Dr. Griggs & his staff are incredible! He took such great care of my Sassy her whole life. When it came time to let her go , she was over 16 years old , I could not have asked for more compassion & heart than what we received! Dr . Griggs & Lorena set out to find me another fur baby! So thanks to them I have my new best friend, Buddy!
There is a special place in my heart for both of them !!

We have used Dr. Griggs and staff every since we moved back to North Florida. I knew and used Dr. Barrineau (spelling) who is there part time still, for many, many years before I moved to central Florida. So, when we moved back to the area, of course I sought out Dr. Barrineau and Dr. Griggs. This Animal Hospital and their Doctors and staff are better than the two hospitals we have in Tallahassee, lol! These are the most careful and caring animal doctors you could ever hope to find. Most importantly, they don't try to buy new Yachts every year ... at your expense. Veternarian care is not cheap by any means, but I was stunned at some of the prices I had friends paying to use other Vets and some of the things they were charged for that were totally rediculous! My animals are very well cared for and my trust level for these doctors and staff is 100%. Many people in Wakulla know me, and know that I don't go around blowing smoke up ... well ... whatever the saying goes, lol. Use these Vets if you want more than someone just trying to convice you that you have such a "sweetheart" and all the gushy stuff that doesn't amount to a hill of beans. They are very nice, but don't take you to the the poor house, and give your animal the best care in Florida!

My Vet in Perry closes early today, and I came home last night to Taylor coughing and coughing. So instead of driving to Perry and trying to get into the Vet's office before they close, I called Shepherd Spring, 6 miles from my house, and they worked us right in this morning. We saw Dr. Whited, who was very kind and patient with us and even cleaned Taylor's yucky ears. Good Veterinarians are a blessing. I will always appreciate everything Dr. Owens has done for my darling pets all these years, but it is great to have Dr. Whited and Shepherd Spring so close.

I have seen with my dogs, my mom's dogs, my brother's dogs and with the dogs I ended up doing vet care for (that aren't even mine), the love this practice has for animals. Dr. Whited and Dr. Griggs are the most competent, kind hearted vets I have been to. They are extremely reasonable in price. They don't recommend anything unless it is called for, appointments are easy to get and the staff is professional and very sweet. I am so glad that that I found them. These dogs are my children and they understand that, which I am grateful for. I totally recommend their practice! You won't be sorry.

Very nice caring staff went there for a second opinion about my pup and found out another vet misdiagnosed her. They were very good about keeping me informed on what going on with my pup even though the test results didn't end in our favor they let me cry and listened and gave me the bests options for my pet. This is my pet vet clinic from now on keep up the good work guys

I have seen with my dogs, my mom's dogs, my brother's dogs and with the dogs I ended up doing vet care for (that aren't even mine), the love this practice has for animals. Dr. Whited and Dr. Griggs are the most competent, kind hearted vets I have been to. They are extremely reasonable in price. They don't recommend anything unless it is called for, appointments are easy to get and the staff is professional and very sweet. I am so glad that that I found them. These dogs are my children and they understand that, which I am grateful for. I totally recommend their practice! You won't be sorry.

I love Dr. Giggs and his team! They are exactly what Wakulla needed, very personal, sympathetic, and extremely competent. Looking for a great vet, you just found them!!

This is a great place. Everyone treats you like family. The doctor is amazon. He is the type of doc that will get on the floor and play with the animals. He treats your babies like they are his.
