thoroughly. She looked over the meds that were prescribed by our previous vet in NC and agreed that they were proper for girls. We were happy with her recommendation for a simple cough syrup to correct a cough they've had for a while. It worked. Great animal hospital, highly recommended. Read Less

Came here for a follow up check up for a cat we adopted from the Humane Society. My sister made the appointment. ..or rather she didn't because they didn't have it on file. The receptionist even called another location to see it they had somehow gotten the appointment. Anywho, they were able to see us as a walk in today anyway.  Out kitten is 8 months and pooped in her carrier 5 minutes before we got there. The nurse gave us a new carrier, towel, and kitty goodie bag. We saw Dr Rose who was very nice and patient with our baby. She has a mild cold, congestion,  and a fever. She treated her w/a nebulizer and gave us meds for her cold.A great experience from start to finish,  super nice/friendly staff and we were in and out rather quickly.  Def will be coming back as needed! The workers here are sooo nice. They can be kind of pricey in my book the first time I went I paid $349 for the kitten package that includes all his vaccines, fecal test, deworming, a dose of flea meds and some other things that would be done in 3 visits.The first time he was only a month so he couldn't get his shots yet but we did the fecal test and deworming. I went back for visit 2 today (2 months later) and I thought I would have to pay for the visit but to my surprise I paid nothing which was nice. Everyone loved my kitten there and he just sucks up the attention. This place was recommended by a friend and I will definitely recommend this place to others. They have several locations, I didn't know this until after I went to this location. Even though there are other locations closer to me and this location is at lease 20 mins away from me, I still prefer this location because everyone is so nice. Read Less

The cypress animal hospital is a 5 star place for your pets. We have been going to this location for the past decade. Even though we have dealt with a few different doctors over a period of time the quality of the hospital has always been top notch.They always take care of the pets as best as possible and are always upfront about the costs associated. Both my cats in the past have had surgeries here and have always recovered very quickly because the doctors are very clear on recovery times and deal with the pets extremely compassionately.Also they have their own pet cat they call Gator because he is always instigating!!!!!! I took my 3 year old kitty after there was a seemingly eye infection. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. They explained everything in detail and were very through. As a first time patient we were able to utilize a special first time patient coupon which was offered to us at the time.  Dr. Liz and everyone made our worry some visit a calm and informative visit.
