My dog ate rat poison ..called office dr.linda had me bring my 2 dogs in right away.2nd dog just to be sure she didnt get into the"poison . charcoaled dogs after vomiting. I have only taken my 13 year old cat Storm here 2 or 3 times but each time it has been a peaceful experience. Staff is very nice, Drs. give great advice and spend time with you. The facility is clean and very roomy. No one is cramped in a small space together. I love its location. (not In a strip mall plaza or in busy area) They also have been super flexible with appointments and I have not had a issue getting my cat in last minute. Highly recommend! :-) Read Less

The staff is so nice and helpful. It's a trip to get there but I would follow Dr. Lisa to Miami if I had to. Just brought my American Bulldog for the first time to Camelot Animal Hospital for an exam and to treat a ear infection. Dr. Lisa Feinstein is just amazing!! Dr. Feinstein is an amazing veterinarian and the staff at CAMELOT is second to none. From Noelle and Dana to Melody at the front desk you cannot ask for more. Dr. Feinstein always goes the extra mile for her patients and their families. She will try to find the best treatment available and the least invasive and expensive methods to help her patients. She checks in after hours and even when she is on vacation. I could never ask for more from a veterinarian. See her once and you will never go anywhere else again. I have been to quite a few different animal hospitals in the area and I have finally found the best! I brought my dog Chewie in for his annual shots and Dr. Feinstein was AMAZING! Chewie usually freaks out and with how gentle and friendly the staff were he was calm and happy. It was obvious that they all loved animals and their jobs. Dr. Feinstein is an amazing veterinarian. She had cared for all of my animals for over ten years and has never failed any of them. The staff from reception to the technicians to the nurses and assistants are filled with knowledge and kindness and will bend over backwards to help you and your pet(s). I could not ask for me from Dr. Feinstein or the staff. The hospital is clean and my pets are well cared for always. Dr. Feinstein follows up at all hours of the day and night to ensure that my animals are okay whether they are sick, have a procedure or see a specialist. We have taken our dog, Molly, to Camelot on countless occasions for years. When we travel, we happily board her there. We always know that she will get the proper shots and care that she is due for. What you need to know if that while Molly is very sweet, she is also extremely anxious and neurotic, especially during thunder storms, which are frequent in South Florida. The first time she was boarded, the staff came in to find her cage across the other side of the room and damage done to the metal from her trying to get out. They simply consoled Molly, cleaned up and repaired the cage, and never charged us extra. Molly has also had breast cancer and multiple lipomas all over her body. She has had to have several surgeries to tend to these issues. Again, the doctors and staff have always taken tremendous care of her, informed us of what to do next, and educated us on how to administer the medicine, etc. We're so grateful to have Camelot Animal Hospital and Boarding Kennel, and highly recommend their care and services. I brought my dog there a couple of months ago to board while I was out of town only for a couple days. When I went to pick him up he was covered with ticks and smelled like he had been laying in urine for days!! My dog has NEVER had ticks before I was so disgusted with how dirty the place was. Please before you leave your pet at this facility I urge you to take a tour first. The doctor is super sleazy also actually gave me attitude when I called to complain. WORST BOARDING PLACE EVER!!!!! Worst boarding place and animal hospital in the tri county area, rusty, run down and absolutely filthy. Numerous fatalities and accident inside runs and outside runs, where pets get caught on the fence and have lesions on their bodies. Manager is the BIGGEST  idi_t  in the world. Constantly different staff, usually with minimal or no veterinary knowledge and always seem understaffed. I highly recommend to tour the facility before leaving your pets here , it is absolutely disgustingly filthy and out dated even though they charge the same as other boarding facilities in the area, cages are small and pets do not get proper ventilation in the back. Numerous flea and tick infestations , just absolutely horrendous. Disgusting place to call a boarding facility and can not even call a hospital because of its filth . Read Less

DONT SEND YOUR PETS HERE!! I used to bring my pets here and the vet is an idiot, the techs don't care about your pets just want your money! The receptionist I believe her name is Rebecca is the rudest inconsiderate staff member and has no idea how to treat a dog/cat and has no idea about the feild. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and boarded my dogs and cat when I went on vacation they assured me they will be in good hands.well they weren't. I got a phone call saying they LOST my cat! How can you loose my cat the office manager Kathy Bailey got on the phone and told me it was her mistake she didn't close the cage properly come on my 3 year old child can shut those cages. I don't understand how a vet office can have an office manager that doesn't know anything about pets! After I got that phone call I called a friend to go and check on my pets she called me back and told me how gross the kennel was that they were keeping my dogs in and the outside kennel looked so dangerous with all the wires. PLEASE DONT SENT YOU PETS HERE FIND ANOTHER VET. MY PETS ARE MY CHILDREN SAME WITH MOST PEOPLE DONT SUBJECT YOUR PETS(children) to this. Read Less

Super happy with our first visit. We have 2 dogs.  One dog is on the aggressive side and we have had issues at other vets before.  This office welcomed us with open arms. Everything was explained thoroughly, and all costs for upcoming events were given to us ahead of time (boarding, a tumor removal etc).  This is the most comfortable I have been with a vet. The dogs did great there. We will be boarding our dogs here for vacations. Read Less

My vet highly recommended Camelot for boarding our pets. We have been very happy with their services. Very reasonably priced and they take excellent care of our little ones. I also get peace of mind knowing if they run into any issues, a vet is available to take care of their needs while we're away. It's not a pet resort, but then again I'm not looking to spend extra $$ to have my dogs watch DVDs or pay a la carte for basic walks and people time. I'm looking for caring and committed staff who will take great care of my dogs and attend to their needs while we're away and that's what Camelot offers. Read Less
