The worst emergency hospital I ever saw! And they have enough guts to call it that they don’t meet my expectations!!!! They will don’t meet anybody expectations, if the dog life is on the line ! Just ...
The worst emergency hospital I ever saw! And they have enough guts to call it that they don’t meet my expectations!!!! They will don’t meet anybody expectations, if the dog life is on the line ! Just a disgusting place. And then they will reply to my review, that they want me to get in touch with them to look, so they can look good after all! Hell no. Everybody have to be responsible for what they done wrong, and if your hospital don’t have a clue of emergency situation and you have the nastiest staff working there, it’s a fact ! after last visit and meeting the nastiest technician which been more worried to show to me that he is in charge seeing Simba getting short in oxygen , he was more concerned to shut my mouth then do his job and helped my dog and calling the police they can remove me from the hospital. I never so it in my life. And now you want me to return to your place . I barely made it with Simba to Coral Spring 24 hour hospital from your place. They kept him till 6pm until I arrange special care in the LeadEr in Cooper City where I always been taking all my dogs. As I trusted the doctors over there for decades.
I will never use your services again. I prefer to pay to someone who is really care then to someone who is getting paid them paychecks from pets owners behaving like he owns me. He doesn’t like that I told him that in my understanding when it’s emergency they must react faster not treated my dog as regular check and let me sit in the room until the girl had her lunch or what ever she was eating in the front desk what is unprofessional plus he was taking his time and showed up i the room after I started to complained that Simba getting worst. Or when he called the police on me infront of me without telling them a true reason why I got upset and complained or when he been chasing me to my car to make a video????? Proof of what that Simba walked out from your clinic walking on his own ???? Or what was his intention, show to me that he is a big boss????? Who doesn’t comply with emergency situation ? I even signed the documents when I was discharging Simba from Coral Spring hospital to LeadEr that I been notified that removing my dog from oxygen can result in my dog death. I been stopped by police as I been speeding to take Simba to Cooper City even police offered me to drive in front of my car to get him there faster after he saw Simba in my trunk and Simba’s condition. And you want to convince me that I will trust heartless medical technician any of my pet in your place. I’m not out of my mind to do so. Because I love my dogs so much to let some idiot make them die. Or at least you should training your staff for emergency situation . I grateful to medical personal in Coral Spring 24 hour hospital and Cooper City LeadEr animal specialty hospital . This hospital is the best. They saved one time my Doberman which been there for 7 days inICU and had there his surgery. And the surgery was over 8 hours. And now saved my Simba and kept him in ICU for 24 hours .Then trust with my dogs to someone who doesn’t know meaning of emergency. Sorry, but it’s a reality of your facility in emergency situation.

I've been taking my Chico too Dr. Engle for the past 4 years now. She's been great with him I always trust her on any doubts or worries she has with my little boy and I know Chico is grateful for her to. I highly recommend Dr. Engle to anyone seeking a reliable vet for their dog. The business itself I've had some bad moments with them but nothing that I would take personal with the staff. All the employees there are great and I always appreciate what they do for my dog.

This place has been so great with our little guy! He's always greeted so warmly by the reception, nurses, and doctors, especially Dr Gergely Kese!!! We've spent more money here than I ever want to even think about, but the only reason why our almost 16 year old pug is alive is thanks to this amazing staff. This is also the ONLY place I will board our little guy as I know with 100% confidence he is getting the love, care, and attention he deserves.

They are very caring and compassionate, and they kind of understand when you have a mother-kid relationship to your dog/cat.
My "daughter " had an emergency surgery there and despite her critical condition, she is doing great now! Dr Gergely Kese is very competent!!
However, it's a business, so keep in mind it's very expensive.

So I have a 19 year old cat named Tigger and she is very anemic and all I wanted was to have something I could give to her to help get her blood levels up. Now I spoke with vet tech Ashley and she showed no sympathy whatsoever and didn’t even attempt to help me. She told me to call back when the veterinarian Dr Engle comes back in a few days. Now my cat did not have a few days to wait and she was very weak. It was only when I refused to wait and when I called back a few minutes later and I told Ashley that she needs to let me speak with a veterinarian right away because my cat is very ill and that I have two pets that go to VCA regularly and I spend a lot of money there did she bother to do anything and then she finally got the veterinarian on the phone and I was able to get my cat the help she needed. I seriously feel like she is the worst vet tech there and if I would have waited days my car would have died.

Took my dog in. He was so sick. Dr Rogers came in room and got down on floor with my Toby. She gave him thorough head to toes inspection. She was very comforting to Toby and my daughter and i. He had pancreatitis. They kept Toby overnight. Dr. Rogers texted me several times to let me know he ate a little and his tail was wagging. I am so thankful to the caring staff and doctors at Wiles Rd Animal Hospital. You saved my pup! Thank you all so much! Xoxoxo.

I love this vet and have been here 5+ times, giving them easily over a thousand dollars- but I'm displeased with the way Dr. Kesha has been speaking to me.
He legitimately tried to tell me my cat stopped wheezing after the last steroid shot possibly because of a placebo effect. He also tried insinuating I was the one who had a placebo effect from last visit, or that I made up that my cat stopped wheezing after it. Placebo effects are real, but it's funny he couldn't look me in the eye when he was suggesting I made up my cat's lack of symptoms.
In response to my feeding my overweight cat 1/4 cup too much food, which I take full responsibility for, he said, "it's not that hard,". I get it, but there was no need for the sass.
I can't say for sure, but it's really starting to feel like he's trying to up-sell more testing with the placebo bit. Dr. Engle is great but I'm kind of over Kesha's attitude, regardless of the prognosis of my pets.

Although the staff are very nice and great with animals, all this place wants is to get money from you. I brought a cat that I rescue from the streets in because she wasn't feeling well. I know she didn't have her shots yet but at least she wasn't living in the streets anymore. The doctor that saw her basically said she didn't have much time to live, and we have to do any things in order to just figure it out what she had. The doctor came out with a paper of a total of 1500 dollar just for DAY 1 to find out what she had !!! And again said we had to does these things as she didn't know how long the cat had to live. It's been a couple of weeks now, and I took my cat somewhere else which I paid 100 dollars to find out what she had and now she very healthy... consider your options before bringing your cat here. There is an awesome place on Atlantic Blvd called Cat Exclusive and I garante you will love them !!

I have visited this location twice for bath. After filling all his documentation and vaccine proof. They advised me that it was a good idea for my pet to have a shot to protect him from any disease he might get from other dogs while bathing. I agree, they gave me 50% off of the shot. Made my reservation for my next visit. When I get there, they want me to fill out all the documentation AGAIN, they say my dog needs a fecal examination in order for him to have the bath. I said no, that I only wanted to bathe him. The person say "Have a nice day". Don't think this is very professional to try to sell you things you really don't want in other to have a service you want. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was visiting my parents from memphis and of course while I was here my puppy Layla wasn't acting like herself. I went to VCA Wiles Road Animal Hospital and met Dr. Willie who was beyond amazing!!! Not only did VCA have the sweetest staff but Dr. Wille took the time to get to know Layla and really give her the care like she has going to him for years! The icing on the cake was the personal call I received the next day to see how Layla was doing! If I ever move down here Im excited to say that I know Dr. Willie will take great care of her! Thank you so much!

The staff is always so kind! I also love the facility - it's very clean and they have treats at the front desk for my puppy! They also usually do pet adoptions there and have some pets out in the lobby that you can look at and drool over. Last week there were kittens! My dog sees Dr. Klein and he is always so knowledgable and courteous.

The worst emergency hospital I ever saw! And they have enough guts to call it that they don’t meet my expectations!!!! They will don’t meet anybody expectations, if the dog life is on the line ! My "daughter " had an emergency surgery there and despite her critical condition, she is doing great now! Dr Gergely Kese is very competent!!

I have visited this location twice for bath. After filling all his documentation and vaccine proof. They advised me that it was a good idea for my pet to have a shot to protect him from any disease he might get from other dogs while bathing. I agree, they gave me 50% off of the shot. Made my reservation for my next visit. When I get there, they want me to fill out all the documentation AGAIN, they say my dog needs a fecal examination in order for him to have the bath. I said no, that I only wanted to bathe him. The person say "Have a nice day". Don't think this is very professional to try to sell you things you really don't want in other to have a service you want. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was visiting my parents from memphis and of course while I was here my puppy Layla wasn't acting like herself. I went to VCA Wiles Road Animal Hospital and met Dr. Willie who was beyond amazing!!! Not only did VCA have the sweetest staff but Dr. Wille took the time to get to know Layla and really give her the care like she has going to him for years! The icing on the cake was the personal call I received the next day to see how Layla was doing! If I ever move down here Im excited to say that I know Dr. Willie will take great care of her! Thank you so much!

The staff is always so kind! I also love the facility - it's very clean and they have treats at the front desk for my puppy! They also usually do pet adoptions there and have some pets out in the lobb...
The staff is always so kind! I also love the facility - it's very clean and they have treats at the front desk for my puppy! They also usually do pet adoptions there and have some pets out in the lobby that you can look at and drool over. Last week there were kittens! My dog sees Dr. Klein and he is always so knowledgable and courteous.
