This veterinary clinic is first class. I was traveling from out of town and needed to find a vet. Every person here was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Marsh is amazing. I wish I lived closer so I could use his clinic as my pups primary caregiver. He and his tech went out of their way to see that my blind, PTSD dog was cared for in a way that was non threatening and kind. And they both took the time to visit with me about the area since I was traveling here for the first time. No treat em and street em here. 5 stars to you all and thank you.

I love this animal hospital, Dr Jernigan is great, very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is great and makes you feel better when you have a sick pet. My Mollie has her nails trimmed regularly...
I love this animal hospital, Dr Jernigan is great, very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is great and makes you feel better when you have a sick pet. My Mollie has her nails trimmed regularly and even though she is nervous it is a positive experience for her. I had to take her in with a high fever and I could not have asked for better care for her. Both visits for her when she was sick, everything was explained to me and with in 48 hours she was feeling much better, within 72 hours she was back to my sweet loving little dog. I can't say enough about how great they are, from the Doctor, to the Techs, to the front office. I have seen them be so kind to other patients as well. I'm so thankful that Mollie has a great team to care for her. Thanks to the entire staff.

I am a google top review guide and I don’t usually review things that are personal, but I have to tell anyone considering this animal hospital to realize how good they are! The staff is amazing and you can tell they love animals...probably more than people and that’s fine with me! I love my dogs more than most people. Great veterinarian and great vet technicians! I would and will take my beloved dogs here when needed. Highly recommend, worth the drive.

My experience with this veterinarian was totally awesome . We took our Pug Dinky in to her that was dying of cancer her quality of life had left her body she was so sick but we had a hard time letting her go this vet was so compassionate she made it easy to say goodbye did not stop the tears but she sure eased our pain she earned our business. Thank You

I will never take my dog here again. My dog amen went in healthy and full of energy and came out with a absess the size of a softball on his leg. If I could give zero stars I would. Neutering a dog is...
I will never take my dog here again. My dog amen went in healthy and full of energy and came out with a absess the size of a softball on his leg. If I could give zero stars I would. Neutering a dog is a very simple procedure so there are no excuses for this. Not only that but amen came home with feces under his nails and scratches on his skin so I'm sure they weren't being careful enough and let another dog fight him. We took him to Shepard springs and had to pay over one hundred dollars to fix what they did. If you want a good vet that actually cares about your animal, Shepard Springs is the way to go.

My boyfriend and I had Pitt bull puppy who was given to us by a good friend. My boyfriend took the puppy there to get his shots. A nurse who had no idea what she was doing told us that our puppy could only get the rabies shot that day because he was a Pitt. She told us to bring him back in a week. In that week our puppy contracted the parvovirus. We took him up to the hospital to get him checked out where we spoke to a different man and told him of the issue. He told us that the nurse was very wrong and our puppy should have gotten all his shots. They are very unorganized and have young female nurses working there that have no license to be even checking up or advising people on their pets. If you are in Crawfordville I would advise you to go to the VCA and not the animal hospital.

I was appalled by this hospital. Went there today for my German Shepard who had a slipped disk. We are a military family and unfortunately have had to leave our large dog with my father-in-law while we moved to Japan. We discovered James had a slipped disk. Instead of discussing the options with me like I was an adult and an equal, as soon as I mentioned that I wanted to explore other options and spend thousands to get him fixed if possible, she called my father-in-law in and acted like I was a child. At that point they both pretty much bullied me into putting my dog down. As if wanting to spend money in hopes of being him a second chance on life was ridiculous. She was very insensitive and nonchalant about the news she was delivering. She even laughed at me once when I asked if there was a facility that I could take him to to give him around the clock care in the time that he may get better which would be 6 weeks. I felt like I was being talked down to, and I am a 27 year old mother of three with a doctorate. I completely understand that vets unfortunately see animals put down on a regular basis, but her demeanor was appalling. When I finally stated that I wanted to say goodbye to him she just looked at me. No remorse, not even a good bye. I also want to point out that I'm visibly pregnant and had my two small children with me. My family lost their dog today. Very unprofessional and I will never go to this facility again. I'm sorry I had to go there in the first place.

Then wrong price on things...was told to bring him back in 10 to 14 days to have stitches removed when I called this morning was told he was glued not stitched. Then later today had a message on my answering machine telling me they forgot to send his antibiotics home with him. Come on people how can I trust my animal to you????

We have been taking our dogs and cats to Crawfordville Animal Hosp. for a few years now. We started going there after our son, who lives in Crawfordville, raved about how much he liked this hospital. We drive from Tallahassee to use these two vets. We are more than happy with the quality of care, the concern for the animals, and the superior knowledge of the vets. We also feel like the prices are much better than the vets we have tried in Tallahassee. We highly recommend Dr. Heidi Gert and Dr. Reed Gert.

This veterinary clinic is first class. I was traveling from out of town and needed to find a vet. Every person here was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Marsh is amazing. My Mollie has her nails trimmed regularly and even though she is nervous it is a positive experience for her. I will never take my dog here again. My dog amen went in healthy and full of energy and came out with a absess the size of a softball on his leg. If I could give zero stars I would. Neutering a dog is a very simple procedure so there are no excuses for this. Instead of discussing the options with me like I was an adult and an equal, as soon as I mentioned that I wanted to explore other options and spend thousands to get him fixed if possible, she called my father-in-law in and acted like I was a child. At that point they both pretty much bullied me into putting my dog down. As if wanting to spend money in hopes of being him a second chance on life was ridiculous. She was very insensitive and nonchalant about the news she was delivering. She even laughed at me once when I asked if there was a facility that I could take him to to give him around the clock care in the time that he may get better which would be 6 weeks. I felt like I was being talked down to, and I am a 27 year old mother of three with a doctorate. I completely understand that vets unfortunately see animals put down on a regular basis, but her demeanor was appalling. When I finally stated that I wanted to say goodbye to him she just looked at me. No remorse, not even a good bye. I also want to point out that I'm visibly pregnant and had my two small children with me. My family lost their dog today. Very unprofessional and I will never go to this facility again. I'm sorry I had to go there in the first place.

They are wonderful. Have been taking my pets there for eight years. Both cats and dog. Very compassionate when I had to put my cat to sleep.

I had my 14 week kitten declawed and nuttered at this place and when we picked him up they were all missed up on his info. first could not find folder. Then wrong price on things...was told to bring...

Then wrong price on things...was told to bring him back in 10 to 14 days to have stitches removed when I called this morning was told he was glued not stitched. Then later today had a message on my answering machine telling me they forgot to send his antibiotics home with him. Come on people how can I trust my animal to you????

We have been taking our dogs and cats to Crawfordville Animal Hosp. for a few years now. We started going there after our son, who lives in Crawfordville, raved about how much he liked this hospital. We drive from Tallahassee to use these two vets. We are more than happy with the quality of care, the concern for the animals, and the superior knowledge of the vets. We also feel like the prices are much better than the vets we have tried in Tallahassee. We highly recommend Dr. Heidi Gert and Dr. Reed Gert.
