This is by far the best Veterinary in Wakulla! I take all three of my dogs here and everyone is always so accommodating, friendly, and all around amazing to myself and my dogs. We not only use them as our Vet, but we also board our animals at VCA. We’ve had nothing but great customer service from the entite staff. I can’t give enough compliments about Dr. Hughes, Dr.Sky, Susan, Cooley, Andrew, and the rest of the gang! Thank you for treating my dogs like your own!

I saw Dr. Flores who said my dog was overweight (true) and needed a test for thyroid function. She has had this test before, and it came back negative. I was pressured to do this test, well over $100, and when it came back negative again I was very angry. Attempts to get a refund, in part or full, was completely denied. Will not be going to this office or seeing Dr Flores again, as she seems to focus solely on making money and not focused on pet welfare, or consideration for the financial capabilities of the pet owner.
In response to the answer left below-i have already spoken with Karol at your office. She very sweetly told me there was nothing they could do to satisfy me, so basically get wrecked. I have no interest in dealing with someone with that attitude again. So I will not be contacting that office, unless they intend to actually remedy the situation instead of telling me to get over myself. I still have to somehow get a years withw of heartworm protection, and that hospital doesn't carry the Setinal which I use, and again, I was told that they would not be helping me.

This place tries to reel you in with their "First exam free" coupon and then after that it's all over the place with actually trying to get good help. I got my coupon and immediately they called me to schedule an appointment and the entire week was open at any time as far as appointment slots. It was strange that soon after my first appointment I tried to book another appointment and all of a sudden they are completely booked and I can never get an appointment. I finally schedule my appointment for 1:45 four days out and when it comes time they cancelled my appointment! They called me while I was already on my way at 1:00 to tell me they cancelled my appointment because another dog had a bigger emergency than mine. I told them that it was unacceptable and an inconvenience and all I got was oh "you can either reschedule your appointment or go somewhere else". I have had a horrible experience and they tried to do nothing to rectify the issue. My dog now has to suffer because VCA couldn't help.

This place is the BEST at really taking care of your pet and helping you. They know that your pet is a family member to you and they care for them as such. But you can tell that that is the way the WANT to treat your pet. Very helpful in every way and go way above what you might expect. This is by far the best Veterinary in Wakulla! I take all three of my dogs here and everyone is always so accommodating, friendly, and all around amazing to myself and my dogs. We not only use them as our Vet, but we also board our animals at VCA. We’ve had nothing but great customer service from the entite staff. This place tries to reel you in with their "First exam free" coupon and then after that it's all over the place with actually trying to get good help. I got my coupon and immediately they called me to schedule an appointment and the entire week was open at any time as far as appointment slots. It was strange that soon after my first appointment I tried to book another appointment and all of a sudden they are completely booked and I can never get an appointment.
